Very professional, very clean and hygienic facility and super cool staff and superior products! I only bought another set of hearing protection because I wanted another color! The noise-canceling devices are fabulous as I work around air compressors all day and the discharging of air will make you deaf! These devices work!

SanAntonio Custom Hearing has been my hearing provider ever since I finally had enough of having people repeat themselves up to three times and having the TV at sound levels that could be heard by others outside.Mathew has always been “Johnny on the spot” and he has always come to the house for what I needed with my hearing and hearing devices. PLUS their hearing devices are reasonably priced. The device warranties are also nice as my puppy (at the time) chewed up one of my hearing aids into tiny pieces but it was covered under the warranty’s loss coverage and less than a week later I had a new device already programmed!Everybody at the company has just been great!I highly recommend San Antonio Custom Hearing for anybody that even thinks they may need hearing augmentation. Back in January 2018, 10 months ago, I purchased 2 sets of ear pro from San Antonio Custom Hearing. The blue are solid and rated at 32db for shooting guns, while the flesh tone are hollowed out one with a 22db filter and the other with a hole to run a security line for work use. I have been extremely pleased with my ear pro over the last 10 months. The ones for shooting are used a few times a month and allow for electronic muffs over the ear to be used in conjunction. I currently use the flesh tone 4-5 times a week some days 10 hours straight. Ive almost a dozen different ear pro for concert/loud music or to otherwise drown out annoying people over the years. They have also saved my hearing from nearby gunshots while at work when using a 20-22db filter you can safely block out concert noise but still carry on normal conversations and hear things you wouldnt be able to with hearing protection designed for shooting. Also pictured is a small bluetooth earbud that I often use with an earplug when at work. From surefire, etyomic research, live music, Howard leight and various off brands, these custom molded ear pro are by far the most durable and comfortable Ive tried. I was able to set up an appointment and they came to me to pour the mold. The entire process from getting set up, to leaving took less than 30 minutes for the 4 molds. They are all still going strong with no signs of degradation even after one of the sets accidentally went through the washer and dryer. We live in a retirement home and have not had to leave the property to get their service. The best decision of my life... It is never easy to face the ugly truth that our bodies degrade over time. The Mrs. (age 42) has known for a while that she had hearing issues but we had no idea to what extent. The first obstacle to overcome was the initial meeting. I have known Ashley (owner) for a while and she is probably the sweetest girl you have ever met. She came to us so the Mrs. never had to deal with the perceived stigma of walking into the office in front of the world (though Ashley does have a new office coming). Ashley was fully mobile and came right over to the house to conduct the testing and we found out the hearing loss was in the profound range. This was an eye opener. She quickly did a test run with one pair of discreet hearing aids (the technology is there people check them out). We were glad to have Ashley over because as you can imagine it was a shock to the Mrss senses and as many folks know it can be overwhelming and emotions run high when you finally get senses back and reflect on the things you may have missed prior to treatment... We had a 30 day trial which was great because we ended up having to get them resized which Ashley and her husband Matt (great guy) helped us with, they are so easy to schedule with and ALWAYS prompt. We were probably a huge pain along the way but they are wonderful people, they provide an incredible service, and they genuinely impact lives for the better in the most profound of ways. I recently discovered this place on Google. I was having difficulty understanding conversations with my Phonak hearing aids. I made an appointment with Matthew. He is absolutely the most knowledgeable audio technician I’ve ever dealt with. He conducted an evaluation and said based on my hearing loss, that I should change my speakers from power 1 to standard. This was the first time any tech had recommended that. I did that, and then Matthew readjusted my Phonaks. What an improvement. I’m now understanding conversations better than I ever have with my Phonaks.Matthew and Ashley are a great team. Welcoming, friendly, concerned and understanding.
