My boy Carlos is the best in town welds are beautiful, he got me in same day had minor fitment issues but hes the man and got around them! I would recommend every one 100%! Ive been here for my past 2 trucks and wouldnt go anywhere else!

CD Automotive replaced the exhaust system in my 1973 Chevy Cheyenne Super 4x4. Faith was incredible she wrote down everything I wanted and ask us questions. She was very informative and so sweet. Very disappointed. I took my van here because the check engine light was on. They replaced the radiator, but the check engine light is still on and the van is overheating.

I came here to fix my vehicle I bought from a dealer here. Best decision I made. They fixed my exhaust and my brakes. They were the price by far. The dealer screwed me, but this shop made me whole again by getting my expedition in perfect condition, just in time for my adoption process. I cant thank this shop enough.

Don’t come here if you want scratches on your paint from these lazy mechanics who also like to drink on the job. Wish I never would’ve came here

Very little communication but work was done.

Cheap and fast. Facilities need a cleanup day, old parts everywhere. People were so helpful and friendly. The birds are a nice touch. Tv in waiting room. Nice chair to nap in. Work was done perfectly. I would highly recommend.

Fair experience. Vehicle was towed through a 3rd party to this shop after I had called for a quote on work needed on car. Kept receiving phone calls for two days car was at the shop & like many shops-the price kept going up LOL. Final amount paid was about $150 more than the initial quote. Good work done here but make sure to ask for a TOTAL price (vac,fluid,flush & other service fees) for an accurate quote.

Brought my truck to get true dual exhaust Carlos did an outstanding job

Brought my truck here and they immediately started trying to BS me thinking I wouldn’t know what I was talking about. Even after calling them out on it and then them finally telling me what was actually wrong with my truck, they tried to weasel even more money out of me by making stuff up. All this is while I was already planning on spending a couple thousand on an engine replacement. Also they stole my utility knife out of my glove compartment and left the empty case on the dash. Thanks y’all.

Did a muffler and resonator delete on my 2013 challenger and they did a great job! I talked to Carlos and he gave me a great price and finished the job in around an hour! Excellent work, excellent customer service, would recommend anyone looking for exhaust work to come here! I shopped around San Antonio, and this place was priced much lower than the competition. (150$ for straight pipes) A+!

I cannot say enough about this place. Theyre the only ones I trust working on my vehicle, with the exception of a dealership, but literally about a quarter of the cost. Chris the mechanic works Saturdays and hes awesome at what he does. Carlos is probably the guy youll speak with and hes very up front on what to expect and approximate cost. They earned my 5 star rating and Im sure Ill go back.

I bought a cat-back exhaust system elsewhere and brought it to CD Tire & Muffler to have it installed.They greeted me upon arrival, gave me a time estimate and price quote. they then pointed me to an air conditioned waiting area and they got to working on it immediately.Installation and service was great. 5/5

Is still parked in the same place got down to ask what the problem his son said he was working on other vehicles. I told him my vehicles has been here a week he said his friends needed their vehicles worked on very unprofessional. I’ve been in business for many years this is not how you handle business and treat customers also the owner doesn’t speak a lick of English. Very difficult had to tow my car across the street had it done in two days very professional Bandera automotive.

They did excellent work on my 2016 Track Pack Mustang. Very careful with the car and they double check all of their welds for perfection, the price is fair as well. I like the oldschool method of reasoning on the job prices they give you and they get to you first come first served.

I went to about 8 different exhaust shops looking to get dual exhaust on my V8 4Runner. Everyone said they couldn’t do it, no matter how I wanted to pipes.I came to CD and they didn’t even hesitate to say they could get it done. Drove in to inquire about a resonator delete for my Challenger... spoke to Carlos for a quick minute and he had me pull right into a bay. Once I came back in he checked with his guys and informed me it would be ready within an hour. Car sounds great and they finished within an hour.

Came here to get a rattle looked at on my truck. Had to wait about 10 minutes but someone finally showed up to help. The staff is very knowledgeable and they carry a decent assortment of products. My truck was on the lift right away and they were showing me where the problem could be coming from. I ended up getting a couple exhaust tips welded on while I was there and they turned out pretty good too.

Went over today needing help installing the resonator delete Xpipe for my 2016 Mustang GT. These guys here were very helpful and willing to help. It didnt take long to install and they even recommended welding. All in all sounds great and they did an excellent job.

Contacted them on a Friday at around 3:30 PM about installing a Roush Axle-back and X-Pipe resonator delete on my 16 5.0, they told me to bring it in at that time and had me out the door in about an hour, it sounds fantastic and I couldnt be happier. Carlos is a great guy and will surely take care of you.

Was very concerned on where I was going to take my BMW for exhaust work. Ended up picking this shop due to the majority of positive reviews even though it was further than other muffler shops from me. Couldnt be happier. Didnt take very long into my conversation with Carlos to realize he knows whats up and that they would do exactly what I wanted. I feel like his employees treated my car with respect and again I couldnt be happier with the final product. I would give this place my business again.

Couldnt be happier with the work that Carlos did. I wanted a muffler swap done on my Ram 1500 but instead of making an appointment I showed up as a walk-in and he still had my truck finished and ready in under 2 hours. Ive had some pretty shoddy work done by other exhaust shops, but when I got under my truck the welds were nice and clean with no leaks. Thanks again Carlos.

Good service. However, I was quoted a certain price on a specific order of changes to my truck, but when I showed up they charged me more. If they had been honest up front I would have continued bringing my business here.

Theyre great for break work but thats it. I went in because my truck was having engine problems, they couldnt figure it out and it took forever to get my truck. They ignored my calls as well as the people there seemed really shady telling me they charge $95 an hour..... Yeah not worth it...

I needed the shocks on my 1971 Camaro replaced. I ordered them online and took them to this shop. I had an idea of what I wanted to pay and they quoted me a price that was lower than expected. They told me it would take an hour. It took 2 1/2 hours to complete. This is not a big deal because I left and came back. When it wasnt ready I just sat in the air conditioned waiting area while watching a movie. My exhaust had a loose bracket so they welded it for me for a tiny fee. I am glad I saw the reviews and took a chance on this little shop.

I thought they seemed a bit shady cause of all the beer cans laying around but they did fast and good work on my husbands truck. Way cheaper than other places around Northside.

Took my C6 Corvette to get performance mufflers install, talking to Carlos he said he can do it and quoted a fair price, two other muffler shops said cant do it and the other wayyyy over priced. Took them awhile but the job they did was great...thank you Josh the installer and Carlos for everything!

Have had both my mercurys in this shop multiple times since december 2014 and have always been happy with the work. Never ever felt like i was getting ripped off.

Called and asked for a catalytic converter replacement on shirt notice. They got me in within and hour and out the door in another 30 mins. Great price, awesome people.

I was getting an SES (Service Engine Soon) code on my Frontier that just wouldnt go away no matter what the mechanic did - and then he found that where the exhaust went into a flange, it was completely cracked around the base. Small hairline crack, but a crack nonetheless. They said that since the bolts were rusted, they didnt want to chance trying to drop the exhausts to do the welding job on both sides.CD did a bead weld job on both sides of the truck in record time (less than 2 hours from when I got there, and he was working on another truck when I showed up with no appointment) - and didnt even have to drop the exhaust! The price was incredible as well - I couldnt believe how affordable it was!Great service, and a tech that knows exactly what hes doing. If youre having exhaust issues, DEFINITELY go to CD Tire and Muffler!

Do NOT go twice, because for the first time they will be very nice the second time they will try to fool you as they fooled me!The first time Carlos was very nice and the job was done good, the second time we agreed for something and they did something else because I negotiated the price a bit, so I was totally fooled down.

These guys did a terrible job on my truck. I left it on a Tuesday and they wouldnt return my call and eventually started to ignore my call and had no updates whatsoever on my Truck. After 2 days of no answers I had to go down there and the main young guy with glasses acts like hes glad to see me after ignoring my calls for days. I see my truck parked on the side of the road no one working on it and the hood not completely shut. The vortec cover is off the coil is not bolted down and then he has the nerve to tell me I can fix but understand that I charge 95 dollars an hour. I was thinking he can take his 95 an hour and shove it straight up his a**. After numerous times of askimg for my truck back he finally gives me my keys with no repairs done to my vehicle. I understand that it needed some extensive work but to ignore my calls and not give me any info is completely unacceptable and frustrating. Stay away from this CD. The CD on commerce does a great job, they charge less ( not 95 an hour) and they communicate to you immediately and get your vehicle back to you in most cases the same day.

Ive been here twice and both times upon arriving I was ignored I even walked inside the garage and many employees didnt even ask if I needed any help basically just turned around. Dont recommend this place.

Took my 1966 Mustang to have exhaust tips installed. I asked Carlos his opinion on the overall installation recently done by Gary Zinda of Garyz Carz as I was concerned about the amateur welding done by Gary. Well, Carlos agreed with my assessment. Carlos also pointed out that the mufflers should be closer to the undercarriage. So, Carlos qouted me a reasonable price to basically redo the entire system from the headers on back. He also performed the work within his time estimation. I am very happy with CD.
