My friend and I had the pleasure of stopping here for breakfast on our first morning in San Antonio during our weekend getaway. The breakfast sandwiches are phenomenal, a very good size serving that can easily be turned into two meals and tastes great. I also had the pleasure of trying a sour cream cinnamon and sugar with pecan muffin as well as an iced coffee and neither disappointed. The muffin was incredibly moist, large and I would absolutely get another. The service was exceptional and extremely friendly. We spoke with the woman who ran the place and she was very sweet. The atmosphere is very calm but also interesting thanks to the decor. They even have a collection of great board & card games to play. I highly recommend this shop and will visit again next time I am in SA!
Its a cute coffee shop that also sells some small gift items, which is a great idea. There are cozy spots to hang out inside and a few spots outside. Everyone who works here seems friendly and kind. My latte was decent but nothing special and it felt too cluttered with stuff for me to hang out. But its a good spot if youre in the area.
Let me tell you that Erin is the most Radical, Rad Owner you will ever come across. This Canadian native knows everyone of her regulars by names and what they drink like clock work. You will be hard pressed to find better customer service from her and husband Tres. Coffee to absolutely die for, food that will leave you satisfied for most of the day and super good! Don’t come here for a “cheap deal” quality & that feeling that you are home comes at a price. I have yet to find a better decorated business. From the main room, to the private side and bathroom. Stunning. This place is perfection and is only sad it can’t exist EVERYWHERE!
BEST CINNAMON ROLL I’VE EVER HAD! I originally went there for a latte and planned to search elsewhere for a homemade cinnamon, but fate stepped in when they had a cinnamon beauty sitting by the register. The owners, a wife and husband, were running the shop all on their own and rocking it! The wife, is a genius self-taught pastry chef, who’s never met a stranger; she’s very open, friendly, and is truly in her element. The cinnamon roll was the perfect amount of sweet, soft, homemade, and icing; I was surprised how perfect it was, because I’ve never had a roll that had that perfect combination. The owner is truly a gem, full of hospitality, and wonderful goods to sell to customers. This place will forever be a staple for my family and I when we drive through SA for now on.
If I lived here this would be a regular stop for me. The owner is so friendly I feel like weve known here forever. The baked goods were delicious and coffee did not disappoint. This would be a great hangout to work, study or catch up with a friend.
Some of the absolute best coffee, pastries, and breakfast sandwiches Ive had in this city. Amazing place ran by some amazing people. You do yourself a disservice by not visiting.
Love going to Olmos Perk! We always have a wonderful experience and they treat everyone like family. Coupled with the great coffee and food makes this one of our favorite places to grab food/coffee. Erin is fantastic and creates the perfect coffee shop atmosphere!
Great food, great coffee, and even better staff! This place is great for studying and if you want to find a quiet place to get in the zone this is the spot in San Antonio!
Fantastic drinks made by the owner, who is exceedingly passionate about her craft. Wonderful experience and atmosphere.
Great coffee and great people. The owners are very welcoming and they really make you feel like youre home
Different level coffee place. Amazing people running that place... If I could I would rate it 8 stars.
Lovely spot to relax the owner was so nice and the young girl with short hair behind the counter was very sweet, my iced latte and muffin were delish!!
Great place. Went there for a first date; couldn’t have picked a better place. Everyone was so nice and the environment is beautiful. Food was yummy and healthy!
Worst customer service I have ever experienced. It was my first time here and I wanted a refreshing drink. Immediately as I walked in the staff did not greet me and looked and me blankly as I was looking at the menu. They looked completely dead and Just stared at me confusingly since I hadn’t made my decision on what to get. I expect more pleasant attitudes and at least a sign of verbatim. Maybe asking me if I need help or have any questions with the menu????? Guess not they expected me to facilitate the conversation when it’s obviously their job. I asked if they were okay and they simply laughed and said they were tired. Ummm so is this whole entire world who works????????? never coming again.
Great coffee, great vibe, and great food. The Boss coffee is fantastic, a caramel nitro done excellently, probably the best nitro cold brew Ive had. The Boss sandwich aint bad either, although there are a lot of good looking sandwiches on the menu, including a pimento melt with house made pimento cheese. Theres cool art on the walls and plenty of comfy seating just to chill out in. The owners are super cool as well, knowing their customers and really interested in their lives and well-being. I think this is my favorite coffee shop in town. They also have gelato, if you want dessert that isnt a pastry.
Small mom and pop shop with excellent coffee, breakfast and customer service.
We love this coffee shop/cafe. Top quality coffee and baked goods, a great quiet spot to study or write. Unfortunately after my wife and I moved to the north side we dont make it here as often as we used to, but we came back last week to find theyre better than ever. Look forward to coming back!
Really good coffee and pastries! The husband and wife that run it are very friendly and funny too!
I loved it it was a wonderful experience the owner is very down to earth she came inside with me talk to me I love that place I will be going back
They have some really great cold brew coffee, which is rare because a lot of places in town seem to not have high quality cold brew, or they just ice their day old coffee (yech!)Unfortunately they dont always have it, so its kind of hit or miss. The decor is beautiful, and its a great place to meet up with friends. The pastries are delicious and always tempting. However, its a little pricey. If they had the cold brew in stock reliably if give them a 5
Fantastic coffee/baked goods/food served with simply unparalleled customer service (I cannot stress how exceptionally friendly and kind the owners are). I don’t know if it’s possible for anyone to visit and not love their experience, but if I met such a person they probably wouldn’t be my cup of coffee. Visit and enjoy.
Lovely ambience. Staff very helpful. disappointed in muffins. They look great but they’re all dry. Ordered two different kinds. The latte was warm not very hot. Way too expensive for this kind of quality.
Enjoyed a fantastic Reeses peanut butter latte and warm cinnamon roll great service will definitely return.
The banana chocolate chip muffin and matcha latte were both fantastic and the people are super friendly. I will definitely be back next time I’m in the area!
This places is the very best .her cakes r so fantastic .the owner is very nice down to earth person .... places is so fabulous ...
Great atmosphere and staff. Nice selection of drinks and sweets.
Trying to find a decent coffee shop in the area and found this gem on yelp. It can be a little difficult to find since it’s inside a small cute plaza on McCullough Ave, between Clarence St and E Mariposa Dr. We passed it the first time coming here; didn’t see it on McCullough driving by! It is in the plaza right across from Valero gas station. After entering the small plaza, parking is relatively easy with plenty of parking outside the shop as well as a small indoor parking lot.The interior decor is very modern and bourgie, the owner decorates it personally and rearranges the furniture so it’s like coming into a different coffee shop every time! The interior seating is limited due to the pandemic but there is plenty of outdoor seating outside as well.We tried the avocado toast, soy milk latte, almond milk latte and they were superb. The avocado paste is very smooth and tasty, coupled with some cheese and tomatoes to a savory oblivion. The lattes are piping hot, with amazing taste. Since we are from far away (border town near Mexico and New York), the owner even delivered us cookies and an extra coffee on the House! Customer service is TOP notch. Have all types of milk available for your coffee. Always attentive and extremely personalized service, could not ask for a better host/server.Overall, one of the most personable, beautifully designed interior, and fabulous boutique coffee cafés that I’ve ever been to. Keep up the good work Olmos Perk Coffee!
Not been There Yet. Look Good 👆🙄🤗.
Good vibe, fantastic pastry, and they make a very nice cappuccino. Ill absolutely be back.
Service is always excellent even when they have a full house. staff treated us so nice. feels similar to a cafe in chicago i liked.
This location is absolutely outstanding. The staff was very welcoming and sociable. Prices are appropriate.
Me and husband stopped in for a day trip to San Antonio. We were looking for a good local coffee shop- well this one was hosting a private party when we got there and it was closed however the women that worked there went above and beyond to help us. She offered us complimentary coffee and cookies and even suggestions of what to do in town! It made our trip extra special! Plan on going back and we highly recommend!
AMAZING place! Super friendly. My husband and I are regulars.
Absolutely the best coffee shop in town. The owners are better than top notch people. And the coffee is excellent. And the atmosphere is welcoming. Dont go anywhere else for coffee. Simple as that.
Really cool atmosphere and the drinks are good. Regular coffee can be burnt sometimes and they only have pastries (mostly muffins) as a food option. However, they are delicious too!
Great study spot! People are friendly and the coffee is fantastic! Always my go to study spot. Such a cute place to visit.
Great neighborhood coffee shop! The owners are super nice and you can tell they care about their customers. It’s a great place to study or chill. I had a latte both times I’ve been and it was perfect and strong - much better than lattes from chain shops. Their muffins are delicious. There’s a lot of natural light and comfy spots to sit. I’ll definitely be back!
First time trying this place today and it’s amazing! The owners are the sweetest people. They even asked if I wanted some coffee for the road and refilled my coffee for free! Very comforting environment and great tasting coffee...Also would make a great study spot
I love this coffee place. I felt very welcomed. Everyone is very friendly even the customers said hello. The place is very cute and unique looking. At the same time it also felt very cozy. Definitely adding this place to my favorites 😊
The owners must be in a bind. They replaced the cups with a cheap generic cup that looks like something from a 1970 airline flight. They pour the cream for you and do not want you to use much. The coffee tasted like it had been made hrs ago and was not very hot.In looking for a good coffee shop you can cross this one off my list😂
Favorite coffee place in San Antonio! The coffee and espresso are top notch- best bean around! Smooth but deeper and earthier (my preference) than the other coffee shops Ive tried here. The owners are so friendly, wonderful customer service, and the ambiance is absolutely perfect! You could sit down and relax/read a book, work on a laptop, or meet up with the girls for a posh drink!
A quiet, comfy place to enjoy a cup of coffee or tea with a fresh baked cookie or cinnamon bun on the side. This artsy, cozy cafe also offers healthier options and more substantial fare. I enjoyed a perfect cappuccino served with some fresly baked sugar cookies.
Made with love. Southwestern sandwich is great
Since new management took over a few years ago, Olmos Perk has had amazing pastries! The baked goods and drinks are definitely some of my favorite. And the owners are always so nice and welcoming!
After just a few visits this has quickly become my favorite coffee shop in San Antonio. Great coffee and food, comfortable chairs, and great staff. Thank you!
We had the best experience in this coffee shop ! Service was very awesome and personable. Very nice and relaxing place to enjoy your coffee. The carrot muffins are sooo delicious as well as my cappuccino 👌 we will definitely go back
The owner, Erin, is a fabulous host ... always welcoming, friendly, and warm. Her smile is contagious. She knows her regular customers and their go-to orders.Very first visit, and she took time to share about her menu, baked goods, gluten free items, syrup selections, etc. Iced coffee was deliciously made!
I loved the hospitality! All lactose-free milks is absolutely amazing. It was a tough choice on my sweet choice - all looked tempting. Definitely coming back for a meal. Thanks for everything! Also, first timers get a free cookie:)
Love the new owners and the feeling they have brought to this place. So many amazing additions, delicious food, drinks & especially delicious nitro-coffee.Your perfect coffee shop and the place where you can get some of the best food SA has to offer!
Very cozy setting with great coffee and food at a great price! It’s good to know that they get their coffee beans from a local distributor. I had the breakfast blend drip drop coffee, my wife had an iced salted caramel latte and we shared a breakfast sandwich called “The Road Hog” (I think that is the name). The staff was very friendly as well. This will be our regular spot from now on. Do yourself a favor, stay away from over priced chain coffee shops and try Olmos Perk!
I really enjoyed this place, Ive passed it a few times and finally went in for lunch. Very awesome vibe I love the way the place is set up. Sort of has a spot for whatever kind of mood youre in. I ordered the hitman sandwich and it was delicious, well prepared. They also have a pretty good selection of beverages outside of the coffe, which is great, if youre feeling something else. Would for sure recommend if you like a nice chill place to have some coffee or lunch.
Wonderful establishment! Enjoyed the cappuccino and cinnamon roll! Management was excellent and the service was phenomenal! Will definitely have to go back!
Such a cozy atmosphere to stop in to unread a book and sip on a delicious latte. Their cinnamon rolls are also my favorite splurge.
I was just driving by and decided to grab a cup, and all my God I happen to get service from the owner I believe her name was Aaron she was so full of energy she got me excited about getting a cup of coffee I was like wow, anyway I decided to grab a slice of cheesecake, to find out that she was the baker And this was the best damn cheesecake I’ve ever had,
Went in right as they opened at 8am on a Sunday.Took my 2 small children and my wife.Adults had Cafe Americano (It was good)We had a couple of their fresh sandwiches (very good) Cooked made to order.Kiddos had some coffees that were made kid style. Almost all milk with a splash of coffee and some sweet n low. They shared a Chocolate Chip muffin. The service was prompt polite and helpful. The check was what I would consider cheap for coffee and breakfast for 5The space was greatOverall, there wasn’t a thing I wasn’t happy with and I’m pretty picky.
Ive only been here once, but it is such a fun coffee shop! Arm chairs and sofas everywhere, super friendly people, good latte...I will definitely be coming back!
The staff is really nice. I got a decaf Americano. They gave me some cream that made it pretty good. I got the avocado toast it was very filling and they give you 2 slices.
Great environment. I love coming here to study(there are desk cubbies on one wall). Very relaxed homey feel. Staff is always friendly and helpful. The food and coffee are delicious and the owners are so pleasant. They go above and beyond for their customers. Its my favorite coffee shops in San Antonio.
In short? I Really enjoyed everything. In detail? Read on 🙂🙂I found this location on Google (of course). I was looking for a quiet coffee shop to work from today with a great atmosphere. Although I didn’t get the quiet I certainly got the atmosphere. I ordered a Turmeric Latte (because how often is that on a menu) I love Golden Milk and I know there is an art to making this drink with balance. The owner suggested “soup and a scoop” for my lunch (scoop of her homemade chicken salad and tortilla soup) I over heard her talking about how she doesn’t put onion in her chicken salad.. I was already dreading my decision lol I mean green onion and chicken salad are the milk and cookies of lunch😩. Time went on and I didn’t get a drink or meal for almost an hour. I wasn’t too worried but calmly reminded the owner that I hadn’t received my drink or meal. She stated that she had forgotten and was genuinely apologetic. Now this is not a bad thing because I saw her spinning about with a small lunch group of demanding older ladies. My food was brought to me with urgency. What do you know? This was the best ONION-LESS CHICKEN SALAD I’ve trusted my taste buds to eat! The combination of flavors was a great experience! The soup was full of flavor as well it reminded me of my mom’s veggie soup. I love to see fresh chopped veggies and seasonings in my soup!I really enjoyed this experience. Small local businesses are the heart of the community! I didn’t mind waiting and even being forgotten because I saw how hard she worked to satisfy customers. After being offered a complimentary muffin and assuring her I was okay and understood... Today of all days (Mardi Gras) for a New Orleans native homesick and craving king cake .. I was given a complementary cinnamon pastry which after the first bite reminded me of home and satisfied that craving!
My first time here and I got a chai latte, which was super delish. The owner is very friendly and helpful.
Love this cute local spot! The employees and owner were very friendly and humble. Coffee, gelato, and baked goods were on point! I’ll make sure to drop by if in the area again!
This place is great. The menu is fun, the service is great, and the atmosphere is perfect. I brought my team here for a strategy session and it could not have been better. Im biased to the couches in the middle!
Im a pretty inexperienced coffee drinker but I wanted to try a local place for once vs Starbucks. The staff could have been a little more suggestive/informative about drinks (I just threw out that I like iced coffee and caramel and got no suggestions in what they offer that might suit me) but he was super friendly. He did offer me their signature travel coffee cup for an extra dollar, which I will definitely be using at home. The drink was pretty good though (coffee, half and half, and caramel). Im sure Ill be back.
The ambiance and decor are great! It’s warm and inviting, and the artwork is awesome! The music is mellow and low enough for conversation without having to raise your voice. With the various tables, chairs, couches, and cubicles, it’s a great place to meet up with a friend (or business appt), lounge with a book, or even study. The pastries look great! I haven’t had one yet, but I’m sure I will at some point. I have tried their croissant breakfast sandwich, twice, and while there was nothing particular to tout (it tastes as you might expect your average croissant sandwich to taste), the price (
I had a latte, tasted great and they have whole milk which is a plus. Pretty cozy place, sofas you can sink into and nooks set up for computers. Staff wasnt super perky (sorry) but they were pleasant enough
Always a great expirence. Worth going out of my way for! The owners are amazing and the food and coffee are fantastic!
Comfy, cozy setting. The sofas and chairs are plush, the atmosphere relaxing, and of course, the food and coffee delicious.
I have come here for years, and have always had an excellent experience. The prices are extremely fair, the employees have always been kind and attentive and the atmosphere is perfect for meeting a friend or getting some work done. The coffee is usually very good, and they have a wide variety of coffee, espresso and tea based drinks. While it might not be my favorite cup of coffee on town, it is hands down my favorite place to actually drink my coffee.
Go for the coffee, stay for the food and awesome people. Two thumbs up.
Very interesting interior! Local art is along the walls. Great place to bring laptop and study/work. Owner is super friendly, and coffee is amazing! I really like their Boss Coffee, made of nitro cold brew.
Great coffee shop!! Great atmosphere! The coffee and pastries were delicious. The owners are so personable that you feel you have known them for years. It will become a regular hang out for us.
Very nice coffee shop. Very quiet and laid back. The coffee is good as well.
Love the place! Friendly, warm atmosphere...clean, and music isnt blaring. More than anything, coffee, lattes and pastries are delicious!
Excellent coffee in an eclectic atmosphere. Lots of seating. Erin has been a delight every time Ive been here. Very personable and friendly. Must try in San Antonio.

The medium roast drip coffee was surprisingly good! The chairs are super comfy and extra. Not sure why this place wasnt busier on a Saturday morning.
Wonderful owner, nicely decorated, and very available to keto and sugar free! And cinnamon rolls are addicting!
Really cute place yo eat, delish food and friendly stuf, definitely going back for more !!!
Best coffee in the city! The deserts and pastries are to die for, theyre so good!! Freshly baked and secret recipes make this place a home away from home
First time. Cool atmosphere. Feels homey with tons of couches. Good drip.
Great people and great coffee. Why would you go anywhere else?
We just were driving around San Antonio and came across this cute little shop. What a great atmosphere and fabulous food. We will definitely be back!
Cute, locally owned coffee shop. Great coffee and pastries. Shop small - you wont be disappointed!
The environment is so vibrant and friendly and everything on the menu is amazing! From the pastries to the food and drinks, I have trouble picking my favorite so I’m on a mission to try everything!
Wonderful atmosphere. Coffee and baked goods both excellent. Plenty of neat places to sit and chat or do homework. Plenty of outlets
Great coffee! Awesome baked goods. Nice place to get some work done off-site, 5 work station like carrels.
