The entire process from start to finish was wonderful with their team! I scheduled my hearing appointment with Dr. Hernandez who walked me through step by step my entire process. After doing my hearing test he took the time to walk me through my results and what everything meant for me moving forward. I have needed hearing aids for a good portion of my life, so I have had the opportunity to work with multiple Audiologist and hearing aid providers. In 2018 I found myself needing to replace hearing aids as a new transplant to San Antonio. After much research I decided to connect with Audicles and they were/have been spectacular to work with throughout the whole process.As I was deciding what model best fit my needs, Dr. Tracy and Dr. Elias worked together with me to find the choice that ticked all the boxes. They didn’t try pushing me to the most expensive, just the best fit. After the purchase, we had several follow up visits to help fine tune my aids and answer any comments or questions I had. Over the past two years Audicles has continued to do what they said they would do in regards to cleaning/maintenance and answering any questions.All of the staff (either by phone or in person) have been wonderful to work with. I’ve never had a bad experience. Yesterday (7/24/20) I had a scheduled cleaning, and the safety protocols put in place for Covid were well thought out including the plastic shielding on the face-mask to allow for lip reading as my aids were being serviced.If you are new to the area or a long time San Antonio resident looking for an Audiologist service, I strongly recommend using Audicles. They are awesome.

They have been very good with helping me figure out what type of hearing aids I need and I have been very pleased with the performance of my hearing aids and I have not had any issues. I highly recommend them to anyone if they are in the market to buy new hearing aids. The staff is very nice.

Caring professional staff. Eli was very kind and compassionate with my 88 year old mother who suffered from dementia. He treated her with gentleness and respect.

I got some ear impressions here for CIEMs. The impressions were the cheapest I could find in San Antonio at $25 per set without any appointment fee. Dr. Tracy Board was very friendly and professional. The first set of impressions werent perfect so she took another set and they turned out great.
