Worse experience Ive ever had at any retail store I waited about 45 minutes or even more before I decide to walk out nobody!!!!! acknowledge me at all there was 3 regular Sales Rep and a Store Manager or Supervisor yet Not even A Hello!!!! Or We will be with you soon NOTHING!!!! I have been a Sprint Customer for 15 years and I decided to change and give my hard working money to another Carrier!!!!! Great service friendly employees good job staff

After talking to sprint IT for two hours they told me I needed a sim car for my Samsung. I went to Speint in San Juan Capistrano and Eddie Ginoba assisted me and within two minutes he resolve my problem. No sim card needed. Eddie was professional, attentive and had a great demeanor. I thank you Eddie, you are the best.

I went to this store to get helped, I was told that it would be just a minute till I was helped. However, it was another 45 mins till I just left and came back at another time. This store needs more staff that are more knowledgeable.
