Came by today with a broken screen and color messed up also camera messed up knowing my camera wouldn’t be able to be fixed but Nelson was able to fix my camera and my glass I’m so happy !

Was told on phone to come in they would check for the parts. The second time I called, they said they would check for parts AGAIN, but no longer would get the discount I was offered. AND I would now have to leave my phone. Was not told before I would have to leave my phone there. I need my phone for work (Doordash) and they were aware of that. But it would cost me +/-$90.00 for a new screen and the labor for the work. The original price with the discount was supposed to be +/-$70.00. not to sure about the way this place is ran.

DO NOT VISIT THIS BUSINESS!I was looking for a place to fix mg husbands phone quickly because he needs it for work. We just moved to San Antonio a few months ago, so were still familiarizing ourselves with good areas/places to go. I looked on Google for an iPhone repair place and saw Phone Fixers with around 200+ reviews and a 4. something star rate! Only 5 minutes from our house, so it was convenient for us. I read reviews about how the place is so amazing, fixes phones in about 30 minutes to an hour.. I was sold! We took the phone up there at around 12pm and it was ready in about 45 minutes. Just some background of the extent of the damage: the screen still worked but it showed color lines and was cracked. The man said it was no problem to fix and it would he fixed within the hour. Okay, sounds perfect right? I had to go back to work, so my husband picks his phone up a little after 1pm. The phone looks great when I get to see it after work and everything seems great! A week goes by and the phone is still working great and the screen is in pristine shape.. or so we thought. Last night while my husband was at work, he texts me and tells me the screen is showing green and red colored lines on it, like its been dropped again. I asked if he dropped it, sat on it, or if it was in his pockets which can be tight sometimes.. He assures me he hasnt done anything to the phone. So why is the screen showing these lines?? Its been about a week and a half since we got the phone fixed. The repair was about $115. My husband got a case and a screen protector from the store, making the total $150. What a complete waste of money. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME AND MONEY AT THIS STORE!! We shouldve went to the Apple store and got it fixed better than this.

I recently went to have my phone screen repaired and also purchased a case and screen protector. The next day the back light started to flicker on and off. It would last a few minutes here and there but never lasted so I just figured I’d deal with it. Then after a few weeks the flickering became more and more often to the point it was impossible to use the phone. I googled “iPhone backlight flickering” and it explained more than likely its from a faulty screen after getting a repair. I explained all of this and a person who I assume was the manager kept trying to explain things that were not true based on the research I had done. He kept accusing me of putting it in my pocket or dropping it, although I explained that had not happened and we both agreed there was no physical damage to the phone to show that may have been the case. The thought this could be a way to increase income during a time where business may be slow but I cant say for sure. The obvious and correct business practice should have been to replace the screen that was given to me damaged at no cost. If there was any cosmetic damage to the phone I would understand that suspicion, but the phone was in perfect shape as it was replaced just a few weeks ago. GO TO APPLE FOR REPAIRS!

WORTH THE DRIVE TO GO ANYWHERE ELSEI know it can be difficult with limited options in this area.. but when needed a part for my friends phone, they wanted to charge us $90 for the part and install! we ended up buying the part from Walmart for $8 and it took 5 minutes to put together!When i badly needed some basic headphones for my work laptop, i paid $15 for a pair that did not work! the mic never came on and the volume buttons are FAKE.I will say, they are decent people and know their stuff, and i cant imagine what they charge for other services.. but broken glass, i go to the guy in the HEB at Potranco and 1604!

The repair guy was very patient and helpful. I replaced my iPhone SE battery ($40) but it can only go up to 85% capacity and it keeps restarting by itself. I didn’t receive any refund and not a fan of the manager. Would recommend to repair at Apple ($49) and get your phone covered if things go South

Amazing job done by the technician, he fixed my iPhone 6s in 20 minute could not believe it, I was in rush had to catch a flight but just stopped for a charger and he asked me do you want to fix your phone?? I said I will come back next week but the technician said he could fix it in 15 min max 20 min and if it’s more than 20 min he wouldn’t charge me for the repair. So there was no way I could say no !!!!! He then put a timer on his phone and gave it to me and exactly in 19 min he repaired my phone 6s and made it look like brand new i also bought a case for my phone and was given a free tempered glass with it, I would strongly recommend if anyone wants to repair their phone in less than 30 min should come to this place, there was no extra charge for the fast and friendly service,very professional customer service 👍👍👍👍👍
