Dr. Viet Pham is efficient, knowledgeable, and instilled confidence with me for my 3 year old. Surgery went well aside from the errors from the staff and the age of the surgery center. Wait time, communication, and the referral process are absolutely terrible. There is clearly a problem with how the partners have decided to schedule patients and the staff doesnt make up for it. The online portal is advertised, but not used by staff. Definitely feels like a large operation where the patients are just a dollar sign.

The Dr. Didnt even look in my ear or mouth... Touched my jaw and said to go see a dentist. The issue was my ear not my jaw. Went to my PCP, Dr. Girgis n said if ENT had looked im my ear he would have seen severe infection. My eardrums were getting ready to burst!

Dr. Hale is nice and very efficient, but having to wait an hour to be seen when you arrive on time is not acceptable.
