Bike analysis and the tune up was mediocre. And the price was little expensive than expected.Staff was friendly enough to accommodate me without the appt though.

I want to like this shop. Longtime REI member and the people and staff are nice and knowledgeable. However, I purchased a new bike for my wife that was supposedly set up properly, but there are sooo many safety issues and corners cut with this setup. It was obvious someone very new did the work and I thankfully noticed when she came home with it. Shame on REI not checking bikes before they get sold, people can die with unsafe cabling.

Professional. I brought my Guardian bike there. The technicians explained their every step, gave me good estimate, and fix the bike the next day.
