Called to get a quote for a muffler replacement on my Volvo, and they told me they don’t do it. I tried to explain to them that I know what kind of muffler it takes and that it’s a simple swap, the guy just said “no we’re gonna pass on that” and hung up. Rude for no reason, and they lost business. Go somewhere else where they treat you with respect.

The staff is very friendly and professional. From free air to new tires they do a great job. Stop by the shop next time you have a flat tire or need you tires. The crew at Walzem Tire Shop is great.

Yeah no bring it in to see how much it is, no I cant and dont need to waist my time of four hours to get a price on a basic break job . You need a quote on the phone estimate then go from there
