Good facility to store your things. Just wish they had better hours.

This storage facility was great until they FAILED to tell me my unit was broken into. My fiancé went to get a few things only to find that the majority of out items had been STOLEN. The manager at the time called me and told me “a lock was noticed off my unit” she then made me pay to put a lock from this facility on my unit ! Now she no longer works there...Apparently there is no paperwork on my situation in my account. They claim cameras don’t hold a weeks worth of footage. We all know it goes back for a least a YEAR so try again. The so called regional manager has failed to contact me. It’s been two weeks ! This has now became a legal matter. The only person who did all she could was VANESSA ! If it wasn’t for her kind customer service this job would be hopeless.

Sherri is absolutely one of the sweetest, most friendliest people you would ever want to meet She is very knowledgeable about the storages and trucks. She has the best bubbly personality and the sweetest smile that can warm any heart. I thank God I met her .

Sherri DeLaFuente is AMAZING. She stayed 1 hour late to help me and my children. She even clocked out and was still helping us. WHO DOES THAT.I have special needs children and have had the worst day and she made my day better knowing that there is still kind and caring people in the world.She should have been a therapist .She made me smile and laugh and I hadnt done that in awhile.God Bless this lady .

This place is absolutely amazing! I was told it would take ten minutes to rent a uhaul. That would have been true had I not engaged in an hour long conversation lol sherri and Vanessa were so friendly. We spoke about our kids and grandkids and just life in general .. probably the most genuine and kind experience Ive had at any kind of business in a while. If you need a uhaul around the med center .. this is the place to get one!

The girl who is working today wednesday 24 she have alot attitude problems she speak rude when she trying to tell you something she not even let you explain whats going on she say i was sleeping in my unit when i was setting down lay back in the floor fixing some paper work and i was having the unit door half away because i was figured out how work 2 projectors what i buy and for those projectors have to be kinda dark to see the little bright light in the projector so im not even have the unit close she start telling me to go with alot attitude she dont have the mood to treat costumers nice she is so rude when se speck to me specially because she dont let me explain and she was recorder me with out my permission i wish i could recorder her to show you how she talking to me rude she looks like she have blood pressure or sugar in her blood but about the unit storage is all cool even the other workers they cool this person i ask her name she not even want to tell me her name but she is a hispanic girl and i hate the fact that i cant speak with one of the bosses from her right a way to tell them whats going on what i can do only wait until i receiving a call from one of the bosses i wish yall can have the way to speak to someone right away when this happens

My aunts unit has been broken into so many time and the manager always has a face like if he has been the only breaking into it. And he also asked us if my aunt still has her Christmas trees in storage like whats it to him and how does he know whats in the unit. Dont even waste your money here. Aunty has been there about 6 months and we have had 5 break ins in 1 storage unit.

Ive tried to pay online a bunch of times. When ever I went there to pay they were always away from the office. And even when I paid and had proof they would send me a email saying I didnt pay n so I emailed them back with the proof of receipt they would say sorry. I went to my storage n they put a lock on it and I went to the office, thank God someone was there n he was like we didnt receive payment, so I showed proof and then they took the lock off. But its just pretty annoying to deal with. Horribale customer service. If I could I would give a zero

I rent a unit and two weeks after i get stoled 😒 the stuff was rude and no nice w me when this happens i just gonna receive 1000 for all my stuff that is nothing and until today i didnt receive nothig back ..if u gonna rent on those units please have the insurance that cover more bc they get stoled frequently 😐 so mad !

I rented a Uhaul 8/5/2017, to move my furniture from my apartment to my storage. From this place to my apartment, from my apartment to my storage, and from my storage back to the uhaul place, was approximately 5.4 miles. I did this on purpose so that little mileage would be used. I paid for the Uhaul and the 5 miles and went on my way. When I returned the Uhaul, the rep wasnt there. Per his instructions, I parked the Uhaul outside and put the Keys through the slot of the door to the main office. Here is the thing. My final receipt showed 105 miles driven and a charge of $93!! I picked up the truck at 9:30am and returned it close to 12pm. How did I load and unload, and travel 105 miles in 2.5 hours???? The guy already had the gas level wrong, was the mileage wrong too??? This so upsetting to me when I trust that everything is taken care of correctly only to be charged for miles I didnt drive. This needs to be resolved ASAP!

Storage unit was broken into twice in the past year, the walls on my unit were broken and the company has failed to fix it. It has been a month now and no one ever contacted me about my unit being burglarized and company has failed to fix the wall in my unit that was broken into which might prevent more theft.
