If youre thinking about switching to Boost be warned, you are bound for one year. They advertise as a month-to-month service, but your phone is locked for a year. That means, if you decide to switch carriers, you will be unable to do so. I switched to Boost about 5 months ago. I bought a brand new sprint phone, cash, to activate on Boost. Activation went smooth and things were rolling. After some time we were unable to make calls, receive calls, or text from our home. Turns out the network is poor in Mission Viejo and surrounding areas. Eventually the network stopped responding altogether with one of the phones on the plan. We were forced to go to another provider. We switched to T-Mobile after finding out our phones were compatible. T-mobile sent us the chip to insert into our phones that would activate it on the T-Mobile network. However, because Boost locked our phones we are unable to switch providers. Mind you, I have already paid for T-Mobile service. Now we have no phones to use and told me I have to wait a year to get unlocked. This is a terrible company with even worse coverage. Youve been warned.

Customer Service at both locations is terrible. The young people that work there are not very knowledgeable. Also, they care more about interacting with each other and give more attention to their personal cell phones than to the customer. I went thereto buy my daughter and I an iphone and the girl that was helping us acted like she could care less if we bought a phone from them or not. I asked her do you even care if we buy a phone from you? She said no, so I walked out. Also, when we walked in, there was an employee in the back of the store waving a lot of $20 bills around and laughing. Very unprofessional and I hope the owner of the store sees this post.

Complete garbage bought a s8 from them for $700 and it wasnt even brand new the girl that set it up took it out if the box abd it was completly dead and the wrap that goes over the screen was put on the screen horribly bechase they had taken it off they must have taken it out and used the device for a awhile if the plasic over the screen was that big of a distraction not to mention right under the headphone jack their was a small mark i noticed this as soon as i got in my car after getting the phone but decided to just get out of their i shouldnt have i should have returned it becuase a couple hours later i look at the Receipt they have by far the worst return policy every it states all sales are final exchanges only within 7 days of purchase or 60 MINUTES of use really 60 mins!!! Ridiculous stay away from this place !!!
