Absolutely recommended by me.I only came in for a small tune up on my tires, literally $10, and they treated me like I was buying their most expensive stroller. Never throw out a Stroller Spa San Francisco - HQ before talking to Jamie. I brought her my very used bugaboo and she knew exactly what was wrong and how to fix it. Shes thorough, cost conscious, and great customer service. She also gives back to the community with lots of donations and fundraisers for Homeless Prenatal. I would go back to her in a heartbeat and refer all my friends.

Wish I could give 10 stars!During the shelter in place order our double stroller sustained an inner tube leak and I couldn’t repair it in my own. Replacement tubes were 2-4 weeks out on amazon, which obviously would be a disaster with two toddlers and no stroller.Stroller Spa was closed for the shutdown, but Jamie called me after I sent her an email and made sure I got the replacement tube the following day. She did all of this and would not accept payment.I can’t recommend her shop enough, she made time for us while she was busy helping her community and I’m sure facing hardships of her own. Please support her business if you have the chance.

Extremely helpful and knowledgeable staff. My wife and I were really impressed with the level of service and variety of strollers. A must-stop if you’re in the market for a stroller and not sure what to look for. They also have a bunch of stroller maintenance services. We’ll be back.

The team at Stroller Spa literally couldnt be more helpful. They were our go to for information start to finish (perhaps more than they would have liked, although they never acted like we were too much trouble). Which stroller, which adaptor, cleaning, parts, what you can get second hand, changing fabrics, EVERYTHING. SF is lucky to have them, as are we.
