I gave birth to my first daughter in November and a few of the nurses and doctors left a lasting impression! My night nurse JoJo, was so wonderful and sweet, I absolutely loved her! JoJo made me feel so comfortable even when I was in the worst pain, she was comforting and understanding. The anesthesiologist was great too! He had a very monotone voice, but let me tell you, he could set up an epidural in about 5 minutes and I barely felt a thing! The midwives were also great, all of them encouraged what I felt was right for my body and listened to my pain. I didnt feel like I was bothering them or asking stupid questions, like some health professionals will make you feel.

Jose, Audiologist was, attentive, kind, professional n respectful not rude in any way & in no comparison to other hearing aid businesses elsewhere. We were assisted in parking lot. Fitting is next week in office

Good folks, helpful, skilled audiologist. It did seems little odd that they would call the patients by name in what was a hearing aid sales and repair store. I would have thought a more visual method of alerting patients that they are nextwould have been an improvement.

I have taken my mom here several times. Wonderful, attentive service. We love Sandra Caldwell.

Jose the audiologist Is great to work with. Couldnt ask for a nicer more attentive person. UPDATE*****9-15-21,,,,go to Costco now, better hearing aids and warranty for 6 years. My kaiser ones broke down twice and cost me 300 bucs each time...Costco in So. San Jose has newer and better ones...

Great place to have a hearing test done but hearing aids are expensive here best to go to Costco and buy theirs
