I called and they immediately sent me a link to the parts manual via email. Found what I needed but still had questions and a Mr. Daniel Gilbert answered all my questions... quoted me the items I needed and personally delivered them to my business in Laredo by THE NEXT DAY. Super good service.

Bought a Hotsy for my truckwash...thought is was a good investment..paid over $9000 for the machine..I had it 2 1/2 yrs. And have invested more than $2500 in repairs and parts..I could have bought 20 GU 316 R pumps and they all would still be working..I dont recommend the unit..Now it needs a New pump ..that is another $1500..guess I am going to junk it..maybe they will give a couple hundred for it...LOL
