From the moment you walk in you know that you are amongst family. Steven’s Creek Jaguar did an amazing job. From the no haggle price and complete transparency of the vehicles value to the professionalism of the staff they are second to none.Absolutely no BS 4 square back and forth with the deal at all. They were honest across the board and actually fought to get me a better interest rate than what I had. When you are shopping for a luxury vehicle you know that a certain type of both clientele and staff exists. This is absolutely true at this dealership.
I wouldnt recommend this dealership, they love to play the games. If you buy a car from them, dont bother going in without financing ahead of time. They magically come down two points after walking out. The zero percent financing on the new cars is a unicorn. The second problem, they give large discounts or rebates. This is attractive if they were priced at market, they arent, they are about 16k over priced. So in reality, you are paying more for the car even with the discount. Theres other dealerships within a 40 mile radius that are willing to treat their customers like customers and not attempt to rip them off. Coming from buying multiple BMWs, I cant say Im going to became a Jaguar owner given the shady selling methods. Ill be reaching out to other Jaguar dealerships, hopefully theres one that isnt out to rip customers off. Maybe its the brand, maybe its the dealership, to be safe, find another dealership. If the service is this bad in sales, what is the service going to be after youve handed them a cool 70k and have no obligation or motivator?
I leased a car from here. Josie was really helpful, explained everything well. There was a nice delivery experience as well. Everyone there was good and wanted to keep the relation with the customer.
If you are looking for a new or certified vehicle Josie is the one to go to. She was knowledgeable and really listened to what was important to me to find the right vehicle. Me being a first time buyer she made the experience enjoyable and excited to drive off the lot with my first Range Rover.
It seems this Company enjoy advertising cars with great specs and at a price thats unbelievable.. You call, you make an appointment, you show specific interest in that car. They dont care whether you have to travel 3 hours to get there only to be told it sold earlier or it sold yesterday they just hope they can sell you anything now youer here. Checking through the comments it seems we, along with many others fell for this scam. Would I buy a used car from these people ??? HELL NO !!!...
I recently purchased a certified F-Type and worked with Josie. She has been is the BEST! Shes knowledgeable, efficient, cheerful and has followed up with me a few minor items. The DMV and closing team were also easy and great to work with.
Poor service experience. Service manager Alex East helpful Jaguar has very strict service policy for Ipace. You get ONE after service. At end of 24 months and you have -/+ 1 month or 1K miles from 21K miles.
Jimmy and his team took care of the maintenance quickly and professionally. Jimmy made sure to send me an update via a video to my phone so that I knew the progress each step along the way. I was very impressed with the service received by Jaguar Stevens Creek.
Josie was amazing! She really helped us to find our perfect car. It was great experience shopping at Stevens creek Jaguar.
Very rushed and pushy, understand inventory limitations but service was subpar for JLR compared to any other dealership. Suggest looking elsewhere
Bought a car here .. service is good and the staff is very accommodating. Car has been working great so far!
Ive had absolutely amazing experience buying a used Infiniti G37 with my sales consultant Stu Gregory and my financial manager Reza!!!! Their patience, knowledge, customer respect and professionalism is astonishing!!!Ive had over 15 cars last 20 years bought or leased trough various dealerships but Stu Gregory and Reza from Jaguar/ Land Rover, Stevens Creek, San Jose are on the top of my list providing the best possible experience you can dream of buying a car!!! Hands down because Im not an easy buyer of any car period!!! Thanks again Stu and Reza, Im hoping to deal with you again in the future!! Stay healthy and well!!Atanas GSanta Clara
What a great experience! This team is amazing!Thank you,The Redwood Forest Family 🤗
I have always had my XK serviced here. They always do a great job. Not the cheapest place in town but the service is top notch and it is always done right. Worth the extra money.
We just had the best car buying experience at Jaguar Stevens Creek! We found the diesel Jaguar F-Pace we wanted on line, however, we live in Washington State and the car was in San Jose CA. My husband contacted Titus Baila the Sales Manager and a few minutes later we received a highly detailed video of the vehicle from Adam Ramsdell a Sales Professional who also specializes in out-of-state sales. When we arrived at the dealership to purchase the Jaguar we went through the paper work with Adam who introduced us to Reza Saatchi a Finance Manager. Reza, thank you for your patience and knowledge in answering our many, many questions. Adam and Reza, you are true professionals. Your knowledge, customer respect, patience and attention to detail made for an excellent car buying experience.Helen & RogerCle Elum, WA
I am generally not a fan of service departments at dealerships- but I am now. Sam was absolutely amazing when working with me on a huge repair for my 2016 F-Type Jaguar. Sam kept me informed and up to date on all aspects of the problem, the potential repairs required and most of all Sam made sure it was all covered under warranty. I could not have asked for anything more from Sam or the service department. I am a total fan of this service department and will be loyal customer to this dealership. THANK YOU, Sam!!
Rude, argumentative service advisor- Eric Murguia. Brought a 3 year old car I had bought with manufacturer warranty to them for service. They told me they wouldnt do the service on a technicality; I was a couple months late for scheduled service, and they would do the service for $1,500 despite having factory warranty. Service advisor told me that I should have read the entire owners manual. Ive had great experiences with BMW and Lamborghini/Audi. One would think that for a $140k car; youd at least get a free oil/brake fluid change. Not the case. I wont be buying another Jaguar.
We live in Hilton Head, SC and Stevens Creek had the car we wanted that matched what we would have wanted if we had ordered it from Jaguar. Unfortunately, Stevens Creek is located in San Jose, CA but the sales manager (Elliott Negron) was excellent, We bought the car sight unseen except for on-line photos and the video Elliott sent to us. We closed the deal and they pointed us in the right direction on how to ship the car. Seven. days later we had a beautiful F-type Jaguar sitting in our driveway. I would recommend Elliott and Stevens Creek.
Wow.... This is quite alarming! I’ve reached out to this location by email and phone a few weeks ago but hadn’t yet received a response back as of this morning. No worries, we all get busy! However I called this afternoon and got through only to have someone answer, then quickly hang up!Business must be so great, new customers aren’t welcome.Be well and a bit kinder to one another.Take care.
I booked an appointment am that specific location June 1 2020 for an oil change service. I arrived on time for the appointment. As soon as I arrive I asked if the oil change service was covered under the guarantee service. Very convinced the employee answered yes. Therefore I agreed to get the oil change done. At first I was told the car would have to stay until next day, out of nowhere he told me they would do the oil change that same day. After waiting for several hours I was notified that my car was ready. At the time to receive the proof of the oil change service I was told I have to pay the amount of $550.00 for the oil change. At first I was very confused, the same employee that had told me the oil change would be cover as part of the guarantee was then telling me I have to pay for the service. I asked several times why would I pay for a service I was told is was already covered. The employee then tried to explain me some weird service pattern I have never heard of before. He explained that my car didn’t need an oil change, HOWEVER the service was done and I had to pay for something the car didn’t need. At the end I felt he is the one that didn’t know what he was doing. It was very disgusting that I have to pay no matter what. I felt very disappointed and upset. I wish the service guy would have taken the time to understand and explained me before I was charged. The manager was unable to hear me and ask me to pay anyway.I would never get service or buy from that location.
I walked in not expecting to buy the 2019 Jag I-Pace, but ended up driving one off the lot. The staff made it easy, and I was able to get the car of my dreams at a reasonable price. Moreover, the purchase included a hardwired ChargePoint station and a $1500 credit for installation by Willow Glen Electric (who are excellent, by the way). This not only saved me time, hassle, and money, but made the whole experience of buying an EV seamless. A very happy customer!
BE ADVISED:On the date of 12/11/2019 I requested service for my Jaguar XE due to a rear light being out. My appointment was for 11:10am I arrived sometime short of 10:45am that day. I found me helping myself in terms that no one at this location offered any assistance or aid for my reason being there. I noticed a walkway and saw another customer standing at a window being helped, after he finished his business I approached the window/desk and stated my reasons for being there. No more than 15 minuets Adrian S. ushered me along the short walkway to his desk and I noticed a couple of faces there that obviously worked for the establishment that I noticed when I entered into to the dealership and I asked myself why didnt either of those guys offer assistance? Nonetheless I chatted with Adrian S. about the issue of the rear light being out, he assured me that it was covered under warranty, I handed him my keys and was told the process would take a little over 1-2hrs. I returned 45 minutes short of the 2hrs, Adrian S. approach me in the lobby and told me that my car was being washed and another 15 minuets past. He returned with my keys in hand and walk me out to my vehicle. I get into my car and drive no more than 10 city blocks and notice theres a crack in my windshield, I contact the dealership and express my concerns with Adrian S. and tell him that my windshield has been damaged and was done maliciously (PLEASE SEE ATTACHMENTS) by someone at the establishment, Adrian S. then told me that the damaged was there prior to my visit. I then spoke with Ron C. a supervisor at this establishment. I expressed my concerns with him and was told that the issue wasnt there fault and or there wasnt any negligence on there part. I then asked Ron C. for the name of the service technician responsible for replacing my rear light, Ron C. did not disclose that information to me and I was told that there service technicians are given numbers and not names, so I asked for the number, the service technicians number is 7385On the date of 12/12/19 I reached out to Jaguar Land Rover customer relations department and spoke with Abdul M. Abdul reached out to Jaguar Land Rover of San Jose and was advised that someone from this location would be reaching out to me to address this concern as of yet I havent spoke with anyone via phone or email.
Worked with Jonathan and had an awesome experience. Had contacted him months ago and let him know I was looking for a car at a certain price point. He checked in with me here and there and when the right incentives came, we were able to make a deal. Very easy to work with, super accommodating, and I’m LOVING my new ride. Thanks guys!
I had an appointment on Saturday afternoon to buy a specific car and I emailed the very same morning to inform I was running late. Nobody replied and I came all the way from Santa Cruz only to understand the car was sold the day before. I am going to buy a Jaguar, but not from the Stevens Creek dealer.
We spent two weeks up and down Stevens Creek test driving everything you can imagine and getting pricing and financing. We fell in love with the new F-pace SUV...what a vehicle. But what inspired us to write the review was the incredible sales experience starting with Dalton Albaugh and the management team. The pricing and lease we received were far superior to what we were offered by Mercedes, BMW, Porsche and Audi. Great car, awesome price and quick and enjoyable sales experience. If the service experience lives up to that then Jaguar is now king of that road.
I had the worst experience today when I went to drop off my car for the complementary service. Service advisor was so rude, I understand there is a miles/month criteria for the complementary service, but within the same dealership they give different numbers and months. I was trying to explain the situation to the advisor, he wasnt even letting to complete my part but outright told me to leave, NOT COOL. Yes, the hell he told me to LEAVE when I was trying to explain. This is so unprofessional behavior and not how one should talk to their customers. I asked for the manager and guess what, got the standard response manager is in a meeting and will call back, ofcourse didnt get a call so far.
Weve purchased two vehicles here from Karen and both have been positive, fun experiences. Easy to work with, fair prices, and no pressure while we decided what we wanted. Service has always been great too, so wed definitely go back to this dealership the next time we need a car.
The staff is very busy but tries their best to help you and they are very knowledgeable. The great thing about Jaguars are that theyre not a zillion built a year, like most car manufacturers. I was told me the exact number but I forgot. Anyway that makes Jaguars more unique! Also they have a car concierge that will teach you how to use your Jag! Yeah theres that much to it. How cool is that?
The E Pace SUV jaguar is AWESOME. Seats are super comfortable, sight lines are great, great pick-up. Sufficient cargo space. Overall the vehicle is extremely stylish, comfortable to drive and a pleasure to own.
I just started searching for my next car. I filled out an on line survey and was immediately contacted by Danielle. We made an appointment for the next weekend for me to test drive cars. She compared the Jags with the Rovers, told me all about the specs, warranty, finances, etc. She came to test drive the F-Pace and the E-Pace with me . What I loved: there was no car salesman pressure!!!! Priceless.
Had a great experience at the dealership. We were helped by Stuart who patiently walked us through the car and stayed with us throughout the process. Happy with my purchase!
We had a great experience with Dalton Albaugh. He literally went the extra mile to pick up the exact car we wanted. Even though similar ones were on the lot - he did not give us the hard sell to sacrifice what we really wanted. We had a couple bad experiences at other dealerships, we were considering a different car all together - but Dalton really made us happy customers here!
Exemplary service and exemplary price. Our salesman Antony was amazing! Definitely ask for him if you come in to buy :)
3 hour round trip drive with cashiers check in hand and an appointment made to purchase a car. Only to arrive there and be told the vehicle was just sold. I will still be buying a new Jaguar, but it will not be here.
Initially, I was very satisfied when the dealership offered to send David to show me some of the features . He was very helpful . He offered his services anytime I needed help and I told him I will need help more than once. But when I called to ask for help the call was never returned. I expected some response within 24 hours. it did not happen
We are serious buyers, yet we didn’t even get a look or a greeting by any of the sales reps while we were inside. We peeked into the cars to get a better look at the interior of the cars inside as well. There were sales rep helping another potential buyer but all the other service reps (close 5) just ignored us. We greeted a few of the sales rep to see if they would initiate further conversation, but nothing. With this type of first impression, lack of business etiquette and no acknowledgment of potential buyers (regardless of where they are in the buying funnel), we will NOT BE COMING BACK. There are other Jaguar dealerships in the bay.
I had a tremendously satisfying experience getting my X Pace from Jaguar Jose. From the moment I reached out with my inquiry online to when I was handed the keys to my car, I was quickly attended and catered to through every step of the sales process. All staff were courteous and knowledgable. I would especially like to thank my salesperson, J, who was a pleasure to explore the vehicle with, personable and kind. More importantly, he helped me find my dream car! I would also like to thank Will who quickly handled all of my financing paperwork despite the volume of sales. My vehicle was detailed and ready to roll of the lot all within the same afternoon. I encourage anyone in the market for a new or used Jaguar to give Jaguar San Jose a chance!
Great Experience!! We felt welcomed and was treated with excellent service.Linh Hoang was professional and easy to work with. The whole process went smoothly👍
I had a good experience here. Titus and Omar were very nice and did not push me to buy anything. The negotiation process was easy. We agreed upon a deal through email and did most of the paperwork online. I went to pick up the car after work and I drove out there with a new Jaguar in less than 1 hour! They also come to your house to teach you all the features of the car. This is better than the BMW!
Staff here are AWESOME! They treated you like a family member!
Very good service. Enjoyed taking to the salesman and they made buying our car a fun experience. They really work with you on the financing and have a lot of banks and credit unions set up internally. Highly recommend.
Bought an XF here in 2012 and was very happy with the experience. Serviced here many times and it was always fine. The place needed some remodeling, but that was about it and maybe that has been done since then.
The worst costumer experience ever. Dont even think of buying or leasing a car here.
Service dept left me on hold for 15 minutes on 2 occasions. Had to call sales to get anyone to answer the phone. Sales was awesome, service is what would keep me and they failed. Going to Walnut Creek to buy my F-Pace.I have purchased a 2018 F-Pace Rsport from Cole Jaguar in Walnut Creek. Awesome experience and great customer service. Highly recommend.
This one star is actually supposed to be zero. Even one star is one too many. They keep you waiting just to waste your time. And they overcharge. Avoid them like the plague. Youre better off not dealing with this dealership.
Walked in on a busy Saturday without an appointment looking to test drive the I-Pace. Wasnt sure what to expect because Id never owned a Jaguar before. Have owned MBZ and BMW for 20 years. All the sales reps were busy. But Mark Laxamana greeted me promptly. He pulled up the vehicle Id identified from the website, provided a quick tour of its features, then took me for a test drive. After the test drive, he offered me a beverage then started working with the manager to prepare a proposal. The first proposal was fair, based on my research. Because Mark knew that I was considering various models, Mark worked hard to get a very good deal approved. THEN, my wife arrived at the dealership . . . He gave her a tour of the car, took her on a test drive, patiently addressed all of her questions, and escorted us to the finance manager, Reza. Reza was very personable, transparent, and fast. Within 2 hours of walking into the dealership, the transaction was done. The experience was great and I would highly recommend the dealership, Mark and Reza. BTW, the I-Pace is amazing. Speed and handling are very comparable to the numerous Mercedes AMGs Ive owned over the years.
Probably the worst jaguar dealership in the state. My ire is more accentuated towards the servicing department. I brought my vehicle for servicing to this delearship on 3 to 4 occasions and they make the exact same mistakes everytime. They could not locate my extended warranty on every single visit. I had to go through a bunch of extra follow-ups in order to confirm the existence of my extended warranty.Do not trust these clowns with your vehicle.1500 for labor only? You must have had too many Manhattans my friend.Too bad this is the only Jaguar delearship in the bay area.
Very unprofessional staff, will make false promises, run your credit history and then revert to a higher quote compelling you to purchase at a higher price. Avoid going with this dealership, or be prepared for a hell lot of mental harassment.Guys to stay away from - Adam Ransdell, Jonathan Lukey, Barry
The sales folks here are very slow. The service centre sucks big time. I was with Audi for 5 years and recently switched to Jaguar for a change. I still regret my decision.
Jaguar/Land Rover dealer in San Jose, now with access to very large stocks of new vehicles on site. Excellent, friendly and helpful sales people, but you might need to be concerned about the service department who dont seem to have much in depth Land Rover knowledge.
Horrible experience at the service department. Was told I had to pay hundreds of dollars to get my car serviced even though service should be included.I was never informed of the service requirements when I purchased my car. Also, I have taken my car to the dealership many times since purchase to get various things fixed and noone ever informed me of the service requirements. It took me months to get an appointment and even if I wanted to comply with the requirements there would be no way I could do so.Furthermore, someone could have told me about the service requirements when I booked my appointment. Instead, I had to drive out of my way to go to the dealership only to be informed at my appointment. What a waste of time!
Customer service was terrible. I basically tour inside/outside the facility without anybody approaching me for questions. No hello welcome either. I explore all the cars inside, and even read the handbook guide on my own. Expensive car & crappy service dont match! How do they manage to sell any cars?
Got a great car, Dalton my sales man made it happen come see him for the best deal in town.
I took our Jaguar F-PACE in for some minor service issues. I was greeted promptly and courteously. My Service Advisor - Ron Cressio - listened to my concerns, documented them thoroughly, read them back to me. He then arranged for a loaner, a new Jaguar. He has maintained contact with me as to the status of the repairs. The repairs are just some software updates and the replacement of two trim pieces. In the nine months we have owned the F-PACE S we have not had a single service issue.
Gave my car for servicing at the jaguar Steven creek centre ! The service was miserable, they dint assist me with proper information . They havent even given service required for that car . I have paid thousands of dollars to buy my Jaguar XJ, and thats the way I get treated . Pathetic service ! Pathetic advisor, gave all false info that I needed to change the tyre as he said a nail got struck which was not needed at all ! This is going to be the downfall of jaguar, and I guess many of the customers faced similar situations like this as well. I dont understand why these Big companies have such a worst strategy to get the money from the customers. Change your unproper strategy or else you will loose the customers rapidly.
Almost a thousand dollars for a quick check, oil change (2400 miles driven this year) and some filters under the seat which we never use. Did the synth oil change at Jiffy with a filter from Kragens. Done with a bit over 100$.This same place heard me complain under warranty twice that the suspension/steering was messed up and they wanted to charge around 8k$. I pointed out this third visit now out of warranty, that their computer had notes about this issue that they ignored and gave me poor driving experience.I told them that I would publicize it and here I am.Someone care for an FS TC with 78k?Wife wants a T3 this week.
Sales staff is friendly and helpful
If you are looking for a Jaguar automobile, sure, this is the place to go.For those of you that are looking for real jaguars or the zoo or whatever, I am sorry to disappoint you but they dont have real jaguars here. Just down the street at Walmart, I heard they have stray cats in the parking lot but thats about as close as youre gonna get.
They never update with me on my work order. Everytime I tried to call my service advisor - Adrian Sadler, I was put on voicemail. So I called their service number, was put on hold, and got transferred to Adrian Sadler again - no answer.I called again, got transferred immediately.I called again, no answer.I called again, no answer. So I called again from another number, they picked up the phone and I told them not to transfer me to Adrian Sadler. So, they will avoid your call according your number. What a customer service.
Found an Escalade I wanted on Car Guru. After reaching out, Jaguar/Range Rover Steven Creek called me and told me that the vehicle isnt available yet, but tried to sell me a different vehicle. No problem here... I told (Anthony) to call me once the vehicle was available. He called me a week later and said the car is now available and to come in to check it out. He was going to make sure the car was pulled out ready to go. I told him that I can be there in about an hour and 15 mins since I was in San Francisco.Prior to this, I explained that I own a Limo company and I was looking to pay cash for 2 vehicles, 1 with him and another with someone else. Only looking for Cadillac Escalades 2015 or newer or a Suburban, 2016 or newer. With them being a Range Rover Dealership, I didnt really expect to do business with them, but Anthony told me that for now, he can deal the Escalade once it was ready. So far... No problem.So... I cleared out my schedule and made the drive down there. Was met in the lobby by a nice enough lady who told me that Anthony was expecting me, but that she needed to get the keys. After a few minutes, she went to talk to some folks and then said she had the keys. Ok...She then said she was told to show me a Yukon Denali (Not an Escalade), which was brown, and nowhere near what I was looking for. I then told her that i didnt want a Denali, then she said that the Cadi wasnt available... I then asked her WHY did I get a call if you didnt have the vehicle I wanted. She then said she needed to check. A few minutes later, she then told me that the car I wanted had engine issues and cant be sold. Anthony never came out...WHAT?!?!... So I get a call saying that the 2015 Escalade just came in, Ill have it ready, then when I get there, Anthony didnt have the guts to come tell me himself that the vehicle was unsellable, but then tried to sell me something else as if that was why I came? You mean you couldnt call me real quick before I left SF to tell me Hey, I thought I had the Cadi, but Ive got this Denali...They had me come in and waste my time to try and sell me a car I didnt want. Such a shady move!! And guess what? The vehicle I wanted is still being advertised!!What kind of business practice is this???
Sales are great but service, well they treat you like they own you.
My experience was very positive well meet again possibly with the purchasing a car.
Met sales woman Feifei, she helped me a lot. Good experience! Satisfied service
I would give it less if I could. I wanted to puchase a car. I had been there a couple of times and a wonderful saleperson (I dont remember name) helped me find what I wanted. I knew exactly what I wanted. Options, color, everything. I came back months later with my husband, went for a test drive and started talking to the salesman. He wanted to sell us any car they had in stock. Forget the color and options I wanted - it was everything else on the lot. I asked if he could look around - no. So, I went elsewhere. I had a dealership in southern California that was more accommodating and tried harder to find my car. In the end, I went to Livermore Jaguar where they ordered my car no questions asked. I eventually brought my car in to San Jose Jaguar for regular maintenance a few times. Twice it took 3-4 days to get the ANTS out of my car. Do you know how gross that is to be driving while ants are crawling all over you? And the interior of the car? One of the times that it was in, there was no communication. my husband called for an update and nobody knew anything. Save yourself some grief. Drive to LIvermore. I do - happily.
Although we had some initial hiccups during the sales process, after escalation they went above and beyond to make things right. Quite impressed. On the service front, service adviser Jose (Pepe) is an all-star and they are well stocked in the loaner department.
Leased 2018 Jag from them in Sept, after 4 month got hit with DMV fees. Try to speak with their rep who handles DMV issues who said its normal.... be aware
At first i was interested in the car, so i want to see it and ask a couple question about it. After i got there i want to compare between the models, but not being nice and all, the salesman rudely ask what i called not nice questions like, how much your budget? I got REALLY offended by that. I could buy that car, but because of that attitude, now i have negative thought about buying a jaguar. Please go see other dealers if you want to buy a jaguar. Especially not from Julian, he is really not nice of a person. Im done with thinking buying jaguar from there
Top notch service but a little pricey
5-star service and please keep it up. Thank you so much!
U could rectify the situation by not firing hard working individuals who were never late and worked hard for the company. Things happen in this business and u dont fire someone for it. U learn from mistakes, not just get ride of them.
Kinda rude at times. Need to improve on communication. Very expensive quotes! Not ready to negotiate and are downright rude especially one of the sales persons I was in conversation with. Some of them lack the experience needed for dealing with cars and have 0 knowledge about them. Needs wide spread improvement.
I would like to give zero, if there is an option. Worst experience I have ever had with dealers. I was in contact with them for 2 months asking about lease. Finally when I go to the store they got me approved for finance instead of lease. They are so dumb and rude, they dont listen to what you say. after a big mess they got me approved for lease. They wouldnt reduce a single dollar from the quote. Looks like they dont want to sell their cars. No wonder so many people have had bad experiences here. The sales guy Steve said go get the car from other dealer if you want a better price.........I walked out of the store next second.......
Not a single person asking to help when I walked in. Could not make it any more obvious that I needed help. I shouldnt be the one reaching out. The customer service is Livermore is a lot better than this place. Ive been told to go to Livermore over San Jose in the past. Thought Id give it a shot. Will never come back to this place.
I had a good experience, they took care of me and I liked the snack bar
I had a wonderful experience. Omar in sales, Paul in finance and the General Manager, Vincent were great.
Perfect place to face the rude sales people and manager. They dont even listen what you are saying and say some features which are not in the car. They dont reduce single penny and the moment you compare the price with other dealer. They walk you out. I have bough more than 10 car so far. This is such a bad experience for me and i totally lost interest in range rover itself. Never go here if you want a better deal.
Very helping knowledgeable staff, especially a salesman name Anthony Digger, awesome young man.
Fifi Li is a great salesperson. I bought my Xe from her, she took great care of me.
Geronimo was both very professional and knowledgable. I was out of there with my dream jag in no time! Thank you.
Just moved from Fort Myers Florida to San Jose. Brought my wifes 2004 XK8 in for service. They started work before we agreed on the work to be completed; the quote included a 15% discount that when we paid the bill was reduced to 10% and when I called during service hours to inquire about the reduced discount my call was never returned. Called the manager he too never returned the call. Really miss Josh and Jaguar of Fort Myers and will never go back to Jaguar of San Jose.
The most unprofessional sales people in car business. Very arrogant, they like to insult their customers.
Nice guys, were willing to deal on a used Porsche Cayenne they had (didnt want to show up the Jags.) Kept the entire transaction fairly painless.
Went to the dealer. Met the sales person, Lucky, who took us for a nice test drive in an XF. Ask for a printed copy of terms of the lease in an email, via text and by phone. I needed the information within two weeks. Not too much to ask I would think. Nothing came. I called Lucky but he was with a customer and would call me back. He never called back. I then tried to call the sales manager. The website had a number for him but it was the main number. I called it and no one answered. I gave up. I then called the dealer in Fresno. The sales person there answered, got a lease terms document to me the next day. The XF was bought from Haron in Fresno. It is a much better dealership to work with.
Had a great experience while buying an Fpace.John Lucky was great during the entire sales process. But the only reason I am not giving 4-5 stars is due to Titus Baila. He was very aggressive and rude in the negotiations. In fact he also insulted my friend who was with me. He literally said that if the deal was between me and Jaguar, why was my friend talking in between.I was planning to give a 1 star but giving a 3 star due to John.Update - Changing review because it’s hard to get a hold of anyone after the car was bought. Also had a bunch of issues with the car such as- car alarm going off all the time- back door was not aligned properly- auto start/stop didn’t workAnd a few more small things.
Nice store but no sales reps helped us after we took the test drive.
Walked onto the lot looked around no help available, went into the dealership, one guy reading, one guy standing behind him and a women on a computer. I asked for a salesperson one guy walked around and then said everyones busy maybe we can make an appointment. No thanks I went to the Porsche dealership down the street and got great service. TL:DR: Owning a Jaguar would hurt your self-esteem. So be aware. To be fair, most of the time Jaguar San Jose has done a very good job answering requests, arranging loaner cars. Theyre really trying their best to be a great dealer, but the capacity of the service center couldnt match with the amount of car breakdowns they need to handle in this area, and its getting worse and worse. So buyers be aware that you might have more trouble getting your car serviced these days. But you might ask, why does my car need service that often any way? - keep reading:Before I tried to drive a Jaguar, Im fully aware that this brand is known for issues and maintenance headaches, but Ive also heard theyre getting better over the years, especially for the new models. I leased my Jaguar F Type 2016 in 2015, its a amazing looking car, sounds great, drives wonderfully. The first issue came after less than 3k miles driven - the battery died while the car is parked in the garage. I reported this issue, got a loaner car, and the car was towed and serviced. Within a month, the battery died again, and serviced. After two more months, the battery died again. So this car battery was replaced three times until it seemed to be fixed, all within the first year of driving. Im pretty forgiving to these issues as it seemed to be just one component they couldnt get it right, meanwhile every time Jaguar San Jose will give me a nice loaner Jaguar or Land rover to drive while the car was serviced, but things start to get worse after first half of 2016.My F type starts to experience parking sensor issues, pump issues, exhaust issues. Out of the 2 repairs performed in early 2016, I had no loaner car. The representative mentioned that there are too many customers and repairs that theyd need to put me on a waitlist to drive a loaner. So twice I had to go to Herts and drive a Honda back, and I mistakenly paid insurance out of pocket for the Herts rentals. The nightmare happened when the F Type engine broke down while Im stopping in public traffic on a highway. The CA 101 highway is very busy in rush hours and sometimes the traffic is slow enough to come to a full stop. My car was in the middle of a long streak of busy traffic and the engine shuts down itself after a full stop on a highway. I got stuck there for 3 minutes and I eventually made to drive away after plenty of engine start attempt, scaring and disturbing all the other drivers behind me. After that, the car was never able to start again in my parking garage, and this is the Friday night before July 4th 2017.Because you cant put a 2016 F type in neutral without starting the engine, it took AAA two attempts to tow the car in two days, and many hours to get the car out of the packed two floor underground garage then slowly drive to the San Jose dealership, and guess what - no alternative transportation at all this time, I had to Uber back to my place. The service representative told me I need to wait for at least three days before the engine could be inspected due to the heavy load of service requests nor can they promise a loaner until 3 days later. For me, I dont have a car to drive for at least three days and I have no idea when they can fix the car.I have one year lease left on this F type, and it has already caused a lot more headache than it is worth than driving a Toyota. 16K miles, two years, 3 battery failure, one parking sensor failure, one pump sensor failure (still not fixed), and one engine failure. The luxury experience Jaguar promised is not what it is. It instead made me feel like a little pesky and grumpy customer needing to beg for help every once a while, and losing control of my life in scheduling around transportation. I cant even share these experiences with my social circle because I dont want to be looked at as the stupid person choosing to drive a Jag, and I dont want to feel inferior as a driver, so for this self-esteem issues, Id never drive /own a Jaguar in my life again.
Had an early service appointment, got delayed in commute traffic, they took me right in even though I was 20 minutes late. I was out of there and into an Uber 10 minutes later. What more could you ask?
Service was slow. I wanted to chcek out their new Jaguar F Type but then they didnt have car for test drive. This was bad. I wasnt expecting this from a premium brand
Sales people are not interested to make a sale. Waited for 45 min after a scheduled appointment and left the showroom without even taking a test drive
Pretty bad overall service experience, and the sales team is still stuck in the 90s. Expected more from the Land River brand.
Though we failed on a lease there as my husband felt uncomfortable of the drivers seat, the staff was reasonable.
Good place and sales
Great sales guys.
