I took my laptop in for a screw issue and possible hard-drive issues. They went through and provided me with information about what needed to be done and an estimate as to how long. I am grateful that they got everything taken care of within a swift and professional manner. 11/10, they went above and beyond the call of duty!!

I have been going to this guy, since he opened in this location approximately 8yrs or so. I lived in Alton, now live in Florida and when I come back home...I take my laptop, ps4 and anything that he can fix back to him. He is honest and his prices are reasonable.

One day I had decided to clean my PS4 Pro because I has slightly cleaned it once in the 4 or 5 years Ive had it.So then i DecideBut then I finally got a hold of this guy from computer ZoneAndd I would take it apart to clean it brtrthe motherboard the fan But I accidentally ripped off the power supply cord off the motherboard Then I started calling a bunch of console repair stores and they all told me that if basically was trashed that it was unfixableBut then I finally got ahold of the People from computer ZoneAnd they told me it would be really hard but it was possible but thatIt was going to be expensive . But honestly 150 is much better than paying 400+ taxes for a new one

Great customer service!! He fixed my sons laptop, and he explained to me what was wrong with it and it was ready the next day. Weeks later my computer messed up (bad hard drive) he fixed it less than 2 hours. Very happy with the services. Highly recommend! Thank you again!!

Took my external hard drive for a power issue. About three months later no status on the part ordered. Requested for return on Saturday, could not return it since he had it at his house not at the shop. He agreed to meet me to return it back and no call. Have not recieve my hard drive as of yet.Response from the owner an hour agoYou did receive your hard drive and I didnt charge you for fixing that it didnt turn on at all.The other parts we couldnt get them so that why you got a full refund.So your power issue was fix and you didnt get charged for it.Did you forgot to put that on your review? Hopefully we can give you a better service if you come again.ThanksFirst of all, you have a repair shop. Why did you take my hard drive home and have it there that whole time? Can you guarantee me that none of my files were copy at your home. I do recall you said you got it to work. Do I need to contact the authorities to investigate that? Do I need to worry about dealing with identity theft since I had important documents of me and my family in there? Two, when you gave the hard drive back, it was all taken apart. Thats not the way I gave it to you. Plus, the issue was not fixed. I took it to Best Buy and they will have it fixed in 5-7 days. Not 3 months. And last but not least, I have the receipt for the for charge of service. Total charge was $150. I paid $160 in cash cause I did not have change. You did not have change so you put on the receipt I owe him $10. You returned me $130. Charging me $20 for service. What happen to the $10 that you owed me from before. Thats not a full refund. I am not the type of customer that complains about service but in this case you did not have the common courtesy to contact your customer to provide an update. Nor did you try ordering the part from a different supplier. There are alot of things that you could of done to avoid a situation like this but you did not. Please reply to my response.

Took 2 weeks to “fix” my laptop after many calls for an update I went to pick it up this morning. Still calls me the annoying one (latosa) after picking it up. Do not go there.
