Stay away from this company. They sale you a car and have no plans on assisting afterwards. The phone number is not even to this company it’s to a pest control company. They have been notified over and over again about their contact information. Why would you buy a car from someone who doesn’t even want you to call if there is a question. Shady business if you ask me. Stay away it plenty of ppl that are happy to steal your money make this company one less. We get calls everyday with people complaining about cars they bought, lawyers looking for these people. Who knows what they are doing.

My brothers car had a blow out by the Valero but he had no tire iron or spare. Not only did Diamond lend him the tire iron, he sold him a good, damn near new tire for $35!Talk about customer service and my brother wasnt even a customer! This proves that SA is the best place ever and this place is tops!! Thanks so much and keep up the great service, youll be paid back a hundred fold.

To the owner if you actual take the time to read your reviews. To the people of San Antonio and surrounding area, I would not advice you to go here. To the owner I would think twice about holding license plates for deposit money. We agreed on 1,000 for deposit which was paid to the financing company. I can give them a call and print it if you would like.. your manager even signed off on it.. I would hire a better staff. Dont come at someone saying the vehicle is 13k and then come with a final price of 8k who are you scamming. I asked for new tires and I got shut down with no explanation. Its OK thanks for the truck.

This has been the most lengthy experience purchasing a vehicle I have ever experienced. They tell you what you want to hear just to get you off the phone, and when you visit you are there for hours at a time without anyone caring. The inside of my vehicle is filthy with dried old gum and candy, and dried beverage splatter when I folded down the back seat cup holder. Once they take your money, no one cares. I was even told they would comp my gas for driving out there repeatedly, in which they didnt. The very day that I took the vehicle home the gas light came on. And the low air alert will not go off after they promised they fixed it. And not to mention a positive google review from an employee. Now I understand. Extremely ridiculous.

Bought a car from them a few years back, first place we went when we were looking for another car a few weeks ago, but we will NEVER return. We were given a price on a car, took the car home pending final financing. Returned to do the paperwork the following day, only to be given documentation with an increased price--with no explanation offered. Did he think we wouldnt notice!???! We pointed out the discrepancy and he had no explanation, except all of a sudden he couldnt give us what he shook hands on giving us for our trade-in. The sales price had also increased, but there was no explanation for that. We returned the car and picked up our check and our trade in. They refused to honor the agreed verbal contract. Dont quote a price on a car or a trade in, if you have someone else come behind you who feels like they need to babysit you and change the price. And, dont slide paperwork across the table later, with different numbers than were agreed on! Went to another dealership, with honest people, and bought something else. Giving one star--because I have to, not deserved though!

I had no clue what type of car I wanted when I first stopped by this delearship. Initially, the high-end type of cars surprised me. They worked with me on the price and I ended up getting a great deal on a 2016 Jetta.Go see Sam. He’ll take care of you!

These people are criminals of the worst possible type. At the recommendation of a coworker I decided to purchase a vehicle from Diamond Automotive Group. The salesperson seemed incredibly friendly and helpful when I agreed to purchase a vehicle, and I relinquished my vehicle as a trade-in. After more than 10 repeat visits to Diamond Automotive, they STILL had not delivered on repairs promised to me at the time of sale and then stated that these were never promised to me. Months later I was contacted by the finance company for my traded-in vehicle and told that Diamond Automotive had never paid off the loan--that I would be responsible for it! I filed complaints with the Better Business Bureau, to which Diamond Automotive repeatedly denied responsibility, and ultimately had to file a formal complaint with a state licensing agency, which found that Diamond Automotive Group had violated the law and would be prosecuted. NEVER AGAIN--save yourself time, money and stress by purchasing elsewhere!

So my experience AT FIRST with Diamond Automotive was going great. It was my first time being here and I was just looking for a cash car. We called upon arriving at the place & a worker named Mark answered and told us they have a “2006 Hyundai Sant Fe” in our price range. My boyfriend and me were super excited after a long week of looking for cars this sounded like a good deal. When we got there we checked out the car, asked questions. Mark informed us that there was nothing wrong with that car that it was actually previously owned by the OWNERS NEICE, that she “took good care of it” and that made us feel more comfortable. As I’m test driving it I noticed the car was a little shaky and then the check engine light was on. So I asked Mark about the shaking, he informed me that it’s because it was an “old” car. Then said after the test drive he would have his mechanic check the check engine light to see what it says. We go inside while there checking the car, everything else sounded good. The price, the size and mind you I am 8months pregnant, Due next month and have a 4 yr old son. We told them were looking for a dependable car that has AC because the car we currently own does not have AC. So those were the main things we looked for. Well Mark said there mechanic checked and the check engine light was on because again it’s an “old car”. That he can turn it off but in a month it’s going to turn back on, that’s theres nothing wrong. Just a “old car”. So we go through with signing and he even drove us to the bank to take the money. Which WAS ALL our savings!!! I left a great comment to his manager and was excited. Two days after purchasing this car, it STOPS while I’m driving home. In the middle of the street! We call Diamond Automotive right away and tell them what happened and ask again was there any problems because our car just turned off while I was driving. They tell us we bought it “as is” which is true but we bought it with the knowledge that there’s wasn’t anything wrong with it! They lied! They knew this car had problems and were ok selling it to us. I’m pregnant due next month, that was all my money! How could they do such a thing! We then asked if we can at least take it to there mechanic to look at it to see what the problem is because it won’t turn on. The owner of the place said NO! A week later I found a mechanic to come down and look at it and it needs1. A New Fuel pump2. New motor mount for engine3. 2 Oxygen SensorsAlso when looking at my paperwork it turns out it’s a 2004 Hyundai Santa Fe. Mark lied about the year over the phone and in person. Horrible and sad experience, I learned my lesson not to ever go back there to purchase a car and I’m just upset and sad that they would be ok with selling me a car that DOESNT WORK! Now it’s just sitting in my apartment parking lot and I have to start saving before I go on maternity leave to try to fix this car.I will tell my story to everyone, this was not a fair buy and I wish I could rate this google review 0 stars!

Everyone here are human pieces of garbage, liars and thieves. Anthony is the worst of the lot. I cant tell you the unnecessary nonsense I went thru only to end up with a freaking lemon of a vehicle. Ive already contacted my lawyer and a nice little lawsuit will be filed. They have done nothing to accommodate me after numerous calls and messages.

Just bought a 2016 Hyundai from Diamond. At the time of purchase the car only had 900 miles. Took the Hyundai to the hyundai dealership because it was over heating and vehicle is still under factory warranty..... come to find out vehicle was in wreck and not noted on Carfax. We bought the car under the impression it was wreck free... Owner and salesman been giving my wife the run around since she bought the vehicle..... Smdh. Guess a lawyer is my next option. My opinion go somewhere else to get a vehicle. Honesty is the best policy.
