As usual, the service and sales departments were friendly and efficient. My 2009 Murano was DOA from overheating so we went in to get options. We left owning a 2019 Murano. And feeling good about it!
The service is good and they have a shuttle service and other amenities if you need to wait in the lounge.
Mr. Mike Tallie stole the show for me! My car was making a weird whining noise near my engine, steering was becoming difficult, and the feared Check Engine light had some on. Come to find out, a previous mechanic at a different location installed my mass air flow pipe incorrectly. Mike fixed it and didnt have the heart to charge me for a simple pipe adjustment. He scanned over my whole car, simply advised me I could use some new tires but other than that, my car was in top shape. Well, before I hung up the phone, I told him I wanted him to fix my known car issues. So I ended up getting him to fix my shocks, alignment, new set of tires, and a fluid top off that same day lol Mike understood I had to pick up my kids from school and had a loaner ready for me. Helped me stay in budget by scanning for any coupons he could find, that I really appreciated in this economy. I got my car back that same afternoon and let me say, my car runs like shes fresh off the assembly line again!! Thanks again Mike. Ill definitely be returning for my other Nissan fix ups. I also want to thank the lady that scheduled me, she understood I only have this one car and needed to be seen as soon as possible. She was able to get me in the next day.
Showed up greeted me right away. They took my vehicle in immediately and finished my vehicle in a timely manner. They also called to check up on how my service went and if I was satisfied! Will return and HIGHLY recommend Nissan Service Center!
I took my car in for an oil change. The man who returned my car to me did an awesome job drying and cleaning it after they washed it.
47 bucks for an oil change but Firestone beat their prices on brake fluid flush, automatics transmission flush, power steering flush, and engine flush
Went in to have battery checked and I was surprised when I told it would take 2 1/2 hrs. It took approximately 2 hrs but the guy kept me updated on the service. He really had a positive additude.

My lightly used Rogue gets decent service & incurs reasonable costs but about 1/2 of the time my fiances Sentra is taken in extra issues are found and we shell out $1,500-$3,000 & they keep it for almost a week!

I waited until the work was done before I posted and have to say I had a great experience at the service center. Everyone was kind and attentive. My issue was fixed and my service center consultant was super kind and helpful. I know I was a handful, calling with a ton of questions and he was always responsive with information. He called daily to give me updates on the status of my repair and was patient. I know most people have small service items but mine was large and took days to complete so I was especially anxious and they handled me and my car with care. I will be returning for any further issues that I may encounter.

Great place to buy a vehicle because you dont have to haggle; however, the service department is not great. I have been taking my vehicle to Gunn Nissan Service Center (since purchasing my 2010 Nissan Rogue) for the past 9 1/2 years and 9 times out of 10 they do not greet you. Ive often sat in my car for awhile and call the service department by phone to say Ive been here waiting, then they come out. Oil changes take anywhere from 2 to 2 1/2 hours, not a quick service at all. They always forget to add my mileage sticker so I will know when to come back. They do have a comfortable lobby to wait at and offer drinks and snacks while you wait. If they had a better service center I would probably be looking to purchase my next vehicle with them. Luckily my Rogue is still running great so I think Ill be hanging onto it for another year.

Gunn Nissan service departments quality of work is exceptionally outstanding. They have repaired some pretty tough problems I had with my Frontier. I am extremely satisfied and will return when I really need expert service.
They answered all my questions. And they had free coffee. service sold me exactly what i wanted and didnt try to upsale me anything like most shops.
First off, I clearly probably bought my Nissan Titan from the wrong dealership. Ive only had the vehicle for approximately 8500 miles and was experiencing some issues. Those issues were raised at a service department for another Nissan dealership on I 35 near 1604. Speaking to multiple people over there promising me that things will get done, nothing did.Promises are made by them that they cannot keep.Now enter Gunn Nissan service center.Being greeted by Roland when I drove in the service drive was great! Very polite and courteous. Exactly the type of person that you want greeting your customers when they arrive.My service advisor Albert Cantu was the best! I relayed my concerns about the other dealership and stated I did not want that to happen here and it did not!I told him what my thoughts and concerns are regard to the vehicle being brought in.The Titan was kept for 2 days with a loaner vehicle given to me.Albert gave me daily updates and informed me as to the situation with my.I want to thank Brian for talking to me and listening to my concerns with the vehicle as well. Brian is a very knowledgeable mechanic they should be happy to have working there!I highly recommend Gunn Nissan for any service that you need. from the staff and personnel that they have working there, to the customer waiting room, to everything!Albert will definitely be my point of contact whenever I need service done again. Service Island lady was not customer service friendly. She did not ask help from anyone to assist me with the radio system. She stated what she didnt know about the system. So, instead getting Assistance, she begin helping another customer and left me by beside my car. She demonstrated poor stellar service. One of the cashiers took and was helpful by guiding me to someone who got answer on how to operate system. This was stellar service from these two gentlemen.

When I took my vehicle to get my first oil change in February the coffee machine was not working (disappointing) so we walked to buy coffee elsewhere. I had signed up on the one to one awards program. Sadly, from February to August not once did I ever receive a coupon either by mail or email. When I went to Nissan the second time in August I explained my concern and I am happy to say that I was able to get this issue resolved! I love getting my oil changes at Nissan because the price is affordable and I actually get to see them working on my vehicle through the window. I love to see the staff willing to help the customers and to treat them as a priority. Keep up the good work Nissan employees and may God Bless yall.
Holy cow. I guess the honeymoons over.I had the service department work on my second car, a Mitsubishi, which they claimed theyd have no problem with.Parts were installed poorly. Spark plugs out of spec. Gasket put in upside down, preventing a seal and causing a leak in the system.How did I find this out?They told me they couldnt figure out the problems with my car after their repairs...over $2500. I then had to take the vehicle to another mechanic who diagnosed the shoddy workmanship from Gunn. Another $1500.When I went back to Gunn letting them know what I had discovered, that their mechanic had put parts in incorrectly, I got nothing but runaround.They offered to give me back money only for the bad parts ($350) and took no responsibility for me having to go to a second mechanic to diagnose their screw ups.Guess what Gunn: I was poised to buy two new cars from you this year.Now, Ive lost complete faith in you and, consequently, you have lost my business forever.Im just glad I found this out before buying any new cars.Best of luck to you. Youre gonna need it.
Gunn Nissan is where I bought my car in 2009 and they take care of all of my service needs. My service agent was Kristopher Asevedo. Very polite and very professional. Waiting room was very clean and that is very important while waiting.They will always have my business.

All repairs I requested were completed almost on time versus the time I was promised; but nonetheless they were done with no complaints. I personally felt the prices were a bit exaggerated. Our service manager was professional and communicated respectfully as well.

Great service at Parts Department!
Service Department is rather disappointing. Took my car in for a wheel alignment and oil & filter change. After about an hour an a half, I drove my car off. It was as misaligned as it was when I took it in. Exactly the same, nothing changed, except that there were $90 less in my bank account. Now I wonder if they even performed the oil & filter change. Took it back during my next day off work and the service representative blamed it on my car having old tires. He agreed to have it looked at, however. This time I asked them for the alignment print out. An hour and a half later I was given my car back with the print out. Everything looked within the ranges except one part. I pointed it out to the representative and he told me not to worry about that, that the other ones were the ones that mattered, in a hush sort of attitude. Effectively, my car now drives slightly off to the opposite side it used to drive before the alignment, with brand new tires on. I feel as if he didnt care about my car and just wanted to get customers rotating through. Im not mentioning names because I dont like messing with people like that. Needless to say, Im avoiding this service department as long as I can.
Pop went my tire. Luckily with the recommendation of tire warranty at purchase. I was able to bring it in myself didnt have time to wait for tow truck which is covered . As they serviced my tire and replaced it in working order I took the time to walk around their showroom lobby. I grabbed some complimentary snacks and walked around the lot setting a new goal. They accomplished the service in under the hour and half time I had set aside to wait. Excellent, back on the road. Thank to all, service agent-ed, finance managers -socrates, salesman -alex who work to make sure all channels are open, and all warranties are understood by their service department and i. Keep in mind I have the choice to go any service station, but I choose to return. Before you BUY, give these guys a TRY! TELL ALEX C, David Pointer Sent you. Love coming here to Gunn Nissan to service my car. They never take as long as they say they will take, I get to work if I want while I wait because their wifi is awesome AND I get my own specialty double shot expresso cappuccino compliments of the dealership. Their coffee bar machine is the BOMB!! I almost wish I could wait a little longer. The best part too is they wash my car EVERY TIME!!
