Nice community,to bad theres that trash apt complex next door

Management is good, but is too lenient with tenants. As you drive through the park, it looks trashy and unkept. Each tenant and each property should be much cleaner than it is.

THIS PLACE DOESNT EVEN DESERVE A SCORE OF 1 THEY DESERVE A ZERO. I HEARD THE OWNER LIVES IN MEXICO AND IS DATING THE SISTER OF THE RUDE WOMAN. IT WOULD BE IN HIS BEST INTEREST TO GET RID OF HER. SHE CANNOT BE GOOD FOR BUSINESS!

Ive been living here for almost 10 years, all these years, its been very peaceful, despite the backstory the surrounding area has, I would recommend living here long term/short term, very calm and quiet place. They also have a few events every year where you can take your family and have a good time.

This place is totally quite and calm to live, you need a code to be able to enter. When you wanna talk to someone there, make sure you talk to Janette she is the indicated one .
