This office is absolutely fantastic! Caring and professional staff, they were so sweet and gentle with my daughter. I will recommending their clinic to all if my friends who have kids with hearing and processing differences.
OVERCHARGE AND EXCESSIVE PRICE RANGEI arrived at 8:00 and no one was in the office. They arrived 15 minutes later. All I wanted was a little piece of tube and they wanted to charge me 50.00. It’s a bit excessive especially when you can order it on Amazon for less than 10.00 which arrives the next day. Staff is professional but the price ridiculous. I talked down the price to 25 because honestly I don’t want to waste an another minute on picking up something as simple as a tiny tube.Update: The tube wasn’t even the correct version. I’m changing this from professional to amateur due to their knowledge on hearing aid products that are necessary to know. I was refunded and wasted my time here. Next review coming up. NewSound Hearing Aid Centers wins over this hands down.
Appointment time was actual time seen. Very professional and complete exam and tests.
Office staff was extremely polite, helpful and experienced. Dr. Davis was amazing! I felt that Dr. Davis was interested and engaged with my testing. Most importantly, she was very warm and caring with my diagnosis and her explanations throughout the testing. (I had met with a prior Audio physician for my first ever hearing test and felt like I was one of a large bunch of cattle being herded into an unknown, cold territory and treated as if we were just there to be lead into the slaughter rooms ). Dr. Davis took a lot of time to explain my results and possible diagnosis. Dr. Davis will be my #1 choice for any audio issues I may ever have!! I highly recommend her & her staff!! I am grateful for this experience.
Had an appointment yesterday and the staff was very friendly! I didnt have to wait long to be seen, as well. Dr. Davis was so attentive and compassionate towards my concerns and all of my questions! Im definitely recommending Dr. Davis to any of my family members or friends! I cant wait for my next appointment with Dr. Davis!

Unprofessional office staff. Over a month and my insurance has not been billed. Multiple phone calls to this office and no luck. Decided to make a payment and submit the claim myself, was told I would be emailed a receipt/invoice. Received nothing. Also expensive.

I work in the same building as Asso of Audiology. They seem to make an extra effort for their patients, everyone leaves smiling. The docs and staff are always kind and friendly. I will use them first for any hearing issues, I am glad to know they are here.

Very friendly, helpful, and professional office staff and providers.I wish to give a detailed review of this provider. Initially I was able to get Oticon Hearing Devices from this business through the Texas Workforce Agency as I have limited hearing and qualifications for disability benefits. I have been given multiple visits trying to get my devices working, but it has been challenging in that for one reason or another they stop functioning or didn’t work right. I have most recently talked with one of their representatives in their Round Rock Location by the name of Nia. I have seen and experienced many great visits with Ashley, Nicole Davis, the owner, and other staff in their Broadway Office. However recently I had a rough encounter with a new staff person, so I called around looking for Nicole and ended up speaking with Nia in Round Rock. Wow, what a great person who knows many intricacies of hearing aids and how to troubleshoot to get to the bottom of what’s wrong and to get them working. I spent about forty minutes on the phone with her a few weeks ago. I ended up taking one device into the shop for it to be returned to the manufacturer for specific diagnosis. She had me do many things to also improve their function before bringing it in. Like before changing batteries, take the tab off and let it air out for five minutes to activate the battery. Or let your hearing aids have a rest and don’t wear them 24/7, which I do as I listen to music going to sleep at night.I will update this review after I get them back from the manufacturer. However because of Nia’s great service, I joined their annual hearing aid service deal.
Excellent! Friendly people, professional service, treated with utmost respect, answered all my questions, including taking a call only 2 hours after Id left. Strongly recommend to anyone with hearing loss!
