Went in to purchase a mobile home cash offer. Put down a deposit and had a meeting with Alamo transport about land clearing and other options for mobile home. 4 days later titan got back to me with a false document from Alamo transport in which they modified the prices for all work. They literally were trying to skim money off the project. Almost 6k in false prices for different parts of the requested work. It’s funny how they acted like nothing was wrong. Glad I’m buying somewhere else. Not sure how many people have been taken advantage of with this scheme. Buyer beware never believe what a 3rd party sends you for a quote, ask the company for the real quote. I commend Alamo transport for not playing games.

Just bought our first home here today! We were super nervous at first. But it turned out to be a stress free experience. I went to Titan factory on Marbach and worked with Lance Eckles. My wife and I were very impressed from the beginning. He was very professional, kind and was honest with us. Wed been to other dealers and they did not seem trustworthy and their prices were much higher. I highly recommend going to Titan and Lance.

My husband and I went in just to look today at homes because we came into some surprise money. not a lot but enough to pay cash for something but did not want to disclose that for fear of being pushed to purchase more than what we wanted. So we declined to discuss financing by stating that we hadnt done financing yet because we wanted to get an idea of what we wanted first to which Lance tried pushing but when we stood our ground Lance said well I dont think we are the builder for you so we left. I guess we will just draw up our own and have it built because if we cant go look at homes before telling someone our financial situation we just wont go that route.

Dont come here unless your ready to apply for a home without even seeing anything 🤣. Salesman and finance manager will pressure to run your credit report even tho you tell them your uncomfortable giving your information multiple times. They dont give you price estimates or show you floor plans but do expect them to talk your ears off for 2 hrs. Long story short if you want to stop by to inquire about price, models or tour a home dont cause they wont show you anything without running your credit. Worst experience ever!

Im giving 3 stars. The reason is due to the promising stories the salesman tell you. We went for a specific mobile home. That was in our price range. While the ad stated free of charge for moving all over texas and Oklahoma. We were suppose to meet with lance from titan. He was supposedly to be on his day off the day we were going to show up at the dealer location. We got there but instead of dealing with him he sent us with Warren he was friendly. We told Warren we were looking for a double wide. But that home they claimed was not there. But it was online. Also it was not going to be free for moving they were charging us around 14,000 just for the move. Another lie we even showed Warren in the listing. So its wrong information. They should fix it. But the deal was that lance was going to meet us instead he had other clients there with him. So we were approved for a certain amount but our amount was never gonna meet the price for their homes. The next day we seen postings from lance for single wide homes that would been in our price range. They never offered us to see those homes. We felt mislead. So next time anyone has a appointment make sure that the person you were contacting all this time till you get there to the appointment is the one to assist you. Not no one else. If they tell you in house financing dont believe because they never told us that only by text messagebl which i also have the text messages from Lance. A little bit concerned but Thank God we are already being helped in another dealer.

I found this location while scrolling through listings on FB Marketplace. I sent a message and was informed that they operate by appointment only, and set an appointment with Lance Eckles for later in the evening the following day. I went in with high hopes after scrolling through their website, and their FB postings all morning, but as you can see from my rating, it turned out to be a disappointment.Appointment was for 5ish, and I showed up at that time. I went in stating that I already have land, a person to do septic, pad, and hookups, and now all I need is a home. I informed them that we have previously viewed multiple mobile home lots in the San Antonio area, and we just wanted to see what else is offered within our budget. I explained that my husband would be financing the home and he already has things going with a lender. But due to him working long hours down south, our plan is for to me to find what I want, and when I find it, he will take a day off to come and purchase it. This usually makes us the ideal candidates, and I typically have no issue being shown houses after stating our situation. But then I met Lance.Lance is a typical salesperson; gives you his “look at me, I’m here for you” spiel, then tries to let you feel like he’s interested in your needs. The whole time I felt like I wasn’t being talked to, but that I was being talked at. He also insisted on mansplaining things to me after I already stated I was educated on the topic. As a note, this talking to lasted almost an hour. At this point, I was irritated, but he finally offered to show me what he had on the lot, so I took him up on it. The only things I told him I did NOT want to see in a home was vaulted ceilings or a TRU home... the first house he insisted on showing me was a TRU vaulted ceiling home. He then proceeded to show me 2 nice homes that were well out of the budget I gave him. He said he did this because he wanted to wow me and have me love a home, but I won’t love something I can’t afford, so why show me something 20-50k out of my price range?! He finally showed me a house within my budget and I loved it, and thought we were finally getting to the homes I came to see, and the tour ended there. A complete disappointment and total waste of 2 hours.

If first impressions are important and draw clients in then I dont understand why he is so aggressive and careless. Someone purchased a single wide from Titan. Titan did not even look at the property before clearing & placing trailer. The property owner pointed out the land to clear to the person hired by titan. Unfortunately because his real estate agent had not gone out with him the property owner didn’t even know which property was his. Thanking that he owned two lots he had the land cleared and told the people doing it to just pile all of the cuttings and trees up on what he thought was his property next-door.At some point it was realized that that was not his property, his property was across the street and so that land was cleared and what was cleared from that lot was piled on his lot next-door.The unhappy ending to this story is, The property that the trash was piled on belongs to my family. We are getting ready to build.So I spoke with Peter at Titan homes and was told he would get right back with me. That didn’t happen, so then I spoke with someone named Lance. After explaining my story multiple times and that I wanted titan to have the guy come back out and take all of the trash and cut down trees off of our property I was finally told in a text message from Lance that the owner who pointed out the wrong property was responsible. Go figure.So then I messaged back that since the person who did the clearing of the property worked for Titan, that ultimately Titan should be the one responsible for clearing it. I did speak with the guy who had cleared the land but he told me Titan had not yet paid him for the second clearing and he wasn’t going to clear anything for free.Needless to say I have not heard from either Peter or Lance since then.So warning, Titan does Not do their due diligence before selling a trailer & will not take responsibility to fix a problem after the paperwork is done.They rank right up there with snake oil salesmen 😡🤬

The whole home buying experience took way longer than was estimated. They messed up our order and convinced us to start the process with a house that wasn’t available for purchase. They bought our old house as a trade in but now we are finding out that they did some shady paperwork and the house is still in our name and we are being asked to pay taxes. After they bought the house they damaged the property for the community the house was in. And refused to handle it. So we are also being asked to pay for that by the community and they kept all of our deposit even though we aren’t responsible. Terrible experience. Such a shady business no one returns calls anymore or emails. And we are looking into getting a lawyer. A year and a half of dealing with them has been horrible and I recommend you run fast and go elsewhere. This place is shady and they do not care about customer service.

The worse place to purchase a home. DO NOT PURCHASE FROM TITAN FACTORY!!! Go anywhere but here. Sales personal along with the GM, staff will give you all this so called additions to make it seem like a great deal then back out and claim they never mentioned anything In that matter. The Worst built home Ive ever lived in, save yourself the headache pay a few extra thousand anywhere else but with titan homes. Any issues or damage upon delivery, even mentioned during the red carpet will take days-months of harassing the salesmen, GM and there so called warranty department. No one returns calls or takes any issues seriously. Ive been in my home almost a year and still have issues, damage wall, damage exterior, unlevel home, misbraced and unlevel doors that have yet to be fixed. Many sidings and trim inside the home have fallen off or have nails sticking out some are overlapped and forced onto one another. Instead of Taking the time to cut to size. ( I guess thats to difficult no a days) I fixed several myself others I just ignore and store in my storage. Several gaps in different corners mainly inside closets where they failed to cut correct sizes of sheetrock. A.C vents were filled with dust, pieces of wood sheetrock even screws found inside from just laziness and lack of actually doing there job and properly building a home that to me has been over priced prior to purchase. I am at fault for not trusting my instincts and backing out. However my family and I needed a home believed we were getting a well built durable home. Instead we received headaches and ignored calls/ emails. If I wasnt afraid of getting sued I would sale the home and move to a better 1. DO NOT PURCHASE FROM TITAN HOMES!!!

Purchased a home through Titan in San Antonio Tx and have had the worst experience ever from beginning to end. We started and literally right after we gave our down payment Lance stopped answering calls stopped replying to us. My guess is they thought they had us locked in so why work on us anymore ? Pretty Much blew us off until we demanded down payment back because there were several other places who were willing and could do better for us .So we demanded our down payment back and Titan factory employee Peter then contacted us and begged us to stay with Titan and promised better. (Really wish we would have listened to all the HONEST bad reviews we read before dealing with the personnel at Titan homes in San Antonio Tx ) We decided to give them another shot being they knew how serious we were now...Everything went smooth until we signed the contract then it was yet locked again and they began working on their time & NOTHING that was promised before we signed contract has been done. Contractors messed up the front of our home and Have never came back and fixed it we are now being told that it is our problem to pay out of pocket to fix..We were also promised a working A/C unit with our home. A/C UNIT DOES NOT WORK and We are also being given the run around saying it was never promised...It has been nothing less of a nightmare working with Titan Factory And WE DO NOT RECOMMEND DOING BUSINESS WITH TITAN FACTORY IN SAN ANTONIO TX No matter how good they make it sound! The office looked a little run down with chipped paint, scratched trim. It didnt give off the best impression. A couple of the homes we were shown were also a bit shabby in appearance. But other display homes were super nice!! The staff was very friendly and helpful.

There internet people will mislead you wrong just to get you in and then that turn you down waste your time just to tell you no because if you dont have money and a lot of it youre not going to help you Titan has been a joke sense they opened my family and I have been going in there to try to get a home for about 7 years its always something but if you had money or military then you can get a home I will take my money elsewhere.

We bought a home from this company recently and after jumping through all their hoops, we finally got it delivered and set up. After noting all the repairs needed after installation we got a contractor that basically told us, Oh we dont do that on half of the repairs.Our doors close by themselves, but they said thats normal. Our back door will not even lock and we do not feel secure in our home, but thats our problem apparently. Our storm door is useless as it leaks in the rain and we have to put a towel on the floor, but they still havent fixed it. One bathroom sink is inoperable, but they said thats a plumbing problem, not theirs. And the bar counter rocks but we were told if they fix it, it will just happen again. These excuses are UNACCEPTABLE! Not to mention the inside of all the cabinets are just plywood not even painted to prevent splinters, the repairs they made to the cracks in the linoleum look worse then before they fixed them, we are missing shelving, and the shelving that is present, is falling off the wall.We were also told that the home INCLUDED a 7 year warranty on the appliances, etc. Our salesman used it as a selling point to buy the house. Well we just got a bill in the mail for $1,099! Were not sure if its due now or if it was hidden in the loan, but we were NEVER told we had to pay for the warranty! We were told it was a perk of their great company standards.We will never again give business here and recommend you find a company with better customer service and more transparent policies.

WORST experience here i started the process beginning of April and it’s now AUGUST and they are still dragging their feet. Haven’t kept us updated at all, they’re lazy and haven’t been answering nor returning our phone calls. Our house finally got delivered and it was red which, was not the color we bought. Had carpet throughout, which is not what we paid for either. Floor vents instead of ceiling vents, single pane windows, not to mention no trim in the back half of the house. Didn’t have a dishwasher, and did not come with our 200$ accent wall we paid for. Oh yeah and we found a bag of jalepeno chips in one of our cabinets. They have been avoiding us when we ask to either fix the things we lack or refund us so we can do them ourselves, very unprofessional. Do not buy from them you will regret it. They have kept blaming the city, or electric company for what’s taking so long but today I called instead of waiting another month and turns out everything on their end is done. I am absolutely disappointed in this company will not ever buy from them again or refer anyone.

We stopped by to find out more about manufactured homes, as we are first time buyers and are curious to know more about the pros and cons of manufactured homes, as well as the amenities. We made it clear that we are still in the early phases. Jorge was the first to greet us. He sat us down and stated someone will be right with us. We were waiting for about 10 minutes. Another couple walked in and he immediately helped them. We were still waiting to be assisted. I saw no reason to prefer helping them over us. We were equally as eager to be assisted. This was extremely rude and uncalled for. Hopefully the customer service will be better for the people that come in after us, we will definitely not be back to this particular business.

These homes are gorgeous. Its really easy to find some good land and drop one of these on it. I love the Hillcrest IV.Staff are great, they have no issue walking through every model on the lot if you so desire. Check it out.

Bought a 65,000 manufactured home from titan factory direct back in February 2019, mobile home was delivered March 27 2019, problems right after they delivered it, it sat for weeks without setting it up together, house movers had to re rack it twice, trim guys shows late, called and nobody knew anything when they would come back, finally house got put together in April 15 2019, mike from Alamo and I did a final punch list walk, wrote down all the things need to finalize, broken Sheetrock, shelves, drawers, bath tub with no hot water, linoleum ripped, up to now we still haven’t heard back from Betsy at Titan Direct, every time I called she always say she will call me back but it’s been 4 months now and they can seem to finalize the corrections, now the roof leaks, got the roofer in and they said they had to temporarily patch it till Titan okay the permanent fix, it’s been three weeks now, the roof still leaks, this is place is brand new and it should leak! Betsy still hasn’t called back on any of my problems that need fixed....... stay away from Titan Factory Direct!!!

Ive been living in my home for a year now and i have had no problems!I would highly recommend titan to any of my friends.

I went into Titan not knowing what to expect...lets just say I hadnt had the most pleasant experiences in the past elsewhere. All that changed when Titan Sales Manager, Lance Eckles, came out with a smile. Immediately, he was extremely helpful, professional, and all in all, a good guy. Made an appt to see some repos. Husband took off work, we went over to meet with Lance. Waited till 1:15. He then passed us off to a sales man who had been there 3 weeks, who gave us the sales pitch. We explained we had an appointment to see repos, he the explained HE HAD NO REPOS ON THE LOT. I asked the question... so we drove across town to meet and look and you have nothing to show us? He explain he was just the middle man. Lance came in and asked him to show us 3 of THEIR homes. One was almost cardboard. 40k, the one we liked was 30k over our budget. Then the pressure sales started... just give us $1000to secure your home. I had told the other salesmen i wanted him to email me 10-15 repos so we could look at everything. As of today ( 7 days later) there is no email! This place just want to sell upper priced homes. We will not be buying from this company ever.

Their salesman Matt is perfect for an informed buyer who asks a lot of specific questions for side by side feature comparison and shopping around. I highly recommend him. Not a typical home dealer.

Even after visiting the place twice, I am yet to see a Titan mobile home. Both times the salesmen sent us off outside to a lot full of locked up trailers and said theyd follow shortly with a key. We looked at tiny homes, then waited and waited and no one came out. There were 2 other couples waiting. If you are so busy with paperwork, maybe hire more people, because right now it simply feels like you dont want our business.
