Professional and courtesy staff. Easily picked up a small quantity of boxes and packaging paper. Better quality and prices than your big box stores.

I usually use Uline or Royal Mailers for my shipping needs, but no more. I found EcoBox online and their prices and customer service is great. I would highly recommend these guys.

I cannot praise this company highly enough, particularly the efforts of Sam Lee. I had used EcoBox previously to purchase boxes for a move across town and was very satisfied with their service, so I came in a couple days ago needing boxes for some Christmas gifts. Sam asked the dimensions of my gifts and then showed me multiple options, including price differences. He also encouraged me to call for a UPS quote on shipping once I got everything packaged up.The next day, I called for a quote as Sam recommended. He remembered my name as soon as he answered the phone and promptly created a quote, even though my order was quite large and time consuming. I brought my packages into the store and he created my labels for me and helped me find the best rates. Not only was this enormously helpful, but it also meant I could avoid all long lines at post offices and shipping centers! He sent me email confirmations immediately upon my order as well.I appreciate how eco box offers biodegradable packaging and is very cost effective. This level of customer service has now made me a lifelong customer. I will only use Eco Box for my packing and shipping! Thank you Sam and Eco Box for a wonderful experience!

We want to thank Ryan Scott at Eco Box! Ryan went out of his way to help our kids with their Physics project. They had to build a boat out of cardboard and tape. Ryan helped us get everything they needed to get their project done. The boat was great and went and entire lap in the school pool A+ on this project. So glad we have an Ecobox in San Antonio. They have every size box you can imagine at reasonable prices. The staff are very friendly and helpful. These guys provide a great service to our city. Without ecobox you wont find that weird size box! They have lots of very useful shipping supplies including boxes for your kitchen glassware, or for your 42 flat screen TV.

GREAT company. I drove by and noticed a man unloading flattened boxes. This was on Sunday and the business appeared closed. He had recently done a big military move and had several big boxes left over. Said he didnt care if you paid him for these or not and so he just left them there.It might be a good idea to get a big cardboard only dumpster with a slit thru which folks could insert their un-needed flattened boxes.I work near Ft Sam and you guys are very close there. I would advertise in the housing office for all incoming personnel. That way when someone does a PCS move theyd know who to call.
