Evan and crew did an amazing job. They were attentive and very helpful. They arrived on time and even called to say they would be early. I have dealt with other moving companies before but I haven’t had the pleasure of dealing with a company of this caliber with the professionalism they bring. 5 out of 5 stars for this customer, if I could give more stars I would. I would definitely recommend this moving company, especially Evan and his crew!

Oscar Martinez & James Garcia did a great job moving a large refrigerator/freezer from a garage, through my home, through an indoor door way to a glassed in patio room. There were tight corners to negotiate that required skill & patience along with strength. They were on time, polite, courteous, & efficient.I rate the experience a 4 not a 5 for two reasons:1. The cost is expensive. You pay not only a minimum time charge, but for any packing supplies used, an even a fuel charge.2. They didn’t have their own tools. Fortunately, I have plenty. Maybe I should have received credit on my bill for use of my tools?

Coordinating our move with All My Sons was easy and simple. I was booking less than 48 hours out and still Danielle at the local office managed to find me time in their schedule. On move in day, they even called to let me know they had an earlier time available after having mentioned that I had time constraints due to my schedule at one of the local bases.Our movers were Steven (driver) and Kyle (Assistant). They were quick and efficient. They also made sure to ask any necessary questions to make sure everything was going to the right rooms, and that everything was as close to where it would be permanently as possible. I would gladly work with both of them at any time again.After the move, Steven at the local office even managed to figure out a discount for my military service. The respect that doing something like that out of season shows for myself and my brothers and sisters in uniform is immense and why I will certainly be calling them again when its time to move again

Kevin, Rick, Angel and Zach were our movers. Each were excellent workers and professional. Showed up on time, worked efficiently and moved our two story home across town in 6.5 hours. Cost was average but quality of move made cost excellent. No damages. Kevin was training two members of his crew and I often heard him giving them advice and feedback with the heart of a teacher. Shows employees are invested in success of their company and this isn’t just a job. So much better than moving company we used a year ago. Would highly recommend!

The team of Isaiah, Danny and Oscar were AMAZING! Efficient! We needed our offices moved within a 2 hour period in order to attend a meeting we couldnt miss. They did it and everything was well cared for! They were courteous and friendly! Will definitely use when we need to move again! In fact, we were so impressed... we mentioned them when we recorded our radio show for 93.3 The Bull. It will play on 10/23 at 9am!

All my sons sent me 2 guys that called me 15 minutes in advance to let me know when they would arrive. They moved my things quickly, professional, and respectfully. I had some very heavy objects that had to be moved into my new home onto the second floor and they did it quite well. I would recommend this company to anyone who needs to move. Remember that a company being bonded and insured is very important as well and All my sons is. Again thank you for doing suck a great job guys.

We had a crew consisting of Victor Arenas (crew lead), Robert and Shaden move our furniture from storage into our new home. We explained where we had concerns with how the furniture would be moved, especially some of the large/bulky items (extra large recliners), through some of the tight corners when entering the new home. They consulted with each other and agreed on a plan, which demonstrated some “thinking out of the box”. The furniture was moved in, unwrapped and set up rather quickly, which was great, as we paid for the service on hourly basis. In addition to the effort, good laughs and fast efficient work from Victor, Robert and Shaden, we received professional support from Daniela in the San Antonio office. Worst moving experience in my life!!! This company does not live up to some of the positive reviews on this site. I would not trust them to move anything. They will give you a quote that you will naturally trust and then send half the crew they promised all in a last ditch effort to stretch the hours to get your money. The guy who packed our kitchen took over 5 hours as he wrapped every single item individually. He never made it to my pantry.I ended up packing it myself!!! The quote they gave us did not include reductions if we did a lot of the packing. We’ll, we paid over $200 for packing materials and they only offered an overall $100 discount. My husband had called numerous times to get our $1,000 refund… all to no avail. My next step is to contact the Army and Air Force in San Antonio and recommend they be removed from servicing the military. I do not recommend this company . Don’t let their name fool you!! Will never recommend! Company has many hidden fees and had constant changing. The crew was nice but made many damages to our brand new home. We opted for movers over relatives to have someone take care of our belongings and watch the walls but they did worse. They were unprepared, broke drawers, a door and left many knicks in our walls. Still weeks later unable to file a claim although I’ve emailed and called numerous times. I just get rerouted and never get helped. Do not waste your time, energy or money on this company. Although their fees sound good it was more of a headache in the long run. They did partial move and we still had more work to do. Read reviews and do not go with this company. We are getting ready for a whole house remodel and needed to move most of our furniture and unnecessary belongings out of the house. We packed up everything we could in boxes and leftthe rest to All My Sons Moving and Storage. They sent out a very knowledgeable and forthcoming estimator, who looked at our situation and gave us a quote on the spot. I can’t say if it was a high or low quote because I was so blown away by the customer service up to this point. First and foremost, they called when they said they would, arrived when they said they would and finished earlier than they said they would, saving me money! Victor Arenas was our lead man for packing and loading the truck. He and his assistant took no breaks while thoroughly and carefully wrapping and loading our belongings. Once loaded, they unloaded everything just as carefully. Even packing the full height of the storage unit to save space. These two movers also called ahead before arriving within the time frame we expected.So polite and hard working!Great Job!

Chris and Quin were my movers, and they were awesome! I booked super last min on a Saturday for the following Tuesday, and was given a time estimate by Monday morning. I was given an estimate of when they would arrive, and they called during that window to give me a 15min head start. The whole team was responsive and on top of their game. Was not looking forward to move in the August heat. But the value for not having to do it all myself was worth it. Chris and Quin were great and did an amazing job. They wrapped up furniture I personally tossed in my storage unit prior and wrapped them in blankets. Ill need to move in 8 months, Id definitely hire them again. Thanks guys!

I was pretty skeptical of hiring a moving company to assist me with my move. I’ve always had friends and family help me out with my moves to save money BUT All My Sons came to my rescue last minute. This company was the most affordable company across San Antonio but what amazed me more were their employees who assisted me today with my move. David and Jared were professional efficient and very pleasant to work with. They handled my furniture and household items with such care. I will definitely be booking with this company in the future.

Whew!! We are finally moved in! Super grateful to Nicole R. And Hector! I was so worried about the hourly rate from past experience with other companies. These two were all about work. They were super friendly and professional. They completed the work quickly and Im so please that I was able to stay with in my budget. I will definitely use All My Sons when I move again! I want to also add the office staff is just as awesome as the movers. They kept me posted from the time I planned the move until the time the movers were on the way. Im super grateful!

The team arrived when they said they would. They were careful with our furniture, wrapping each item. They worked hard to protect the furniture, as well as the walls and doorframes. The team was courteous and respectful, working as quickly as possible. Great value!!

David and Jared were awesome. They came & packed everything up within 1:30 mins. They were helpful & we chatted up. The owner/manager however, told them they had to charge a minimum of 2 hours & other fees (tape usage for example) which was not discussed beforehand. That wasn’t the guys’ fault though. I would give 5 stars to those two, but 3/5 for the company’s policies.

The moving team, led by Ms. Nicole Riojas, was great. They were prompt, careful of my belongings and worked quickly.The booking staff, not so much. I was quoted a price of $600 for the move. It was not until Ms. Riojas and her team arrived that I learned that the $600 was for 2 hours of service. Anything more than that was going to cost $150/hour. Ms. Riojas estimated the total job at more than $1200 ( on top of the $150 deposit) for a total of $1350, due immediately after the move!Ms. Riojas was very understanding of my distress at this. She and her team turned their attention to the furniture and heavier boxes to save me the struggle of moving them myself. Ultimately, I did 3/4 of my move on my own.Had I been properly informed in the beginning, I would have rented a moving van for < $200, paid an acquaintance a couple of hundred, and done all of the work myself for less than half of what I paid!If you choose to do business with All My Sons movers, make sure to get All of the information up front. If possible, you may even want to ask to speak with a member of the moving team to get an accurate estimate. The office/reservation staff will seemingly tell you whatever they think you want to hear to get your business, only to surprise you with a massive bill when its to late to change your mind.

It has literally taken me 2 years to write this review. It is my sincere hope that the areas that caused meto be so upset have been rectified.Initially i was pleased with the movers. There was one person “in charge” and 2 others who did most of the work.We moved from our home of almost 30 years. We walked through the house and storage building explaining what would stay and what would go. We had several heavy duty plastic storage containers that contained various holiday decorations.It was an extremely hot and humid day in May. When we arrived at our new house - the movers were obviously hot and thirsty. They brought no water for themselves so i opened a case of water and told them to help themselves.I was “strongly encouraged” by the person in charge to give each of the movers $100 tip! I knew they worked hard. so i reluctantly did what i was “suggested”.I was made aware if one item that was damaged - a filing cabinet. i was told that it was basically it was my fault because i “should have removed the drawers”. I guess i should have been told to do so!After they left, over the course of actually the next month I discovered MANY damaged items.I HAD a marble top cocktail table. My husband told the movers that the marble was placed inside thewood and not permanently fastened. They apparently turned the table upside down and of course the marble fell out and broke into several pieces. Not repairable. So …. an extra $300 tip, a case of water, a marble top table, a filing cabinet. As i began to unpack i discovered that the plastic storage tubs had apparently been loaded into the moving van and then heavier boxes stacked on top of them. This resulted in the tops of at least a third of the bins being crushed as well as the decorations inside.My husband and i both work in healthcare so with Covid surges and the stress that brought i never completed this survey.However, today i was cleaning out my email in box so i decided to give feedback.My advice - if you end up choosing this company - BUY THE INSURANCE. Inspect your items before they leave. Tip and water - OPTIONAL!!!Dissatisfied Customer

The guys are very nasty mannered, did terrible job stacking in storage unit, resulting very most of boxes and other items falling down to floor. When complained to the company, they refused to make it right, saying their will be another cost. They grossly over charged on boxes and material. I had moved a few times in last 10+ years, this has been the most terrible job and service I ever received.I would not recommend this company to anyone at all.Buyers be warned!!

Movers were great! They took care moving my items. Thanks guys!!! However, management never refunded the money owed to me due to lost time because of the rain storm on moving day. I hope they keep promises with other customers.

I give the movers credit because the heat was unbearable. Working under those conditions is tough on the body. I was truly satisfied with their effort.However, i severely discounted the number of hours it took to get the job done. Not their fault. I recommend really listening to the negotiator as to what it happens when the workers roll in.James Garcia showed great professionalism and ran his crew well. The other two workers were good team players. I witnessed teaching skills being shown to the others that would benefit both short and long term results in the profession.

I needed movers quick for a job relocation and All My Sons did a great job. They moved a 2500 sf house that was all boxed up in a 10x30 storage unit, took it 250 miles to Dallas, and unloaded it in a 4th floor 1100 sf apartment and 10x8 storage unit on the 3rd floor. They did the whole move with professionalism and a smile on their face. This is my first move outside the military system and I would definitely use them again.

I rarely write bad reviews. But if I can save even one person from making the mistake then this is worth it. I have used three different moving companies in the past year and this is the only one where I had items walk away. At first I thought it mightve been a mistake because it was small items, and now after a few months I’m noticing more and more things that are missing, and I realize that they did their Christmas shopping in my moving truck. I was told over the phone that I had 30 days to get my claim in and so I turned in the claim with the items I had originally noticed missing, I then called to explain that I had additional items stolen and was told that I could NOT file another claim but that I did have 90 days for the original claim which was not what I was told originally. And so I guess I will now spend the next year realizing just how much stuff actually walked away from my move. It should also be noted that this move cost me $3000!! I tipped the guys $150 which was $50 each. The most disturbing was that when I called the company, they called the theft mere allegations and wanted me to give a description of the guy, as if I had watched it occur. They basically treated me like I was lying and spouted legal jargon about 90 days. One would expect that a company would take something like this very seriously and want to get to the bottom of it. Im sure there are cameras and they could watch the movers unload and clean the trucks at the end of the day, and it wouldnt be hard for them to create some security oversight. Extremely disappointing! Avoid at all cost!! Einstein Brothers was the one I used previously and had a great experience. When I called, they were all booked when I needed to move in Aug. In hindsight, I shouldve just changed my moving date. I didnt realize how different one company could be from another.

Todd and Matt were at my place at 745am. They walked thru apt with me to determine what needed to be moved. They were very professional. At the new place they had to maneuver furniture up stairs that turned.. when they needed assistance they called 2 additional guys and kept the price minimal. Todd kept me apprised of pricing along the way for my approval. I highly recommend these movers.

Evyn and his crew showed up on time and were quick and efficient moving my furniture. They didn’t blink an eye even as they carried everything up 3 flights of stairs! They took good care of my items and were careful placing things where I wanted. Evyn was very polite and I appreciated his professional oversight. The moving process with “All My Sons” was a great experience from beginning to end. It was easy and convenient to get a quote and my representative was thorough and helpful. The movers themselves arrived on time, quickly loaded and unloaded, and took extra care with my belongings. Everyone I encountered at “All My Sons” was polite and courteous. I would definitively use them again.

The move was great. I was worried at first because I dont like hourly bills but in the end it was worth it. It took an appropriate amount of time. I work 70 hours a week and am exhausted, so using them was very nice. Id recommend them to anyone.

This was my first experience in hiring movers and it turned out the be the worst experience. I was given a quote, put down a deposit and found out the day of my move that the quote I was given was incorrect and it would be hundreds more than I thought. They didn’t honor the quote and just canceled on my moving day and refunded my deposit which I still have yet to receive. The excuses was “that person isn’t with us for a reason anymore” Trying to reach anyone here can sometimes be impossible. I was passed around and it took a few days calling back and forth to reach anyone. The staff seemed to not care at all. If I could give zero stars I would.

DO NOT use these guys, initially spoke with STEVEN about moving bulk items and specifically went over what we were moving. He sent us two guys, once they arrive the lead-OSCAR said this was a 4-man job. The first 3 hours they spent wrapping our bulk items. We call STEVEN to say we do not need them wrapped and padded, he says that they are a premier service and that is what we do.9 hours later and a ridiculous $1400 bill only to find out they left dents in our stainless steel refrigerator and a non-working dryer. If you like over spending on movers and getting your belongings destroyed, go ahead and call STEVEN and NICK - they will get squared away!!When I spoke with NICK about the dryer, he reassured me that my dryer was not working before...and said Ive moved several dryers in the past, only several - and youre the manager...? After several moves in my lifetime I have the joy to now deal with claims due to this company.Even if you are desperate for movers, do not waste your time or money with these guys.

I would highly recommend All My Sons Moving & Storage to everyone. They are very professional & understanding with us elders. Go way beyond their limits to satisfy their clients.

Booked a job with these guys to move a water heater upstairs and paid a deposit, Got call later in day from Man claiming to be the operations Manager and said he was canceling job and would not move water heaterThis is after I told other companies I was going with All My Sons moving and now cant schedule it until the following day, which will in turn cost me a good deal of money for this delay. The operations Manager was not concerned at all and was quite curt with me .I asked about my deposit I gave them and he said he would refund me on this, which also has not happened yet . He has broken contract with me as he already has my money and pulls this bush league move. I will never use them again and highly suggest no one else does either

It was a bad experience from start to finish. I was told it was $129 per hour (I’ll get back to this). I did not have much to move, but the two employees worked so slow, that o started helping them move stuff around. One disappeared for almost 30 minutes at one point. But I desperately needed the help so I didn’t worry about it. Then they loaded stuff very awkwardly and I kept expressing my concern that it wasn’t all going to fit, so then they started piling thing on top of each other. This is when a very expensive custom table was broke. Which of course their not liable for even though it was broke out of pure negligence and laziness. THEN when the truck is still 1/3 full they want payment. I refused to pay until they unloaded all of my belongings. So the owner called me and threatened to call the police. I explained that he had my belonging and was parked on my property and that I encouraged him to call the police so he hung up on me, after yelling at me that he was not going to unload my stuff. It was a nightmare, I finally got my stuff and paid BUT I would NEVER use this company again nor would I recommend them to anyone! Oh and back to the $129, it’s is $129 per hour with a minimum, plus a list of additional charges that was never discussed prior when I made the reservation. Rip off with horrible service.

Thanks for a quick and safe move to Nathan and Kyle from All My Sons. Wouldnt want anyone else after the level of service we received today. They even provided additional moving safety items to protect the doors and floors from getting scuffed.

The movers showed up on time, moved quickly and were very cautious. Everything was wrapped in blankets that needed it. Even items that didn’t need it were wrapped. Upon arrival at offload destination they didn’t just dump it and go, they made sure the correct items went to the correct rooms and other portions of the house. Highly organized.

Worst experience with movers ever. We got a quote, scheduled a move date, agreed to a price to include packing materials and to have them pack. These 3 young kids show up and basically decide its too much work and refuse to the do the job. Keeping in mind I have the means to pay for as long as needed. They simply refused to do any of it and left us having to frantically move our own essentials as we only took the week off to move and didnt have time to find other movers. Basically wife hurt herself moving washer and dryer and we ended up damaging our refrigerator in the move. These movers are lazy and not honorable at all. Would not recommend, stay away from these losers!

Our moving company from Chicago gave us the recommendation for “All My Sons.” The guys that moved us were absolutely wonderful. We had a lot of large furniture and shelving units that needed to be moved down several flights of stairs. Nothing was damaged. Not even the walls. I don’t know how they were able to do it. They were very professional and I highly recommend them.

All My Sons was able to move my stuff into storage with only one days’ notice!! I filled out some info through Angie’s List and requested a quote and within 5 minutes someone from AMS called me to figure out the details. Also, the person that called was very friendly and knowledgeable. I would’ve expected the call to stress me out, but the person on the phone was so great and helpful.The pricing system is reasonable, they had to wrap a few items so I got charged for the supplies but everything is affordable. Luis and Alfonso came around 8 AM and moved my whole 1 bedroom into storage by noon so they could get to their afternoon job. And they’re super nice guys!! I had never used movers before, so I don’t know what i was expecting, but these guys were cool, fast, and handled my stuff well! I’m really glad this company was able to squeeze me in with such awesome guys, it eased my stress a lot!!

The Crew of three men did a good job moving antiques to our storage unit. They were very careful with the furniture pieces, and they listened carefully how I wanted them wrapped.I recommend this company, ALL MY SONS, to move your special valuables. This is a conditional 5 star review. Mike and Greg did an EXCELLENT job moving our home in the middle of a thunder storm. They are highly professional, friendly and efficient! Being in the military, we have moved a total of 5 times, and wall scrapes/furniture dings are to be expected. They were very minimal in this case, however there was one larger than acceptable nick in the wall. If the company follows through with compensation for the damage, the company has earned my trust and business in the future. Thanks Mike and Greg!! You guys did awesome!

Victor was amazing! Kept in contact with me the whole time and his coworker was great too! They made it look easy. Was a little discouraged with the price at the end. The office does need to make customers aware of the actual total and no surprise added expenses. Will definitely use these services in the future.

Moving service was simply excellent. Andre, K, and their crew made my moving day SO easy compared to if I had to do it myself. I’ve only used movers once before, but this time was 1000x better. It was just a bit more expensive then I had originally thought it would be, but I feel like the value was still there. Andre and his crew went above and beyond for me and I would 100% recommend them to any of my family and friends and would definitely use them again in the future.

Talked to Stephen in the office who helped me schedule and reschedule my moving date (due to no fault of their own), he was very, understanding, and extremely accommodating. Mike and Joe were my movers, very fast and effective with their time. Also very accommodating and made sure they moved the boxes and furniture to the appropriate rooms. All around AMAZING service!!!! All My Sons recently did my 2 moves. I had them move my family and I from my old four bedroom house into one of their storage units, and then they had to unload the storage unit to move it into my current house. Chris did a great job of coordinating all the moves and giving me a fare quote on the 2 moves. I know I could have found someone that could have done it for cheaper, but the care for my stuff and quality of employees and equipment they use I was sold.I had the same crew for both moves. Kevin, Andre and their crew were amazing. Very friendly and took care of our stuff like it was their own. They padded everything up (the houses and our stuff). They were so professional with me and my wife. We did have one tiny ding in our furniture, but it isn’t visible and All My Sons took care of it to get it fixed. Amazing crew and service they provided.I highly recommend this company for all your moving needs. In fact, I already recommended them to a friend of mine, and All My Sons will be helping her and her family move out of state. Thank you Kevin, Andre, and Chris!

Joe and his partner Will did an amazing job moving me from my apartment to my condo. They kept me informed of all their decisions in regards to what they could or couldn’t take in order to keep my belongings safe. They wrapped every piece of furniture, so nothing was damaged. Then they took extra time making sure all my furniture was in the right places at my new home. They were such a help to this single mom. I truly appreciated all their extra effort.

My husband and I move from one city to another in TX. I made an appointment towards another moving company and the day before we were supposed to move, the company called us telling us they couldn’t help us anymore because they had Covid. Thankfully All my son’s company were willing to help is after they heard what was going on. All my son’s made this moving a lot less stressful! They did everything they could to be able to help me move our stuff as soon as possible! I recommend this company 100%! Great experience with this company. Thank you for everything! The office staff and on-site move team (Blas Castellanos team) were excellent! They communicated clearly and made sure we understood the move process and charges. The on-site team worked expeditiously but were thorough to ensure all items were protected and loaded for the move. If and when we move again, we will be sure to use All My Sons Moving & Storage!

Horrible service destroyed alot of my mother items from her home charged her over a 1,000 dollars for a 4hour job that should only really take 1her & 1/2 it was a small apartment they damaged her dryer & her vanity was broken & they dont even wanna pay the damage they made if you value your stuff in yourhome I would NOT USE THIS COMPAMY THE MEN DONT EVEN VALUE THERE JOB & THEY DONT EVEN REPLACE ANYTHING THEY BREAK HORRIBLE SERVICE

I have used All My Sons moving twice within a three month span of time. Each time the movers were amazing! They were courteous, prompt, fairly priced, and professional. They moved a large house full of furniture into storage on the first job, and they went above and beyond to make sure the items were carefully wrapped and protected from damage. On the second job, Michael Hernandez and this two moving partners worked very well together to see that my furniture was sorted in the storage unit, furniture I needed loaded onto the truck, and then arrived at my home safely. I was amazed at how these guys worked tirelessly without a break for so long while moving some heavy furniture. I definitely plan to use this company again in the future and would recommend this company highly to anyone in need of moving services.
