Very upbeat and helpful people working here. I was greeted as soon as I walked in and helped immediately -- I feel bad for not catching the name of the person who helped me, but he was great. I was in the store for less than 5 minutes and got exactly what I needed.

Michelle was phenomenal! As someone who provides professional services myself I cant say enough how much I appreciated her courtesy, helpfulness, patience and problem solving. I had a uniquely shaped package that I needed help with packing on my own. She quickly educated me on the process and sold me the supplies I would need. She also offered to do it for me, but I needed to pack it myself. However, I appreciated that they offer that service. Needless to say, I will be taking the packages back here when I need to ship them out. Highly Recommended!

My family and I are in the process of relocating from S.A. to remote Alaska and I had several pallets of valuable personal items that I needed to ship the long distance. I called many places with no success, nobody wanted to palletize my items and ship them. I finally made made contact with Pak Mail and Michelle and Kyle were happy to help me. Michelle took her time and called many carriers trying to find the best price for the most reliable service.It took several days and heavy negotiation on her part and we finally selected Fed Ex as the carrier.After 3 weeks in transit my items arrived virtually the same as when they left SA due to the great job that was done packing and making sure the pallets were very secure.Great Job!!I’d use Michelle and her Pak Mail teams anytime for any shipping needs.Tom

We lived near this Park Mail for two years and shipped everything from small packages to pieces of furniture through them. We also used their PO Box service for important financial documents. They are so helpful and responsive. I highly recommend this location!

Not sue what Omar is referring to, but as a business owner myself I would never stay on hold for 30 minutes. Really?? Must have had the wrong location or wrong number.I have been going to Pak Mail for almost 2 years. I go 3-6 times a month to ship 6-10 large to medium boxes. I zip in and out and like the convenience. Michelle and Steve are fast and courteous. I also have a PO Box and frequently call to see if i have mail. My box gets checked quickly so I dont waste time driving there if i dont have mail. I would recommend this business to anyone.

Trying to navigate my dad’s estate in Texas from my home in Alaska seemed an overwhelming task, but because of Michelle’s exceptional professionalism and outstanding service, everything was smooth-going. I have nothing but compliments for Michelle and her business. She DEFINITELY goes above and beyond.

I recently used this company (Michelle) to ship a bunch of belongings from San Antonio to Delaware. The items included large framed artwork, breakables/collectibles, and various other items (some quite heavy). Firstly, Michelle came to the apartment and picked up the art herself. In the end, all of the art was packed exceptionally well and nothing broke. I brought the rest of the stuff to the shop (They carried it in from my car). Some of it had to be protected and packed. The pakmail folks did all of that very well. The stuff was shipped on a palette via FedEx. It arrived about 3-5 days after it was shipped. BEWARE. It is not cheap to ship a big shipment like this. That is not the fault of Pakmail. Of course the charges covered their materials and time spent packing everything the correct way, but a lot of it was the shippers charges (FedEx). Overall I was very pleased with this company and I highly recommend them. NOTE: Sometimes on the phone Michelle sounds grumpy and tired but she is really VERY NICE. (Shes just overworked!!)

My family and I had the best experience with Pak Mail San Antonio. My Dad had to go into assisted living and my brother, wife and I had a week to get everything done. Our mover, Walter, recommended Michelle at Pak Mail because we had a number of things that needed to be shipped to various locations and family members, including 2 oil paintings, a number of small, very fragile items and furniture.She came over to the apartment and picked everything up and spent a good amount of time making sure each piece was individually wrapped and prepared properly. She and her staff took care of all of our items as if they were theirs. From San Antonio various pieces went to Pennsylvania, to Connecticut, to Vermont all the items arrived in perfect shape. We could not have been happier with the choice of Pak Mail.I know that in the future, we will need to use them again and I will not hesitate to do so. They have my highest recommendation.

I called to get a shipping quote and they left me on hold for over 30 minutes. They never came back on the phone. Dont call just show up I guess...Not the best customer service. I have a business that needs up to 200 items a week custom crated and shipped for me.

About two weeks ago, I had a bad experience with the UPS on E Basse road street in San Antonio. Ive been almost an hour waiting from a rude lady to help me shipping a parcel to Puerto Rico. At that moment, after the Hurricane Puerto Rico has many difficulties and I needed someone to help me shipped the package to the destination. Desperate, I left those rude and unpolite UPS people and went to PAKMAIL, on 7700 on Brodaway, in San Antonio. As soon as I arrive at the store a polite and pleasent lady greeted me and when I asked if she could help me with the package to ship to Puerto Rico, the lady immediately helped me. She did at least 4 phone calls to UPS and in 20 minutes solved my problem and shipped the parcel with the UPS to PR. I do not know the name of the lady but I want to thank her from the bottom ofheart, especially for her professionalism and availability. Thank you, San Antonio needs people as her.Francesca
