I couldnt be more happy with my car buying experience! Tatiana and the whole entire team were very easy to deal with. They were very polite and put the customer first the entire time! I am a long time dodge driver and the experience I received at coastline was far superior than the previous dealerships! I suggest going to this dealership when looking for your new vehicle.

Best part of this purchase was meeting Tatiana in person. Beautiful young lady, striking personality. She showed great professionalism in trying to accommodate me. I am very stern on the price I will pay for a vehicle. So usually I already know what vehicle and the price before stepping onto the dealership. I always have my own finances done as well. This was also the case here all we had to do was agree on a price and I would drive down from the Inland Empire and an purchase the truck “2020 Ram 1500 Larmine Longhorn.” Tatiana was great with keeping in touch with me throughout the week because of my work schedule I was available only on the weekend. In the end she turn me over to Rick to help seal the deal. I love this truck,it’ everything and some in a truck. I am very happy with the finally outcome. Thumbs up all around for Tatiana on a superb job.

Tatiana was great to work with in the purchase of my new Gladiator. I never felt pressure but instead felt a sense of honesty with pricing and with all my questions. This has not been my experience in years past and multiple vehicles purchased. Tatiana, the head sales manager, and even the final paper signing session, was a breath of fresh air. I Purchased a used Ford Explorer here. It was a seamless transaction. A very good buying experience. Im always on guard when visiting a car dealership, however it wasnt necessary this time. No games, no 4 square worksheet, just straight shooters. They even delivered the vehicle after they serviced and washed the vehicle. Thank you Rick and Tatiana!

Terrible dealership. Over 7 hours to purchase a car and all they can say is they were extremely busy. There were only 2 other people on the lot. I purchased a 2020 Jeep Grand Cherokee and after leaving the lot the trailer hitch cover fell off less than 5 miles from the dealership. Called the dealership, the sales person was very apologetic and said they would replace it, send it right out. After 2 months and many phone calls and texts I finally received a damaged and WRONG part. After more calls and texts, the sale person said that a right model replacement would be sent. That was more than 2 months ago and I still have not received the replacement part. No one will answer phone calls or texts. Ive left numerous messages, but still no return calls, texts and no part.

The BEST parts of this dealership are its employees. I have been working with Rob for over 15 years and have purchased more cars than I can count from him. He is a consummate professional and I always feel like I can trust him to help me make the right decisions. In all these years, he has never steered me in the wrong direction. I have referred him to many of my friends and they have been equally impressed. Rob recommended Sarah in the service department and she has always proven to be a conscientious and resourceful advisor. She has effectively problem solved a few tricky situations for me and Ive always been grateful for her assistance. I am a very loyal client and will follow these two wonderful people wherever they go.

BEWARE: Very misleading dealership. The type of car salesmen you see on TV and in the movies. They wasted 5 hours of my time leading me to believe the car was $300 a month, I filled out all the paperwork and at the end they told me it was we $600. The manager gave me a half hearted apology and said sorry for the misunderstanding after I had spent 5 hours there. I feel extremely misled and upset that I spent so much time there just to be lied to. I wish I could give a 0 or a negative score because it was hands down the worst customer service I have ever seen in my entire life.
