Overall a great and pleasant experience, this was my first time having my vehicle serviced at Coastline and I was fortunate enough to have the pleasure of working with the service advisor Victor Morales. He was very courteous and pleasant to interact with. I had a 9AM appointment with Coastline and they had my oil changed, their multi point inspection completed and my car washed all before 10AM. More importantly they were very reasonable in terms of price as I was able to utilize a coupon/discount that was available on their website. I highly recommend Coastline and if you can, ask to work with Victor.

WARNING!!! Stay away from this dealership. From the GM all the way down to the salesman. They are very shady and try to hustle their innocent customers. They will give you a higher APR than what the bank really approves you for! And once you go into the dealership the price jumps up 3-5 thousand dollars. Morgan the “sales manager” lied to me and my husbands face and threatened to kick us out if we don’t buy. The owners will be hearing from us as well.

We recently to our surprise needed to have a recall done on our Car in order to have it registered. Victor who works in service was so kind and accommodating. He got us in the same day literally within an hour of me calling him. He also explained in detail other items that we should consider repairing in the future without any pressure. Ive had 2 poor experiences with the sales team. I received a voicemail yesterday from the Sales Manager, Rick, stating they want to buy my Jeep and will pay over MSRP. My 2018 Wrangler has 2K miles and is like new. I took it for the appraisal and they offered me the KBB fair condition value. I dont know the name of the salesperson because he didnt even introduce himself and said he was the used car sales manager. When I questioned why I wouldnt get the appropriate value for its actual condition, the response was thats just what we do and there are a lot of cars out there. I wasted my time as they were clearly looking to get a great deal from someone desperate or encourage someone to trade in and the voicemail about above MSRP is misleading if they are only going to give fair condition value. Later today, I went to KBB and had another dealer buy my car for $3K more than Coastlines offer. My other experience was when I tried to buy the Jeep at Coastline 2 years ago. They werent willing to negotiate much on price, so I went to another Jeep dealership in Huntington Beach and paid only $2K more for a Sahara, instead of base model, with 30K fewer miles. 2 experiences in both cases not willing to offer fair pricing.

Used Vehicle advertised for $27598 plus tax and license online. Spoke to them and went in. Car says $29,985 on window so they said they would honor online price. They then run my credit and come back with the price of the car at $30,980 plus tax and license saying they added clear bra and nitrogen to tires and want and extra $995 on top of marked up price... This shouldn’t be legal and probably isn’t. Shame on them. Shady and non transparent. Nowhere online or in conversation before I drive an hour there did it say there was added markup or any added fees or add ons. It was also advertised with options it did not have such as the backup camera. It also smelled of cigarettes. Beware.

How you treat your customers (or potential customers) when inventory is low and demand is high is a very good indicator of your customer service. Coastline failed greatly. I started the buying process online for the vehicle I wanted Sunday night. Monday morning I called to verify the jeep was on the lot, I was a sure sale. I spoke to Alan Cruz who told me that he couldnt get it ready and had no idea when he could. Ian had left a message saying he could have it ready immediately, so I called back. After letting the phone ring 10 plus times with no answer, I tried another number and spoke to someone that transferred me to a line with a full mailbox. I decided to give up on the purchase. The next day I received another call saying the jeep was available and he would make me a great deal, then came back and said his manager said the jeep was sold. Funny its still in the inventory and he has told me once again that I can buy it. No thanks. I would prefer an honest dealership with customer service I can rely on. Very disappointing. When all the lots are full again I wonder how this kind of customer service will be remembered. I can guarantee I will go elsewhere.

So disappointing they advertise this challenger with all these upgrades and they were all knock offs were talking about $4,000 difference. Fake rims with Korean tires the exhaust was copped up and not the quad tip exhaust showed. On top of that some of the car functions did not work then they wouldnt even budge a 1000 off the price. I should have just bought the car and then sue them just putting that out there for somebody that has some time on there hands😉

Ive bought a lot of cars from a lot of different dealerships and Coastline is by FAR the best dealership experience Ive ever had, hands down. Hannah was a super honest salesperson and helped me get a great deal on my 2021 Jeep Wrangler 4xe. I live over an hour away, so I wanted everything to be agreed upon before I made the trip down, which they were more than happy to agree to. Upon arrival, staff was friendly, I didnt have to wait very long, and everything was ready to sign and go. Overall a fantastic experience. I will be buying my jeeps from Coastline in the future. Well worth the drive.

Absolute worst service department I’ve ever dealt with. Having issue with hardtop on Jeep and pictures need to be taken to submit. Called on a Thursday to request it be looked at. Service tells me Friday is too busy and to bring it out on Saturday. Show up early Saturday morning and the one service advisor turns me away, saying they can’t do anything for me because they don’t do that on Saturdays. Very rude and not willing to be helpful what so ever. Worst customer service I’ve faced from a Jeep dealership. Absolutely terrible, will be reporting this to the San Diego and Orange County her clubs. Take the business elsewhere.

Literally the worst customer service that I have ever seen. So disappointed in this place. No one ever answers the phone in the service department, no one ever gets ahold of you to keep you updated about your vehicle, & no one; not even the manger will return numerous voicemails left to CALL YOU WITH AN UPDATE. I would not ever recommend this place to anyone. Not only do they have terrible customer service, they quote you one thing & charge you another because once again no one in this building knows how to pick up a phone.

We had a great buying experience from start to finish at Coastline! We were greeted well and then we were lucky enough to have Tatiana be our salesperson. She was extremely professional, knowledgeable, and friendly. We were able to narrow down our choices with her help and she was not pushy or impatient with us...I’m sure that‘s something that almost every buyer would prefer. Tatiana and her sales manager were able to work with us to find a great deal. We would highly recommend Coastline and Tatiana and would undoubtedly visit them again when we’re in the market for another Jeep!

I hate writing bad reviews for companies but this service department is pretty horrible to deal with. I have brought my vehicle in a few times now for service and warranty work and could not be more unhappy with the way I was treated. I think the service department needs to go through some training on how to treat a customer and not get frustrated when they have to deal with a warranty claim. They shouldnt tell a customer that they arent getting really getting paid for the warranty work so its not a priority for them since its not a up sell. Im sorry but that isnt my problem especially when it is a safety issue with my vehicle. They have kept my vehicle for long period of times with no solution and returned it filthy. I would consider going to another dealership if you have the option. Its really making me regret buying a vehicle from the manufacturer if this is the way youre going to get treated when pay extra for the extended warranty.

My two most recent experiences with Coastline CDJR have made me a big fan of their service department. Both of the visits were for warranty work on a new vehicle purchased from another dealership and both involved working me into their schedules very quickly (late in the day), getting the repairs done correctly, and getting my vehicle back to me earlier than promised/expected. My most recent repair was of a glitchy error code that made my truck run very poorly and, based on comments from online forums, is difficult to diagnose and clear. They were able to quickly diagnose and fix it and my truck runs like it did when I drove it off the lot new! Im really impressed with their work and would highly recommend Coastline to anyone needing service on a Ram pickup...its by far the best service Ive received from a dealership and I have owned lots of cars.

I recently had orthopedic neck surgery and can’t drive to get my truck after the warranty work was done and she had someone drop it off to my HOME and washed it as well! Since we are a 3 Jeep family we are happy that we have a dealer we can trust to service our Jeeps and keep us both on and off-road.

When I asked what the best price was the internet sales guy started to tell me that they are in business and have to make a profit. Then told me he could sell it for the sticker price plus tax, license, dealer add accessories, and warranty.When I asked to speak to the sales manager they had Jim tell me that they have a 20 people willing to buy every car on their lot. So thanks for the help and encouraging me to buy from you or a Jeep in general.I will not be buying from you, and will be telling people to avoid your dealership.**Your dealership has my number, and could have reached out. I also tried to get into contact with a Customer Service department there and was told it doesnt exist. I got an email from the General Manager, listing the general number for the dealership. So over all not super helpful.

My husband and I have been shopping around for a new SUV to support our growing family. We went to several dealerships and none were as impressive as Coastline Jeep in San Juan Capistrano. Rick and his team were absolutely fantastic! Drove an hour to check out car. The car had clearly been bumped before given the misalignment of the bumper. Tried to tell me thats how it came from the factory. They said theyd fix the bumper but then tried to cover up in other fees where I actually pay for it. Did not negotiate at all and they pushed me out the door immediately to call me tomorrow after I talk to my manager. A car listed at 22.9K was 28K out the door are you kidding me lol. Reached out the next day and nothing changed. Not the experience I was looking for. Snakes in the grass. Dont waste your time. Very informative and transparent, me being a young man Ive had many dealers disregard me thinking I couldnt afford any of the vehicles on the lot. I was greeted warmly and with open arms. They spoke to me like a man and as a legitimate buyer. I had all my questions answered and provided with more information than when I arrived. I got to test drive the vehicles that had my interest and was able to roam the lot freely without being bothered or messed with. I will definitely be coming back.

As the last in my family to buy a Jeep I was told by all that Coastline is the place to get everything done, no matter how big or small. More than that, my family has an amazing history with Sarah, and they told me she always goes above & beyond.After buying a 2018 Jeep Compass used I had to take it to Coastline because my radio head unit started having some issues. Sarah was amazing at double checking my extended warranty & making sure it only cost me a fraction of what it would without a warranty.After install when I picked up my Jeep I noticed some weird aspects of my radio, like how it showed a Fiat logo upon start up, how my Sirius XM radio was no longer activated, and even that my backup camera wasnt showing up in reverse.I was down the block & upon returning with the car Sarah noticed right away that none of the problems made any sense & told me she would get to the bottom of the weird issues. She was super helpful & got me a loner car for the day since my ride had already dropped me off & left.a day & a half later she gave me a call saying that the radio just needed to be reprogrammed to Jeep specifics instead of Fiat, and that all the bugs were fixed.Without Coastline & without Sarah I could have easily had my new (to me) car in the shop for several weeks & spent way more then needed to fix such small issues. Coastline as a whole, and Sarah especially, aways go above & beyond to help with whatever my family needs no matter the size. We are so very thankful for everything they do!

I ordered a custom built 2021 Jeep Wrangler in early June (knowing that it would not be ready until late August or early September). I just picked it up right on schedule and could not be happier with the experience. I worked with Tatiana Hassan who was great. We primarily communicated by text throughout the process and she was super responsive. I’m pretty sure she was responding to my texts even on her days off. When the car arrived she kept me posted and got things in order even before I arrived at the dealership. Even after I left with the car, she was helpful and responsive to some questions I had. Demetrius (the finance guy) was great too.

Hands down one of the best buying experiences I have had. I typically lease my vehicles, and was already perturbed coming from two other lots where I was not so much as greeted, let alone helped. Im in the business so I may have a higher standard than some and I have to give s/o as Coastline did not disappoint!I met with Rick (General Manager) upon exiting my vehicle. I was having a difficult time finding the specific Jeep I was looking for and he went above and beyond facilitating my Jeep lease. I was Very impressed and would recommend to anyone looking to purchase. Rick and staff were patient, professional and provided Outstanding customer service!

Seems they are not aware of NHTSA findings about serious driving problems with the suspension, nor aware of the blue screen of death of the U connect and there is a law suit against FCA.. due to screen dies, and gets blue. there is a builtin about the issues.Truck veers right, and no one found out why, yet front tires are worn and truck has 7500 miles ! Sad.Then the wipers sprayer dont work, took a month to order the parts, this is a safety issue as far as I know it is a Key safety issue by law. Now I cant install it because am out of town for a while, driving unsafe truck.Oh well, sad to see mechanics dont care, nor even investigate problems,

I live in Huntington Beach and choose to bring my car down here still because they have the best customer service from being taken care of the moment you call / walk-in - to the professionalism of the techs that work on the vehicles. My Jeep has had a good amount of issues but not their fault.They always treat me with kindness and hear me out on my concerns and do best to help. Had the pleasure of talking to Sarah and Lynn today and was very happy with my experience seeing how busy it was and how attentive they were to keeping me updated on the process. Keep up the great work and will be returning here ALWAYS!

Bought my Jeep Gladiator from these guys back in November 2020. I’ve repeated reached out to them and even left messages for their GM about an issue I have and they couldn’t care less. The are just happy they closed the sale and moved on. They have zero after sale care for their customers concerns. Will never recommend these guys or go back.

Went in to this dealer a few weeks back looking for some Jeeps. Also visited a few other dealers and needless to say none of our experiences at various dealers compared to our experience at coastline. We came into coastline after a long week of visiting other dealers and worked with Victor Morales. Victor was extremely helpful and determined to find us a good deal so that we could walk on home with a new Jeep. After crunching some numbers, we were able to work out a deal and happily came home with my new Jeep. After all the researching at other dealers, Victor was the most friendly and helped the most. He ensured that we walked out satisfied. Also after purchasing the car, he also gave us a deep rundown of the car and made sure we understood all the small details and general functions that were built into the car. Will recommend Victor and this dealer to any other friends or family that are in the market for new jeeps, dodges, or rams. Overall, great experience

Horrible Dealership bought a 2018 Pro Master in 2018, a complete Lemon the van shuts off while driving in highways, it has happened three times, brought back they say its fixed and keeps happening, Dropped the van at dealership along with a letter to Rick Vadal the manger asked to see him I was told he was busy, sent him a letter and called him did not take my call. Finally have sent a registered certified letter through my attorney and still no response. Service dept. just plain suck. These people are in the wrong business. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME AND MONEY THERE.

My wife (shes the best) & I decided it was time to upgrade our family vehicle to the new Jeep Gladiator. So off I went searching the interweb for the best deals. Seemed like all the dealerships I contacted were not willing to negotiate on price and if they were it was very minimal. They only dealerships that were willing to go below invoice were in Idaho and NC which I contemplated dealing with but then I stumbled upon a Jeep forum that said to contact Rob Trachtman from Courtesy Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram Of Orange County for the best no hassle, no pressure, best price deal. I was skeptical at first but since I had a trade in and live in SoCal it made the most sense to contact Rob & see what he could do.When I reached out to Rob he responded right away. I sent him a build sheet of the Gladiator I was looking to order. He provided me with below invoice pricing that matched the other out of state dealerships. He also gave me the best deal on my trade which was a bonus. It was a win win for me.Rob was very personable via email and answered all of my questions in a timely manner providing me with all of the information that I was requesting. He was patient & transparent throughout the entire barrage of email communications and made it easy for me. We went back and forth on a couple of builds and he provided fast communication each and every time. You can say Rob doesnt mess around and just cuts to the chase.I placed my order on 10/28. It was built and delivered to the dealership on 12/16 which was exactly 7 weeks. Due to household stuff, I couldnt actually take delivery of my Gladiator until 12/30 where I got to meet the legend himself. Again, great guy, easy to talk to and just very sincere. You rock, Rob. Rob handled all the paperwork including the financing portion as the dealership was pretty busy so it was nice having him take care of everything. The longest portion of the entire deal was getting my bank on the line as I brought my own financing. The entire process took less time than Ive ever experienced elsewhere.This is how every car purchase/lease experience should be like. Rob & Courtesy CJDR made the car buying experience thoroughly enjoyable and personal. A Big Thanks to Rob for making my car purchase as seamless as possible.
