My husband and I were wanting to find a home for us that was affordable. We are not ready to move right away but we wanted to know what prices for a new mobile home would be. Places like Titan and Palm Harbor won’t even show you homes or give you prices without wanting to know you whole life story and getting a credit check. When you tell them you are not wanting to buy right away they feel like you are wasting their time. All they want is a sale. We wasted in hour and left without seeing any homes because we would not let them do a credit check.When we found Texas Repo, Monica was just the sweetest person. They were actually closed already and we caught her as she was leaving. She surprised us by saying she could still help us. Right away she didn’t waste any time and asked us what we were looking for. She explained these were homes that they remodel and we get to be involved in the process. She told us it does take up to 9 months and that was perfect for us because like I said we are not in a hurry to move right away. She showed us homes on the lot and examples of what they can do and how our home could look. The price is beyond affordable for us.We fell in love. We are so excited to see the progress of our home . Monica continues to be so helpful and she goes above and beyond to get us answers and keep in touch with us. To this this day we can’t believe we have that huge burden of finding an affordable home lifted. If you need an affordable home and have time to wait for them to remodel one for you, please come here. You won’t regret it. We have land already so while we wait for our home we can focus on getting utilities on our land. Just perfect for us! When our home is done I will come back and post before and after photos!

Would never recommend this place to anyone after the experience we had with them. I have text messages and recordings of the refund agreement. How is it that someone gives you money for $5000 down payment and $5000 for fees to move the home. Was told a different excuse every week about-face when the money would be paid back to us. Gave payments of $2,500 because their account is negative. How would the account be negative if the mobile we chose was NEVER MOVED and they NEVER started fixing it???? Seriously!!!!! What that heck is that???? Guess they should have kept my money to refund it instead of using my money towards something else!!!!! Contact BBB they are even and accredited company. Learned my lesson with them, for real.

They take your money and never do work on your home or even move it. They wouldn’t show any receipts or proof of what was paid for. Paid only cash. A bunch of liars and thieves.

This place is a complete fraud. They stole my down payment. My brothers down payment and his in-laws. In the process of suing them. They don’t return phone calls don’t give an update on the work they are not doing. “Bought my home” on April 16th and they still have not touched it. Was told several times work was about to begin the next week but that was always a lie. The lady that runs the place is a joke. They don’t believe they should refund your money nor deliver on your home straight up fraud.

These people lied about a home that was available, and then turned out stopped answering phone calls. I had put time and money into the project, and they screwed me.

I call to ask about some mobile home to see and they where real nice to me I ask who i was talking to and she told me her name, she is the manager her name is Mrs. Isabel Diaz she was very nice and she answer all my questions, I will recommend this place to buy a home.

Very unprofessional company. Bella Christina is rude and unprofessional she uses her friends to create good reviews that are fake but in reality alot of people are unhappy with how they actually handle business.. selling POS trailers at very ridiculous prices and the renovation process is slow. Once you put your money down your screwed over by them with no luck of getting a full refund. Money hungry employees run the place..they well say what you wanna hear and agree to whatever but as i said once you put the down and sign the vague contract they no longer care about you.

Me and my husband had a bad expirence with texas repo and within 15 days we were supposed to get our full refund since we didnt sign a contract. Its been over a month and isabel keeps giving us excuses about our refund. No one answering our calls, and weeks for isabel to reply . We just want to put this bad experience behind us and get our refund.

If I could i’d give this place NO stars. I don’t even know where to begin. My husband and I recently purchased a mobile home from Texas repo are sales men, Paul Franco, said he’d have everything good to go for us. First when my driver went out there to pick up our mobile home Paul failed to tell us that they were doing construction on the road and my driver encountarded many issues as to how they had the trailer positioned, which delayed my drivers schedule and ours. Next, Paul stated we’d have clean carpets before we picked up the mobile home and did not come through. Lasetly, apon purchasing our mobile home I specifically told Paul I wanted a WORKING split ac unit also included in the purchase since our mobile home was a 2015 with a working HVAC system throughout the trailer. It took some time to connect power out to our new property and when we did the HVAC system company explained to us the split ac unit Texas repo had given us did not work and did not meet the BTU’s of the house therefore, it didn’t belong to the mobile home. I got ahold of the manger Isabel and she said they were not certified to sale split ac units. However, Paul originally said him and his manger (Isabel) would sale my husband and I a split ac unit for 500 dollars. Of course I didn’t agree to it and wanted it included in the regular purchase. When we called Paul about the issue with the unit he stated they had a storage at the yard with a whole bunch of units. Isabel states differently and claims they do not. The owner should really look into hiring more Proffesional people this place knows nothing about good customer service.- Also as you can tell by the comments left on each bad review such as the one about an account overdue? that the staff is very unprofessional.*****Update*****I repeat DO NOT purchase a mobile home from these people. They will try to scam you Isabel Diaz literally lied to my husband and I multiple times. Come to find out they were trying to take the mobile home they agreed to buy back from us when my husband and I were not at our property and not pay a cent. Please save yourselves the stress. I’m just glad my husband and I were able to get out of any sort of agreement with these people.People don’t waist your time go somewhere where there not going to try to con you out of your money.

I would not get anything from this place because they tell you one thing and dont do it.I was giving them my mobile home if they paid my the taxes I owed.Steve agreed to that.I have been waiting for 2 months and they havent paid them.They say they have to move the trailer first.I told him no because how will I know that they will pay all the taxes I owe and not just what I owe on the trailer.I wouldnt believe a word they say,he said it not him its the owners policy.

I bought a home gro. Them paid 3,000 dollars they never fixed anything my home poured water from under it till the day I moved. Isabell lied to me so many times. House had black mold had to move because.my grandson got sick. These homes sit there with broken windows tore off doors for long period as of time then they get bought and they paint over it and you dont know till it is to late.
