My Glaxy phone screen was broken. I googled few location near me and this store had very high reviews and very little wait time. I was greeted by Adam the owner. Super nice and friendly. He took a look at my phone and gave the great news that it was my screen protector that was broken and he removed it to show me. What a relief!🙏he ordered me a new one for $15.00 where else where is over $40.00 . Best news of my day. THANK YOU

This guy is GREAT. Bummer that I dropped my iPhone on a gravelly parking lot. But I said to myself, as I picked it up and registered the shattered glass, Well, at least I get to visit my friend, the Cell Phone Expert so he can fix my phone for a reasonable price!

Super quick, super easy. Adan was really nice and fixed my screen in 10 minutes. It was pretty smashed and I thought I would need to replace my entire phone but he fixed it up really quickly and for a reasonable price.

My Galaxy S8 battery started swelling and this shop replaced it in about 15 minutes. The fingerprint sensor wasnt reconnected properly and I didnt notice right away, but I went back the same day and he fixed it immediately at no extra cost. All in all, quick and hassle free service. Just make sure you test that everything is working properly before leaving the store :)

If I could give this place zero stars, I would. DO NOT GO HERE. I can’t express this enough! Th species are cheap because he uses the cheapest china screens that he can get. Not only this, but he can’t even do it properly! The screen is not as sensitive to touch as it should be, I can barely get a proper text sent out. My lock button and home button are now very sticky and this only happened immediately after he “fixed” my scree. No refunds at all. Shut this place down.

Had my phone fixed with no problems brought my wifes phone down to be fixed. Now has no audio/ringtone. When I tried to call and schedule a time to come down, getting no response. Seems like office hours dont matter.

My phone isnt very common at all, so when i came here i was suprised they offered to order the parts and fix my phone if i returned in a couple of days. Now, every single time i call, they say let me check and ill call you back in a couple of minutes but never call back. Ive visited them multiple times (during their hours of operation) and nobody has ever been here. This is my fifth time visiting the store in person, and a month and a half later my phone is yet to be fixed. I highly do not reccomend this place if you are looking for a phone repair shop with any kind of professionality.
