I bought a beautiful gold ring with diamonds and the employees are a great help!

My first time at the store was on 5/28/2020. Tony and David were very professional, welcoming, and accommodating to the questions that I had. They also offered me inventory that wasn’t on the shelves that better suited the products that I was looking for. Tony and David trailered the experience to my needs and I appreciate them both for an amazing shopping experience. Keep up the good work fellas!!!!

The employees At this location combine excellent customer service with personal attention. Over my years I had tried different pawnshops in the San Antonio area and have made Money Mart Pawn Shop on Grissom Road the only Pawn shop I will do business with. They take care of you here.

When you sell an item, what they do is they will pay you out, but then on the paper they write down a lesser amount and then pocket the rest. Is this common practice? Must be. Seemed pretty shady to me. He was trying to be slick about it too

Went in yesterday to pawn a 30/30 lever action, David treated me and got me exactly what I wanted in less than 30 minutes, very polite and nice. David and Tony both were excellent with the whole process. Best pawn shop I’ve been to in town

Came into the store and was surprised at the huge selection! I got a great deal on a brand new Xbox with warranty. The staff was very helpful, friendly, and educated on the merchandise!

Great place to shop. Great prices and always greeted by smiles. Bought some golf clubs today and saved a lot compared to other pawn shops. Tony, Jennifer, and Kaleb have always given me great service. Haven’t needed a loan yet, but I hear them offering very fair amounts on things people bring in, not like others making low offers and selling high. This place is legit! Only ding on the shop is that it’s always “warm”, but they say they can’t control the a/c. Still, a great place to shop.

The service was slow. They took 30 minutes verifying a serial number on my product that I was selling only to print out loan for the same price. When I for a sale receipt he said he’d have to re enter everything. I do not plan on returning.

Never sold anything here because the skinny guy who’s always there is really cheap. I try multiple shops whenever I sell or pawn something and they always offer the least. The one time I bought something, they wouldn’t budge on the price one bit and it wasn’t something cheap or something on sale etc.

This was my first time doing business with a pawn shop and I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. The customer service from Jennifer and the other employees was more than excellent. Oh, and the most import part of this review was they gave me more $$$ than I was expecting for the items I took in to sell. Just to think I was going to try and sell these items at a garage sell. I went in because I needed some financial help, Kaleb was amazing and helpful. Even though I did find another resource l, he was honest and if need be Ill go for help. Surly gonna do some shopping here though. Just so amazingly treated with respect and honesty.

The place is super hot so you cant wait to leave. They do not have much for sale perhap if they made the temperature comfortable people would stay longer and shop. After mentioning how hot the manager pretty much ignored me. Not rude but more like theres nothing he can do.
