People always nice and kind. I had the greatest experience there last time Mr Doc was very helpful and answered all my questions. They informed me when everything was done. I was very happy about shuttle transportation
I really disappointed with the service. For a regular maintenance, it took 4 hrs to wait. Only the last hour I saw my can and it is my turn.If the advisor Joseph Rios can tell me the maintenance may take 3-4 hours or just tell me today is really busy, the waiting period is more than 2 hrs, I can accept, totally fine. But at the beginning, he told me around 1-1.5 hrs, but finally is 4 hrs.At the last, I complain the service is too slow but I did not get any response. They think it is fine for taking 4 hrs as a regular maintenance. This is my last time to have dealership there.
Premier Nissan of San Jose has been my go-to place for repairs to my car for years. I continue to come back because of Dominic, he has always taken very good care of our Nissans. He is very polite, but above all, he doesnt try to hustle you. I appreciate that I dont have to worry about him trying to sell me repairs that my vehicle doesnt need and he is always honest about whats going on with the repairs it does need. I know most people about the dealership for repairs, (I was one of them) but I have truly had a great experience here. I highly recommend it! Ask for Dominic, he will take very good care of you!

I called earlier today and made an appointment for the same day. I arrived and I was taken care of right away. I spoke with “the doc” who told me to come in and ask for him, he shortly came outside and took care of me and my vehicle. I was there for about 2 1/2 hours and then he checked me out and everything went smoothly. I’m happy with my services. He was very friendly and conversational. 10/10!
I came in without an appointment so I was expecting a long wait. I was told it would be 3 hours but it was about 5 because I assume it took a while to get to my car and the 3 services it needed each take about one hour. Aside from waiting a while, I was helped right away and any questions I had were answered promptly.
Had an issue with a late model Maxima. It was an immobilizer issue that required reprogramming. After calling some local mechanics, I concluded it was best to go with a Nissan dealership. Paid a little more but got the peace of mind it would be done correctly. Johnny was very friendly and honest. Provided me with a quote and eta. Ended up being a little less than anticipated. Excellent customer service all around.

Always friendly service. Can be a bit of a wait at times but well worth it. Quality service and great customer service. They will even shuttle you somewhere if you dont want to wait. But there waiting area has confy seating, complimentary gourmet coffee, vending machines and always something entertaining on the TV. I love that you are assigned an associate and that is who greats you every visit unless they are on vacation
Randall was great. Really focused on making sure I understood why they recommended certain services during my regular checkup. He did the due diligence to look into my car history from another service department (Sunnyvale Nissan before the closed) to confirm whether certain services were needed or if there was any warranty rebate available.Will continue coming to Premier Nissan for car service.
I showed up at 10 minutes before my 9:30 appointment. The man there was cordial and received me without any hold-ups. Everything went smoothly from beginning to end. Got my oil change and a couple other things done while I sat in the lobby, and with the big screen tv and free coffee the wait was a pleasure.
I came in for an oil change. I then received a text about recommended services and corresponding cost. I usually opt for getting everything done. You probably have my records since I have always gotten the service done at your dealership. This time, since it was a considerable cost to get the recommended services done and I was only expecting an oil change since I had no warning the last time I had serviced the car, I compared prices online. They are high even considering the fact that this is a dealership. So I said - no, I dont want to get it done. Then I get a call from the rep saying hey theres a discount/coupon for this many dollars... So I am left thinking, had I said Yes, would I have paid the full price quoted? Something didnt seem right considering I have been a loyal customer. I am confused as to what I will do the next time...

First I had good service and the employees are kind. But… It took longer than what was said when fixing my car and my car wasn’t cleaned completely as promised because it wasn’t vacuumed.
I went in looking at a Nissan kicks... They gave me a Apr rate of 13% off the bat. Ridiculously offended I declined and almost immediately my apr rate was cut in half. Two hours later of sending me to everyone except for the man who was apparently giving me these offers, the price dropped another 1000 dollars, and somehow 72 month lease went from over $700 a month to 333$ a month. They lost my trust in the first 30 mins and then continued to lower the prices until I left. I will not be buying a car from this dealership.
Johnny was incredibly helpful when I brought my car in for an oil change. He had helped a me a few times before (also great experiences), and he remembered me by name. When dropping off and picking up, I was in and out of there in 5 minutes or less.I started taking my Nissan in for services at this location for brand expertise, but I continue to come back because of the excellent customer service. Great service as always. For the first time, I was disappointed in how fast the service was. I was looking forward for a getaway from the kids to sit quietly in the lounge and work for a few uninterrupted hours while my car was being serviced. The ongoing pandemic has been challenging in that I work at home while caring for 2 active toddlers. I had begged my husband to let me bring the car in for a reprieve 😂.. Nissan sure did my husband a favor because low and behold, my car was done in less than an hour and I was back to a very relieved husband + kids. Staff were friendly and courteous. I was given an estimate of service and cost beforehand and the waiting lounge was clean and tidy. I definitely recommend this dealership.

I have no problem visiting before. Dom was a great guy. He handles everything smoothly. But yesterday was terrible. Everything was terrible. I had my 2 keys battery replaced but when i got it, the other one is not working. I tried to tell them that it was working before but they insisted that it’s not working in the first place. I don’t want to argue anymore so i let it be. They did not give my car a car wash which they always give before.

I have been going here for the last 4 years to get my car serviced. Bur the last 2 times I have been this year for basic oil change, they have forgotten to reset the oil change needed indicator. Its really annoying and makes me wonder if the oil change was actually done.
Price went sky high for simple service: almost double what it was before. And it took forever. Waited at start and pickup over 30 minutes each time to be waited on. And that after having my car for over 5 hours to do an oil change. Time to begin looking for another mechanic.
Everyone was so very kind and helpful. I was very stressed out by the whole situation! I haven’t had major car trouble in many years and was so apprehensive about needing to come to the dealership for the repair! Dominick called several times and kept me informed by phone. He reassured me throughout that they would take care of it. It turned out that my car was still under the bumper to bumper warranty! I didn’t have to pay a dime! Picking up car was really simple too. Dominick was busy with another call so Randall helped me. He was very nice. An added bonus was they washed my car for me too! I will not hesitate to use their services again. I visited this location for car service. The service advisor, Randall Kennedy, was very nice. After the inspection, they recommended some services and I didnt feel pressurized to accept them.The complementary shuttle service driver, Danny, was very helpful. My home is 11 miles from San Jose Nissan but he agreed for the drop off and pick up (they generally provide this service within 10 miles).Overall, great customer service. Highly recommended!

In contrast, dealership that I overpaid for the vehicle in Burlingame was too unprofessional to even return one of my three messages I left for them.

They were quick to accept my car which was towed in, did complementary inspections as well as a provide loaner car. Unfortunately my car wasnt washed, while sitting in the lounge, I saw testimonials from prior customers about how they got their car washed without even asking for it so when I picked up my car unwashed, I was bummed out. Especially after paying 2 grand!
I schedule an oil change, Jonny is always so nice to me but it took 3:00hrs for them to complete the oil change. I wish Jonny would have told me so I could figure someone to pick me up. Also, they always wash my car this time they didn’t

Since my purchase of my 2020 Nissan Altima, the service was great. Mr Randell Kennedy from the service department always made me feel comfortable and took care of my needs.
Had a 10am appointment for an oil change and tire rotation. Left dealership at 1:15pm! What’s the point of an appointment? Given that, they gave me a coupon for a free oil change, said I didn’t need a tire rotation, and then washed/cleaned my car. So I can’t complain too much!
Its a great place to get your car serviced, plus the people that work there are always helpful, I like that.

I bought a used car here that was only 2 years old at the time of purchase and within the first week of having it the check engine light came on, turns out there was no gas cap, not sure how the dealership missed that and sold it in that condition.Within the first year of owning the vehicle, I had to get brand new tires and breaks. Car has given me issues and the dealership refuses to help. Also within the first year I has to pay $700 out of pocket for a new ignition coil. It’s almost as if this car had so many underlying issues (probably why the previous owner sold it) and the dealership just sold it as is with no care in the world for the future driver and CUSTOMER that would be driving it.Very unfortunate that my first time buying a car was at this location. Terrible customer service. Anita sold me the car and gave me her number, said to let her know if I ever needed anything and every time I contacted her she wouldn’t reply for days until I threatened to get managers involved.Overall a terrible establishment. Nothing but problems every time I had to come in. They treat girls who walk in there like they can’t possibly know anything about cars and completely disregard your concerns.This dealership has absolutely 100% ruined the car buying experience for me and I avoid going to any dealership or mechanic now just because I am scared to receive similar treatment. Traumatizing experience to say the least.Do not buy a car here. There are many other Nissan dealerships all over. And ESPECIALLY do not buy a pre owned vehicle here. Do yourself a favor and buy a CERTIFIED pre owned vehicle so you can trust your car will have longevity.

💯 coming back here again. I always thought mechanics and dealerships especially nickel and dime you, but not Capitol Premier Nissan and especially a dude named Joseph.Joseph listened to me carefully, didn’t push back or dismiss my concerns and was straight up about my car. I’m broke, I expected to pay $200 for a diagnostic this month, get the bad news and hopefully make repairs next month when I could afford it. I was expecting the worst news….came back to find not only was my car not so bad, but they FIXED all my issues for FREE (busted heat shield, pin on wheel axle, CVT TCM reprogram) and even cleaned my car.You really can’t beat that. Joseph and Capitol Premier Nissan 💯 restored my faith in Nissan CUSTOMER SERVICE. Keep doing whatever it is you’re doing, my dudes.

I care a lot more about getting my car issues fixed than having my car washed. The car wash gimmick is not satisfactory in distracting me from the poor service I received. I am extremely dissatisfied with the service I received. I have been a loyal customer but was definitely made to feel as though my business is not welcome or appreciated.

When fixing my squeaky brakes, they noticed that oil was leaking under my car. The reason was that whoever did my oil change last, Dublin Nissan Service, did not tighten a bolt enough so the bolt was loose. It was a good thing that they noticed because apparently, if the bolt came off, then all my engine oil would have leaked out, which would damage my engine terribly. In all, my brakes stopped squeaking and they did a proper oil change for me. Thanks Johnny Nguyen!

Service rep I think his name was Johnny promised us the car on Friday and then never kept us up to date. I had to call and chase for my car the following Wednesday and he seemed irritated and didn’t even hear me out fully. Instead of being apologetic for not getting back to a customer almost a week later!Does doesn’t represent the company well. I will think twice before giving them my service in the future.

The first time we went to your establishment we met with Randall Kennedy, he is very sincere, sweet, provided great customer service. When we were there on Wednesday Randall had a family emergency overall the service was excellent the only thing that I am going to complain about is that the Courtedy shuttle was not there we waited an hour and 45 minutes and it still wasnt there so we ended up getting a ride from a friend but other than that customer service, the car service everything was excellent

Juan helped us with the paper work and Andreas Eichinger answered my questions about the warranty and additional wrap coverage. All demonstrated the same excellent customer service.Previously my best experience was at Tesla but through no fault of Tesla I had to wait 2 hours for my car to be delivered so now Premier Nissan of San Jose is my # 1 Experience. I didnt buy a car here, but as a Nissan owner I came for a quick charge. The first person I met told me that she will be back with the info about the quick charge station that I could use those slow charge meanwhile. She never came back. I asked another employee and he guide me but could give me info about Ez-Charge so I had to call EvGo who helped me a little bit more as well as giving me a courtesy charge. I would have appreciated more guidance from Nissan.Edit : 1 year later. I did my service since I reached 30k miles. Cost 170$ for rotation tired and changing the brake fluid. It took them 4hours plus 30minutes for them to wash the car, which is way off the initial estimate of 2 hours. Cost looks also way out of range for such a simple task. I asked about the free complimentary check up that is mentioned in the Nissan Leaf manual and they didnt know what I was talking about.Finally, forget about free charge. There is about two places and they park cars there, it is inaccessible.
My vehicle needed a bit of a rehaul and Doc was informative and his guidance helped to take the right calls.
