Chris B was very helpful. Finally was able to get my cellular service turned on my Apple Watch series six. Tech support over the phone was no help for three days for a total of 6 hours wasted. After a short wait time to wait for Chris he was able to fix the cellular service for a total of one hour including wait time. Thank you Chris.

The place looks like someone set-it up straight out of their bedroom. The phones just got labels behind then but everythings still in disorder and poorly displayed. Its hard to shop and understand what goes with what and furthermore how to understand the basics of a phone, like how much storage space it has...

Lewis and Chris are the best! They are so helpful and professional. I was having a lot of trouble moving over from AT&T to Verizon over the phone and after about 2 weeks of talking to the tech team, port team, fraud team, customer service etc etc etc. at both AT&T and Verizon, I finally went into the store as my last chance to get switched over. Lewis was able to troubleshoot right away and got me all set up. I called with some questions the next day and Chris answered. He remembered me from working with Lewis the day before (I was there about 2 hours) and was so kind and helpful. 100% recommend going to see these guys for help! Theyre great.

The representative, Eric, was efficient, honest, and polite. He asked about my phone usage, and did not try to upsell me on products. He was clear with device and service explanation. Love my new service that reaches more area! Now I can make calls from the local mountains, as well.

Eric was incredible. He was very professional, knowledgeable, thorough, and kind. He kept me updated on the status of my device. I will definitely return to the SJC store and ask for Eric.The only negative part of my visit was the flashing florescent lights. They all need to be replaced at once rather than one-at-a-time. I feel like Im back in the disco era. This may sound funny, but what is not funny is when a child or an adult with a brain condition enters the SJC Verizon store, and their brain is triggered into a seizure. Please Verizon, this is a very easy, very fixable lighting task. Thank you.

I was going to write a detailed review about Chris but looking at all the great reviews he has I dont think it is needed. I will say that he helped us with an uncertain issue on a bad phone and during that time he was also able to simultaneously assist all 7 other customers that came into the store. He was able to efficiently provide customer service without making us feel neglected. Definitely will beaking this our store. Great work ethic!!

I much prefer giving a good review, but my experience with this store has been so hit and miss that I cant give more than two stars. Just some background, i have been with Verizon for somewhere around 15 hears. My issue isnt so much with Verizon as the store. Todays problem is that when I call the store no one answers, and then a recoding says the extensions mailbox is full and cant take more messages. Not so very good for a store that sells phone technology.I had a situation similar to Mr. Scullys. I bought a tablet, and somehow it came with a phone number. Seems there was some tweaking going on to get the tablet discounted. After they sold me the tablet and theee billing issues, no one knew anything about anyone, the guy that sold me the tablet was transferred, I needed to contact this and then that dept. The classic runaround trying to make me go away. Instead I contacted the California Attorney Generals Office concerning consumer fraud and billing practices. We managed to resolve the problem.While I have continued to use Verizon, when my contract was up I didnt renew or get a new phone. Like car insurance, we tend to keep what we have out of sheer inertia instead of trying a new service. Time to look around, I think.

Very unprofessional service by the store agent with a name Luis. He locked the door in front of our faces at 7pm when the store is supposed to be opened until 8pm. He took SIM cards from our phones just to put us in a difficult situation. Verizon should provide training for their stuff, and teach them how to treat customers.Lois was not knowledgeable about how to switch from one network to another, and made mistakes which made us buy a double plan. We have to come back to a different Verizon store to deal with a professional agent who knows the buisness.An empty broken bottle of sanitizer on the table was the only one available and showed the negligence of the store managenent. Lous was taking phones from different customers in his hands at the same time, no cleaning or sanitizing in between.

Proceed with caution - Went in to get the iPhone X, was told EXPLICITLY that I had to pay 200$ that day plus tax, and that the 200$ went towards the price of the phone. Confirmed this multiple times with the salesperson. Got home to find a receipt filled with 50$ charges for liquid glass protectors and bogus memberships, totaling 200$, none of which I received, requested, or was even informed about. Went back in and was told straight to my face not to worry about the charges and that there was a 200$ credit to my account. Called Verizon directly, was told theres no such credit. After 5 trips back to the store and hours of wasted time, theres now a Corporate Review to determine what was promised. Would call these people con-men, but there was no con, just blatant lies so they could get away with sticking me with 105$ of screen protectors. Will update after supposed Corporate Review.**UPDATE** Changed from 1 star to 2 as Maura at Victra support was very helpful and managed to credit me back the fraudulent charges

Approximately 3 weeks ago, I upgraded my phone at their store. During the process of the changeover I was offered a tablet at a sizable discount. When told the promotional price, I was assured that the money I paid that day would be the only charge. I asked “Will I ever have to pay another red cent for this?”Their salesman (the receipt says Misael & Juaquin) assured me “No”. Much to my chagrin, I received my phone bill. It was $50 more than the piece of paper they had me sign. They had, from the look of it billed the activation/upgrade fees to my account AND didn’t reduce my data from 3gig to 2gig as I requested. On top of that, hey also billed me $19.99 per device on the day of purchase. For the sake of fairness, I’ll chalk the additional $10 line fee for the tablet to the rush and poor communication.Long and short of it, Verizon’s 800 help desk said the best course was for me to return the tablet to the store. They put a note that the device was being returned for an immediate refund. When I got there, the store refused the return based on it being outside their 14-day return window. Had it been buyer’s remorse, I’d get that, but this was a case of gross misrepresentation on their part. It didn’t come to light until the bill came 21 days later. .……and here’s the rub: They aren’t part of Verizon. ABC Phones of North Carolina (“A Wireless”) is an indirect retailer thus not accountable to Verizon, or bound by its decisions. (Verizon’s 800 line did make things right, but not with any assistance from the storefront.)A word to the wise, make sure you handle all you big ticket items at an actual Verizon store.

Two months ago my iPhone car charger stopped working. I went into what I thought was a Verizon Store (look at the pictures of the store) and purchased a car charger for $30. It quit so I went to my local Verizon Store for a replacement but there was no record of my purchase. Verizon Wireless 4G is not a Verizon Store, it is a Verizon Retailer. The charger they sold me was not Verizon it was a Puregear and only had a 14 day warranty! The $30 Verizon Charger has a 1 year warranty.

I just left the store before I could be served as I was waiting I witnessed the staff sitting at table with customers not wearing mask, less than 2 feet apart and both workers were talking to customers with their masks only covering their chins... and continualing touching their faces and then the customer devices.. I was the only one wearing a mask as Im high risk.. So I left.

A big shout out to JOAQUIN SANCHEZ for being so helpful and kind when it came to bringing me into the 21st century and finding me my first smart phone ever! I was clueless about which phone to get, which plan to put it on, which case would suit my clumsiness best, etc. and had a million questions for him but he was incredibly patient with me and cracked some pretty funny jokes along the way to make the experience a really fun one. Misael, the Store Manger, was completely unprofessional. I spoke with him in person early in the week and we set up a time for me to come back to the store on the weekend and purchase some phones and activate the service. After a few days I had some additional questions and called Verizons Customer Service. They, in turn, sent me to Sales and I ended up getting the phones/service through them. As a courtesy to Misael, I called to let him know I already got the phones and I was taken care of. To my surprise, he blew up and was upset. He said, After all I did for you? How could you go somewhere else? This is how I feed my kids. Why did you even bother calling? The call ended after that. Hello? You asked me to call and let you know if I wasnt going to make the appointment. Sorry, Misael, dont take it personal and since you clearly did. Its probably time to find a different hustle.
