I had such an awful experience at a different location that I was rescued by Kevin and Elvis who fixed the issues with my brand new phone from a different Metro PCS location. They transferred my data my apps my photos and made me feel way better than I did prior to walking in! Thank you guys!!!🌝👍

Dont expect much care or help from this location. I recently purchased my worst phone in a long time. I have had this service for over five years. They were much more helpful in the past years ! I will consider: Cricket Wireless, Consumer Cellular and others next time I need a phone.

The store manager illegally added insurance to my account. I am in talks with T-Mobile / MetroPCS corporate to resolve this matter. Dont trust this store! They lie to line their pockets!!!

Went there with some questions I thought were tough and Eunice handled them easily. I went back the next day and signed up, bringing several phones all on different accounts and it couldnt have gone any more smoothly. They were quick and friendly. I am very pleased.

Love the selection. Honestly corporate stores have all models, specials, promotions and everything is right there in stock. Also the managers have been there for a while so they always know a lot and that helps. Been going here for 8 years and have never been disappointed

Exceptional value. Today was the only time Ive ever been there myself in person but one thing which I am fairly certain I will likely remember for a long time is that I got a hell of a good deal, despite all of the various despite all the various things that Ive heard about Metro over the past several years. Basically, $50 and about 20 minutes of my time let me walk out with a Fairley high quality, brand new LG Android smartphone and will also pay for the next month of service. I ended up signing up for a plan which is $30 a month for unlimited talk and text, and also two gigs of data.

Special shout-out for Adabelle. She has helped me over and over; always pleasant, patient and knowledgeable. She even helped me introduce my friend to the joys of a smart phone and unlimited data for modest Metro pcs prices. She is a good teacher! Great service!

Only selected one star because i cant leave a comment without it. Managment is an absolute joke, ive never heard from anyone what i heard from him, and Ive never said it either. Im locking the doors now, Security says they need to be locked. Come back tomorrow. To which i replied Ive been here waiting for 15 minutes I didnt just drive here for nothing. To which he said Yeah, so Im locking the doors. I have things to do. bye. Keep in mind they close at 6:00pm, and this happened at 5:59pm after spending 15 minutes calling customer service back for the 3rd time today regarding a free replacemnt sim card.The lesson here is, why pay him to do a job he onviously cant do? At no point was a phone number even requested. Just a No we dont give away sim cards (chuckling) theyre $10 bucks, thats how much they cost. Which was incorrect, upon verification of the notes on the account, i requested the sim card be given to me and id place it in the device at home after it had been wiped and reset. His response We need the imei and to activate it, im not giving you a sim card.Bad customer service infuriates me, a customer is coming to a location for help. If hes so inept to provide customer service then customer service should not be his profession. Perhaps a CA DMV employee is more suited to his ideology.

I went to this store to change boost mobile, at first the person who attended me told me that to change with them I was going to pay $ 130 for my monthly fee for two lines ... Plus the tax on the phones and the activation, because the They were going to give me phones for free ...
