My husband and I went in to trade our 2015 Honda Civic for something that we liked better and Sam Hussein was able to help us the perfect car that suited our current lifestyle. We saw there was a Jeep Wrangler in their inventory online, but it turned out that it was at a sister dealership. They immediately had it brought over to Honda of Stevens Creek and allowed us as much time we needed to check it out. I cant even begin to tell you just how helpful he was at making us feel comfortable and answering all of our questions. We didnt feel like we were being pushed into a decision we were lukewarm about and werent pressured into pulling the trigger to quickly. Review of working with Faisal in the Finance dept.Be very careful of working with Faisal and the Honda finance dept. We agreed on the final pricing with the sales person. Once we got to finance Faisal added another $1500 for a theft deterrent system and said we had to pay for that in addition to the price we already agreed on. When we told him the sales person had agreed on a price with us already, he said that the sales person had no jurisdiction to make that call. He stated that the Additional fee was MANDATORY. We walked and decided not to purchase. Later the dealer called back and said they would remove the additional fee and sell the car at the original sticker price. See car sticker price and then see the quote they tried to force on us. Bait and switch tactics. Very poor experience with Faisal.
I had a great experience at Honda of Stevens Creek. Adriel, our salesman, was very knowledgeable about the car we were interested in, including all the various trims. He was also very plesant, courteous and a pleasure to work with.The negotiation was handled very professionally and we came to an agreement in a reasonable time. And taking care of the loan and paperwork to finalize the sale went quickly and smoothly too.I have nothing but good things to say about our experience buying a car at Honda of Stevens Creek and would highly recommend them.

Professional staff, fast and reliable service. Although they were closing when I arrived to pick up my car, they kindly finished the paperwork and gave me my car. The only complaint is that about 70% of the cost was labor fee which seems a bit too much. Other than that everything was great.

I left my car for service.They charged ridiculous amount They said the starter motor was broken and they were not able to start.What a surprise! Yea the car was a bit old but good condition in general. Starter fail never happened to me for 10years but it happened when I drop off my car. What a coincidence!They lie, request more service than necessary and charge you more. What a shame.

I helped my daughter shop for a lease deal on a new Civic. The contract was signed 10 days ago. She has also been driving the car since then. She received a letter from the dealership today stating that they want the car back and the contract cancelled, because they were not happy with the deal they got from their financial institute. My daughter has excellent credit score and her financial was approved before the contract was signed.I would have to wonder if the car shortage has caused this kind of poor behavior from the dealership. Very disappointed !!!

We almost bought a car from this dealership, but changed our minds - partially because we just weren’t sure the price was worth it, but also because one of the staff members was really pushy and condescending when trying to talk us into an extended warranty after we repeatedly said we were not interested. That said, sales associate Pedro was super friendly and professional, and as an individual he would absolutely deserve five stars.
Making a appointment for the service - It was very easy to make the appointment, the person making the appointment was very polite, professional and courteous, he made the appointment for the day and the time that was convenient for me. I received the confirmation of the appointment within a few minutes on my email and as a text message on my phone.Actual day of the Service - Even though there was a line in front of the service station, the Honda members were quick to accommodate and check in my van in a very short time. It was Tam who assisted me, he has a very good memory, even though he saw me after two years, I was surprised that he remembered me and also the reason why I had brought in my van for service two years back. Tam was very professional and courteous. Besides this, he has a good sense of humor too. He listened attentively and answered all the questions that I had regarding my van. After the service was done, he took the time to explain all the services/ updates that was done to my van. Overall it was a good experience. Thank you Honda Team members.
Get ready for a two hour wait on an oil change with an appointment set in advance. Not sure if this is a middle management issue but the staff interfacing the customers is very nice, friendly and professional but when it comes to service? Good luck! An oil change can take half a day here so dont make any airport plans. Disappointing!!
I purchased my new vehicle from Stevens Creek Honda today. I put in an inquiry on an Accord in the early morning, someone called me back within hours to set up an appointment to come in. When I got there we immediately looked at the vehicles I was interested in. I went in with the mindset of just looking but as soon as I saw the vehicle that was for me I said let’s do it. We ran some numbers, I ended up getting a payment a little higher than I anticipated but there was no pressure to do so. My experience at this dealership was amazing, I want to especially thank Jay for helping me out and making my family and I comfortable. He did a great job communicating and was very understanding. He asked if we needed anything and responded really quickly at my initial call. One note however would go to the detailing team. When I got in the car, everything was nice, however there were dirt and oil inside the compartment between the two front seats and additionally when I arrived home, I did more of thorough job searching and I found 4 different crayola markers on the third row with a bunch of debris under the third row. Please do take more time to be aware of these things. Overall, I couldn’t ask for anything more from the representatives and was pleased with my visit.

I enjoyed my experience at Honda of Stevens Creek a lot end to end. I called Stevens creek Honda at 11:30am on the day (because that is the day I kind of having time), and see if I can a spot during the weekend. Instead, I got a service at 12pm with the parts I need at the parts store (smooth collaboration between their service store and parts store and the experience is painless). I dropped at 11:50am and the service desk checked out my car in great detail, reviewed my previous service record, suggested a service and showed me why I need the suggested service, which I happily accepted.The service journey was very smooth. On the pickup, I dropped by late by 30 minutes, but even though it was off hours already, but the office person managed to find the right person and allowed me to pick my car on the same day.Thanks for the great service team at Stevens Creek Honda.

My experience at Honda was wonderful. I did read some reviews before going in because of my experiences at other dealerships, which were unpleasant. No one seemed to want to help me as much. This was my 3rd shot trying! And I remembered my experience at Honda of Oakland was great when I went a few years back, so I decided to read some reviews and told myself to check them out after reading some great reviews.I walked in and was greeted by Sam. I briefly told him what I was looking for but I wasn’t sure if the cars I saw online were at this location. I was confused when looking online the night before. But of course, Sam explained it all. The car that I was hoping was not there. I asked for a different make/model, and Sam showed me that one(which was the only one I looked at). When I saw it in person and sat in for a bit, I knew that was the one. I explained my situation to Sam regarding my previous car. I felt when I explained my situation to the other dealerships, they were hesitant to move forward or did not want to really negotiate anything to try and help me. Sam pretty much said to not worry. They will figure something out.And to my luck, they did. Faycal stepped in to help. He helped with the application process of it and showed me different options to go with that would best suite me. He did what he could to make sure everything was going to work out in my best interest. After things were approved, James stepped in and he explained everything before signing anything. He broke everything down that was understandable and simple. No fancy big words. And if I had questions, he was quick to answer without going in big circles.Overall, I would definitely recommend these 3 gentlemen at Honda of Stevens Creek. The environment alone was pleasant! The people there seemed all genuine. Both of my experiences at Honda of Oakland and Honda of Stevens Creek were great. Especially because both were emergencies for me personally. And both times I drove off happily in new vehicles.
Really felt cheated for my first time here. I admit as a female I don’t know much if anything really about cars to which I think they used to their advantage to charge me what came up to be $478 instead of just the $70 synthetic oil change. My 2019 CR-V with only 17k miles was due for an oil change and the service advisor recommended to change my brake fluid and rear differential fluid to which I declined because I wasn’t sure and wanted to discuss with my dad before committing. The service advisor approached me a 2nd time about these making me feel pressured thinking I should. My dad ended up calling our home Honda dealer to confirm if these were necessary with such low mileage for a 2 year old car and they wouldn’t have recommended these as it’s unnecessary. He then called this dealership and they shortly claimed they go by the “books” to provide service based on the number of years instead. I’ve learned my lesson: do your research before agreeing to any service.

This review is for their Service Dept. Making an appt online was very easy to do, there many options for day/time. Took it in and Jeff was my advisor. My Pilot needed a new battery and was ready for pickup that same day, even when I asked to have an oil change too. Receiving text messages for everything was very quick and handy. I will continue to go here for my cars needs.
DO NOT BUY A CAR HERE. I bought a car in Febuary of this year. I got a sales representative name David Nyam, this is an asian person who is in his 70s and lies like a kid. I told him I dont have credit I have a trust, so I was skeptic to run my credit because I had other dealerships to go to. David Nyam Lied to my face and said if we run your credit score all Toyota dealers will have a copy of it. so I said ok. I got 5.9 APR. Then I go to Milpitas Honda and tell them that I am already qualified they said every dealership has to run a credit check. I confronted David via text he said they are lying and just want your business. So now I was stuck with stevens creek Toyota. Mossi the sales manager and the other General Manager lied to me over 5 times in a single visit. Then the GM Muhamed something said we are only making 200 dollars off this purchase of my 2021 Honda Hrv. I called the corporate office and the Manager that is a LIE. If Honda of stevens creek only made 200 dollars off a purchase they would not be able to be in business. David Nyam should be ashamed as well as Mossi and the General Manager. I contacted Better Business Beareau and they told me to file a grievence which i did. BAD BUSINESS AND LIARS.

CRV is my first new car. I used to buy pre-owned ones for prices but, this time, came to think I might have a new one. First of all, it is just right and affordable to get a Honda. Reasonable prices with reasonable positions, clear trims with no additional options. It would sound nice if you can choose options at every trims, but that makes confusion to make a decision, ending up with the highest or second highest trims with a full package. Honda doesnt work like that.

I recently visited to get the usual service done for my Honda Accord. After the initial inspection I was told that break fluid needs to be replaced and I agreed to that replacement since the car was making noise on applying brakes. Whats shocking was the labor cost. They charged 177$ labor for a less than 30 mins of work. To all the people who go there for services, i would encourage you not to get things done here. Get the inspection done and have the fixes done somewhere else. This way you will learn more about your car and wont end up getting duped.

I purchased a new 2020 Honda CR-V through the Costco Auto program at Honda of Stevens Creek. I traded in my 2014 CR-V and they gave me a very good value for it. Mike and Abdel were great to work with and they made the process very easy. I would recommend this dealership.
Terrible service,1. Service is sub par, Charged exorbitant 500+ for oil change but they did not care to refill the washer fluid (wiper )2. I 200% doubt on their recommendations for repair. My car has 4 brand new tires a year old from Costco and have run 10k to 15k miles and they recommended 700$ tires for a 8 year old honda.3. Battery is brand new battery from AAA 6 months old and costs 90$, their recommendation is 208$ battery change ( because my battery failed load test).The same service is 50% less outside.The bill break up parts 89$ and labor 400$

Clint provided amazing service when I arrived. He listed in detail the error codes that were showing up on my Clarity Plug-In Hybrid, what they mean and what the dealership will do. He also noticed that I was still under warranty and quickly revised the invoice so that the only thing I need to pay was the alignment job. Everything was taken care of within hours on the same day. Quick, fast, easy. The interface with online booking could provide a bit more clarity on how to do each step, but overall very great service.
My experience with Stevens Creek Honda was amazing! I had a set budget and could not go over it. Ali at Stevens Creek worked with me and even lowered the out the door price to accommodate my budget. I have been having a recurring problem with my radio, blue tooth and, most recently, the navigation system. Over the many years I have worked with Honda of Steven’s Creek Road, I have had many service advisors and I can say they have all been competent. However, the most recent, Clint Santiago, has also been the best.Clint remembers; he listens. Today, after I leftI-noticed a drawer on the floor near the front would not slide. I returned th Honda and calledFor Clint. He recalled that this had happened before and remedied the problem quickly. I lefthappily, knowing how to deal with it if it recurred.I will always ask for Clint. I trust him and admire his work ethic, to the point of following him if hemoved to another facility. My experience this morning at this Honda facility was wonderful. The people were so polite and friendly. The checking process was so smooth and efficient. I was especially impressed by the paperless, all electronic process. It was a smooth buying experience. I was looking to get a new Honda Fit for college. After a few email exchanges with Tina, I set up an appointment to test drive the Fit. Tina and Adriel were so pleasant to work with. Adriel was very patient in addressing my queries about the Fit and eventually I ended up with the car that I wanted. Thanks to Adriel and Tina! Took my CRV in for starter issues. Got that repaired and also had the front/rear brakes done after the complimentary multi-point inspection. My Service Advisor was Clint. Communications was done via text, which worked out extremely well. Work on my car was completed as estimated. Also got a 15% discount through Costco! :)
Friendly service, Joshua was very professional and always answering my questions. They use the touch-less program, text message. You have the option to communicate with them via text and I always received fast response.
The staff was great. I was kept informed and well looked after while my Civic was being serviced. Once the service was completed, the service writer went over the work that was completed and all the points of inspection.

Made an appointment for a Saturday morning to address a recall with my Honda Pilot. Process to check in and drop off my car was easy and straight forward. They texted and emailed me promptly with status of my issue and when it got resolved. Pick up was also easy and quick. Overall I had a good experience at Honda of Steven Creek.

This dealership went out of their way to get me the car I want. Cassiah and Faysah were amazing to work with. Stayed past their working hours to let me test drive the car and finish paperwork. I had to drive an hour from San Francisco but definitely worth it.

Before I bought my civic from this dealership, I was told that the registration fees I would pay would cover the next years renewal. However I noticed the car was due in a little of over 60 days and I asked the dealership about registration renewal and if it would cover for 2022. The sales person said it would. The reason why I bought the car was also on whether the registration would cover for next years (2022) renewal. My friend who works at the DMV was with me at that time told the sales person that the DMV cannot accept renewals beyond 60 days. So dealership blatantly lied to me about renewal and registration during bargaining. Now I have to repay the renewal since it is now within 60 days and DMV has sent me the renewal reminders. This has definitely poisoned my experience in buying my first car.

Service on my 2020 Honda hatchback sportOriginally came in because of a battery issue but Steven cleared that up very quickly as I didnt notice the clamp to the battery was looser than it should be. I decided to leave it for maintenance since it was due soon. He was super friendly and quick with the breakdown of what the maintenance included. It was also really cold that day so I appreciated The fact that he was upbeat and got me settled in a timely manner. 10/10
I had called almost two weeks ago and the vehicle I was interested was notin stock at the time however Edward continued to keep me posted and by the time I decided to stop in I found something else completely different for my needs that Im much happier with, with all of Edwards and Bens help!
I was able to make an appointment immediately and on my schedule. They explained everything they did to service my vehicle. It was done within the timeframe they told me. Service reps were all very friendly.
Overall the service is OK, but there are some aspects needed to be improved. 1) My left rear mirror was hit by something slightly in the maintenance. So there is minor scratch on the outside plastic of my left rear mirror. This is the first time I met; 2) My interior items are changed. such as interior rear-view mirror, chair, etc; 3) Some white sticky material in my car. Its hard to clean up it.
