They simply don’t value your time: if you don’t care if they run an hour or more late you can roll the dice with them. Otherwise, I would suggest looking elsewhere.

These guys were very professional, helpful and understanding. They got me a great deal on new tires and were even willing to do some repairs for me although at the last minute I changed my mind. I was a couple minutes behind my appointment but they were understanding and patient. I would certainly use their services in the future and would recommend to all my friends. I should read before I got a service there. Very unprofessional and rude. I started feeling worried as I read the negative reviews fromprevious customers but Im just hoping that they did a right job to my vehicle. There are reasons why many customers left negative reviews about this place.

Been doing business here for years and years...they arent the cheapest but they are very good and thorough and use only the finest quality parts for your car. They stand by their work and do excellent service. They arent perfect but they correct their mistakes like real adults should. Every time I go to another mechanic because I think I am getting a better deal I ALWAYS regret it proving that just because something is cheap it doesnt mean it wont cost you more. Took my vehicle to T tech auto in Rancho Bernardo to have the break pads changed. Several months later, while driving, I noticed an awkward noise. Made the decision to take the vehicle to Mazda to be looked at. On the way to the mechanic at my dealership one caliper comes off during the drive.The break pedal becomes very squishy and causes me to lose control. My break pedal barely give me the ability to stop in traffic. This nearly caused an accident at a red light. Upon arriving at my dealership it was discovered that one caliper was not torqued properly after the break pads were changed. I immediately contact T tech auto because they are the ones responsible for causing this caliper to come loose. T tech auto suggested towing it to them to fix their mistake but my better judgement encouraged me to leave it at Mazda.According to the mechanic at my dealership the only repair required was installing a replacement bolt that came out of the caliper. This repair was minimal, considering the serious injury or death it could have created when the breaks failed. T tech auto refused to compensate me for the cost of labor because i didn’t bring them this repair. They mentioned the compensation wasn’t part of their warranty. They also refused me any refund.

Quick and professional service for a good price. I purchased a Groupon for a conventional oil change for $21. Without the Groupon, the service wouldve been $40+ so the Groupon is an awesome value. Even with just 1 tech available to do work, I was able to arrive at my appointment time then leave within 40 minutes. Ill be bringing my car back!

Dropped my Golf Sportwagen off at the 1pm appointment time for dual clutch fluid change. I was going to wait for the car but, after about 45 minutes it was informed that work would take longer than the estimated 1 hour, so the customer service person updated the estimate to 2 1/2 hours upon which I departed. The car was done before the estimated time and I was pleasently informed that the original quoted hours and cost would be honored despite the unknown additional time actually required. Im pleased and recommend T Tech.

This place takes genuine parts off peoples cars and replaces them with second hand knock off parts... making money of genuine parts and insuring that your car wont run well for long, making a repeat customer for them... ive already filed a case against this place... Had a groupon for an oil change and decided to give the place a try. I honestly will only come back here from now on. The receptionist was very friendly and up front with everything. The garage is in a great location and easy to find with a super clean shop. Its a family owned shop. The owner even came out and introduced himself to me, gave me some history about the area and the shops hes owned. The mechanic came through to grab some water and asked how I was doing. You dont get that kind of friendly service anywhere else these days. My car was serviced quickly as well. They did a great job on the vehicle. Im very happy that I chose this place and look forward to coming back again.

Took my car in on Friday to get my fuel injectors cleaned. Didnt make it more than 30 miles before the cars check engine light was flashing and the engine is losing power. When trying to get a hold of them since emails telephone Facebook nothing has worked. I am stranded with a nonworking car and my engine cover is missing from a sloppy mechanic. thanks alot guys Real reliable

SCAM this place steals valuable parts off your car reaplaces them with junk... i warn any one who comes here to pay attention and check under your hood when they are done. there theres a reason why youre not allowed to watch your car being worked on.

SCAMMERS and cheats someon eneeds to regulate this shop. its a joke. last year i got a great price on brakes from groupon. three days after they did my breaks. my brake master cylinder breaks $500 repair. Then last week i my phone for a fuel injection cleaning, the car didnt make it 30miles before it broke down. I took it to a different mechanic who said my engine cover was missing, and several main parts had been replaced with knick off second hand parts. just looking out is the more people in by putting up a Groupon then sabotage your car so youre for sure come back for an even more expensive repair.

A few months ago I bought an 88 Mercedes 300SE from T-Tech and they also did some work it as part of the purchase of the car. I got a great deal and Im very happy with my purchase. Im from NY and was merely visiting when I saw the car, but I was so impressed I bought it and shipped it home. Everything went smoothly.The owner and son are very friendly, its a very good sign that the owner drives an older BMW and the son is restoring his own 60s Mercedes. They were committed to making sure the 88 Mercedes ran nicely, including doing additional engine work that wasnt even part of the purchase terms. They also fixed the AC before delivery, when the car got to me, I was shocked how well the AC worked on such an old car.My only critique is that communication could be better, and some details about the cars history were inaccurate. But they are honest and if you persistently ask questions, these guys will come through for you in the end.Thanks for making me a very happy Mercedes owner!

Went to get an oil change because I had a good experience last time. Made an appointment at 2:30. Once I got there they said they did not have the filter for my car and if I didnt mind waiting . I didnt have a choice since I drove there and cancelled plans to get the oil changed. An hour later, the filter arrived and I knew they rushed to get the oil changed because they left my car all dirty and I cleaned it yesterday, so I know it wasn’t me. Now It is filled with oil, grease and yellow paint. The lack of professionalism in this place is awful. Will never return!!!!
