Wonderful staff. A personable and knowledgeable Asian man (whose name I wish I had gotten so I wouldn’t have to write the words “Asian man”) talked with us about the 800S and what equipment change I might need to upgrade from Sundara. He was also kind enough to demonstrate the absolutely beautiful startup process of the venerable HE 1. I was already familiar with 800S before visiting, but for those interested in their options without much prior knowledge, these guys are of course experts and can guide you through your own audio journey at any price point.An altogether excellent experience that allows you to try some of Sennheiser’s best offerings before taking the leap. Definitely check it out if you’re in the market.

What a great store for Audiophiles. My first Sennheiser store after owning several of there headphones over the years. Excellent service with lots of audio zones to test there headphones. Purchased a set of PXC550. The only disappointing part was they dont have these top of the line headphones for women with smaller heads or else my wife would have purchased a set.

Cool place they let you try the headphones out and they are very friendly. Another thing is they have resting areas where you can take your time trying out the headphones no rush they also have books on the tables if you want to read them as well. Overall good store and good people.

I went in there to choose wireless headphones, the staff is friendly and helpful, assessed me on my choice and showed me the best of all headphones. The aesthetics of the store are very nice and minimalistic. Overall it is an elegant store and a good choice in sound quality.

Super friendly and knowledgeable staff, youre able to try out their entire lineup with you own music which I found to be very fun. Didnt get a chance to try out the 3D sound studio but I assume it would be more of the same

The lady at the front just ignore me when I walked in. And then another guest came in, she asked him if she could help immediately. Was it because I am Asian? or I looked poor? I am pretty sure she saw me and she was free. Worst shopping experience ever.

They lost me as a customer. The moment I entered the store the kept following me and reminding about the store hours. How should I choose headphones in this store if I feel a constant pressure? They have locked the store 5 minutes before 8pm, practically throwing out potential customers. All that before the Christmas Eve, when people are looking for gifts.The staff needs to redo their customer service training, if they want people to buy in this store.

The quality of their products is pretty good. But the older gentleman working their lowered the volume on the HD 800s I was checking out claiming I would break them. Why put a product on display and for use if you dont want potential customers to test them out to see if they like them? He then proceeded to try and justify why he did what he did. If the combination of the headphones with the amplifier would break the headphones... Why pair them together?Ill never shop at this senheisser store EVER. Horrendous customer service.
