We been storing here for about a year. Prices are reasonable even with there recent increase when compared to other places that are almost 2xs the price. Front office has always been courteous and helpful.

UPDATE: I have been treated with great respect and dignity at this business. Management has gone out of their way to accommodate my needs. The property and units are very clean and I have seen no signs of any rodents or insects. I am very impressed. Melissa, Veronica and Carmen truly care about the satisfaction of customers experiences. I highly recommend Your Storage Place! You will love it here.

Nice clean place easy access but you must park on the left if storage is on the right . There is only one way in and out .

Havent been here long but great rates very friendly and easy to work with. Liked their terms and agreement better than my previous storage facility. Clean rooms.

Very friendly service and we were able to pick up a truck even though they werent open which enabled me to get started early enough to move almost my whole apartment. Had I started packing sooner in the month we would have been able to move it all.

The facility is clean & prices are a little better than average.I do not drive for medical reasons & I have have feel that I am treated differently by staff. They question me why I am standing out front while waiting for a ride,They were a bit rude about it too. Its the same woman so youd think she would recognize me by now. I know there can be problems with homeless, but she shouldnt assume that I am one because I dont have a car. She made me feel uncomfortable which is why the 3 stars. Otherwise they would get 5.The next time I plan on confronting her about it

Well first of all Id add more stars!Veronica Ortiz couldnt have been better. She was so kind and helpful. Always there for me for whatever I needed.I had no plans for storage. I didnt think I needed it. I was to move from my house after the closing of the sale of my house to an apartment which had been planned. That was not to happen, so I found Your Storage Place close by on San Pedro and moved my stuff. Veronicakindly explained my options along with discounts and I so happy to have that problem solved. I wound up having another change up with my moving plans and needed to stay another month. And then I found a place to live needing less furniture than I had stored. So Veronica suggested a smaller unit, which worked perfectly.She knew I had problems with locking up (my inabilities), so she would check on my unit to be sure it was locked. This kind of service in this world is rare in my experience.Veronica deserves high praise and a gold medal. Hours are great and very secure

I would like to express my sincere appreciation to the fine staff at Your Storage Place. But I would like to thank Ms. Veronica Ortiz specifically, because she has helped me in some difficult situations and when I was under quite a lot of pressure, all the while making me feel at home and at ease.For example, I travel for work and am presently in an overseas location, where I have been for several months now. Before leaving for my trip, I placed my SUV under the care of Your Storage Place. On the day I dropped my vehicle off I was in a hurry, but I needed to fit it with a new all-weather car cover I had recently purchased, and I didnt think I had time to put it on by myself. I asked Veronica if she would help me and she happily agreed. My SUV was quickly made weather-proof thanks to her help and I felt I could leave for my trip with peace of mind.The story continues, however. I have been away for four months now and just this evening I received a call from Veronica. When I returned the call, she informed me that strong winds had torn the cover badly and my vehicle was exposed. I asked her if I could mail her another cover (this time with a role of automotive tape to guard better against the wind) and she agreed to accept it and cover my car for a second time!!! I got so worried at the news of my car being exposed to the elements, but now for a second time Ms. Veronica Ortiz made those worries vanish.A customer could not ask for more in someone like Veronica, who is so competent and professional, but who is very clearly a good and caring person as well. Thanks Veronica!!

Eric and Veronica where extremely helpful and accommodating with getting me several large units and in opening gates after hours for our large trucks and trailers. Great customer service makes up for the tight ingress and egress of the facility.

Ive been renting a unit here for almost a year now and I have no complaints AT ALL! I love how welcoming the manager and staff are. So friendly and respectful, I appreciate it.Now about the place: The space to price ratio is unbeatable... The location is convenient... The facility is sturdy and well maintained. The service is satisfactory. I dont like the fact that prices for storage have risen from $39 to $54 for a small unit since I first rented my current unit. The price, however, is still competitive to other storage facilities.

Ive been with this storage place for 2 years already and have had a very pleasant experience the whole time. I dont come very often to visit but last time I did Ms. Sherri Delafuente who was working that Sunday gave outstanding service. I had forgotten my code to the gate so she so kindly went to go look up my information. After I got inside she came and found me at my storage and made sure my info was accurate and up to date then she went can to her office to write down my entry and exite code then came all the way back to my storage unit to give it to me. She went above and beyond and my husband and I were grateful for her positive and cheerful attitude as she went out of her way to accommodate our needs! Thank you so much Sherri! We are delighted to continue using this storage place for as long as well need to!
