I bought an alternator for an Audi once a few weeks ago, wasnt the correct part. Even though they have a no return policy,, since it was the cashier ( I think owner? ) who mistakenly gave me the incorrect part,, he returned my money without an issue! Idk why they have a 1 star, but heres me leaving a 4 star for their great service, I will probably change this to a 5 star after a few more interactions here, hopefully!
