We have been customers for the past 2 years and the customer service has been great. Esther always is smiling and friendly. The doctor was very transparent and would take his time to explain what he was doing and why he was doing the procedure to my 13 year old son.The new place they are in is really nice clean and upgraded.I would recommend this place to my friends and family.

They had me scheduled for an appointment within a week, great new pair of glasses in two.The doctor took her time making sure I understood everything about my exam and making sure I was receiving the appropriate prescription. The ladies in both the front- and back-office were very kind and helpful.The fact they are open late on Wednesdays was a HUGE factor in my decision to go here, but Im glad I did regardless.The aesthetic of the place is a little dated or worn out as others have said below, but Im there to get my eyes checked and get some glasses, not enjoy the decor.

I ordered glasses and they still haven’t called me to go pick them up... it’s been a year

Absolutely awful. I was not offered different choices for contacts, but was given one brand. However, this wasnt the only issue. The staff are very impersonal, they just want to get everyone through quickly. My first two experiences getting glasses there were okay, but when I went back for a third pair (my other two had broken) they gave me a completely different prescription and claimed it was correct. It was not. It was way too strong and they lied, saying that glasses and contacts were supposed to have different prescriptions. Never going back. Thank goodness I found a better optometry.

Ive been going here for over 8 yrs. Exams, every day glasses, sunglasses, all done by College Grove. I love the staff. They are super professional and polite. Some people are just used to being spoiled so they mistake their professionalism for not personable. You go to an optometrist for eye care, not to be best friends. Some of these reviews are ridiculous LOL

Ive been taking my family of five here for over 10 years. Always had great service and excellent follow up from the entire staff.

A nice Gentleman was in Walmart soliciting business for College grove optometry.I went in a few days later with a coupon hed handed me and asked to sign up as a new patient. I gave the receptionist my Id and insurance card, I was told I could come back an hour later and they could see me.I came back an hour later and the receptionist told me she was sorry but they couldnt see me. So I made an appointment for the following week.This morning I go in for my appointment and Im asked for ALL my information AGAIN! As if I didnt just do their paperwork and give each them everything the week prior! I told the receptionist I didnt have my card, i showed her my identification and reminded her I already had given her everything.She told me I need to do it again on order to be seen because im a new patient. She explained that they only verify it but dont record it. Dumbest thing Ive ever heard, but ok.I told them to cancel the appointment that I would go elsewhere. Went on VSP and found 48 other providers nearby, the first one I called will see me today! No drama no confusion and competent people answering the phone and working the front desk.Dont waste your time here- disorganized and ridiculous!
