Really dope experience. Wasnt sure what an express store was and was kinda intimated bout the Express part.The manager was really chill and help guide me through the process. Even gave me a quick tutorial on how to use my new device. If you havent been I definitely suggest you give it a try definitely a new experience.

Feels like a secret: it’s a little hard to find if you only have the address, but when you find it, you get amazing service in this little store. My one suggestion for the management would be to get WiFi installed so it’s easier to set up your new phone here.

Unquestionably, this is the most helpful and competent phone store in the downtown area of San Francisco.Other phone stores close by might beat this small store by size, but pale in comparison when services and know-how are concerned!Ive frequented this store several times and the services provided are always top-notch! Special thanks to Yumi, Daniella, Justin, Jesus and Jonathan! It is apparent that the aforementioned employees could indeed bring with them various language skills to help customers of different cultural backgrounds too! I wonder if this is the store owners clever and fair minded intentions to reach out to the various prospective customers in a cross cultural setting of S.F. and provide equal employment too? Nice, new store. The staff was extremely helpful and so nice. All three helped me just because they enjoyed their jobs. Didn’t try to sell me, gave me great advice. I will definitely return!

Im a bit late with my review, but about a week ago I had the pleasure of truly amazing customer service from Justin at / from this location.He really set a high bar for customer service, and then exceeded it.When he called me back he had to leave me a voice mail and he provided exhaustive details - and instead of just telling me that I could go to the website to set up an appointment, he actually listed off some of the available times and made sure to mention that I should schedule soon before they fill up.Every customer service experience should be this good. Thank you!

We went to the store today a little bit in a panic mode b/c my partner’s phone was not working well and in these times of working from home, your cell phone is even more indispensable. Justin and his female coworker (sorry through the masks, we did not catch her name) were super helpful, knowledgeable and nice. They debugged the phone in 5 minutes. We were very grateful, specially because we could have easily been swayed into buying right away a new phone. Instead we saved $1000 and we got great customer service. We left happy and with a renewed loyalty for Verizon.

So grateful for the above-and-beyond customer service from Kenn and Jesus in my hour of need. Found a creative work-around for my particular situation, all with patience for my questions and good humor.

I used the machine for pay my bill, and the machine didnt work, and after I checked my bank account and I had 69 dollars less, nobody from there want to help me .
