BG Autobody is the best by far. First time I had my car taking there was in March the customer service was great. They offered me a loaner vehicle for free if I needed one. The day I went to pick my vehicle up, I got into another accident on the freeway. Not a bad on at all thank god, just a side swipe. I referred them to the person I was in the accident with. Bill made sure they were well taken care of. About a month ago I ran over a boulder in the middle of the road going to Barona. I took my car to Kia service department. I called Bill from BG Autobody and told him what happen just in case I needed any body work done. Which I didn’t. Later on my insurance agent told me that they were have a hard time getting pictures of the damages on my car from Kia. Then proceeded to let me know that Bill went over there and took the necessary pictures for Allstate. BG Autobody treats you like family. Bill didn’t have to do that for me. He wasn’t getting paid but yet he still made sure that my car was being taken care of. I recommend BG Autobody to everyone and anyone. Thank you Bill and the rest of the BG Autobody family.

Man when I had given up..Mr.Bill took care of me, he kept good communication with me so I never felt in the dark. The BG autobody team does amazing work beyond expectations. I just needed a new bumper and going above my car was buffed out making my car look newer than when I bought it. Extremely grateful for what they’ve done. Highly Recommend.

Back in October 2020, I got hit by some debris on the freeway one morning. Typically I would go through my insurance, but my deductible is too high. So I knew that I was going to have to pay out of pocket. I eventually came up with some money to get a new bumper, so I shopped around for some quotes. I actually got referred to BG by a friend. After speaking with Arnold, he quoted me with the best deal I had gotten yet. He was really cool and explained he would do everything he could to help and save me some money. So I gave them my car. It took a few more days than we originally had planned for, but that was only because they were trying to get it back to new for me. I guess the pain shop didnt match its correctly with the rest of my car. Instead of returning the car to me with the bad paint job, he took the time to have them repaint it again so that it matched perfectly with my car. I think that was so awesome they took that much pride and consideration into making it look great instead of giving it back with a bad paint job. Not all companies would take the time to do that. Or even care in the first place. He also took the time to buff out some ADDITIONAL scuffs I had on the side of my car as well. Which he did not have to do, but it made a huge difference in my car to me. They were even kind enough to let me use one of their loaner cars as well, while it was in the shop. Everyone was super friendly and Ill definitely be returning if I need more work done! Just ask for Bill or Arnold!

Bill and his crew were so quick to help me get a quick bumper fix for my Honda Civic and their price for the labor was unbelievably low. Other places tried to charge me more than a $1000! Hoping to not need to return soon, but will definitely be back with any car problems later.

1970 prices with top quality work. The first time I went here Pete came out to look at my car and saw the problem right away. He did a simple effective quick repair and told me to come back when I needed real work done and sent me on my way free of charge. I took a 2010 Subaru Legacy in to have the hood repaired and some other body work done and the results speak for themselves.

Pete did such an amazing job. My car is good as new, and all of the staff is very accomodating and friendly. My whole family will recommend this shop to everyone. The price is very reasonable.

My wife said either we paint the car or you buy me a new one. The math was easy to do on that one. Our 2008 Pilot only had 68, 000 miles but looked horrible due to the faded paint and peeling top coat all over the vehicle. It also had damage due to someone backing into the side panel. After running around town getting some expensive estimates, I decided to give the Bumper Guy a try due to their great Yelp reviews. I stepped into the office and was immediately greeted with a smile by Iman and Yolanda. Both ladies made me feel right at home. The office is tastefully decorated with a collection of antique radios, some couches, a stereo, a water cooler and some snacks. I met with Bill who was very professional and put me at ease concerning our vehicle. I told him I wanted a complete paint job. He gave me a great estimate and detailed what the shop would do to make it look like new. The following week, My wife and I took the vehicle there. She was also impressed with the staffs professionalism and told me she felt very comfortable leaving the vehicle there. About ten days later, we picked up the car and we were VERY happy with the job they did. It looks new again! The side damage was gone and you cannot tell it was there to begin with. We are SO happy with the quality paint job and restoration done to our car by The Bumper Guy. This is an honest to goodness place that we HIGHLY recommend you bring your car to get fixed.
