Purchased a refrigerator on 9/27, exactly one week later on 10/4 the fridge stopped working. We contacted ABC for a replacement was were told once plugged in we cannot return and to contact the manufacturer. The manufacturer has been impossible to get ahold of. We called ABC again and were able to speak with a manger who gave us the contact info to have it fixed, but by the time they got to us it began working again. It stopped working again yesterday, two weeks after purchase and now after calling the number they gave us several times yesterday, finally got back with us, and they cannot get it fixed for over two more weeks. Our food has gone bad twice now which has been a huge inconvenience, and waste of time and money, now we either have to buy another new refrigerator or at least a mini fridge to keep our food cold until we can get this one fixed.

Bought a fridge here and wish I could receive a refund. Fridge came with dents and the logo was falling off. They claim it wasnt refurbished and now the fridge isnt spewing cool air. Have to go through a bunch of different numbers and trouble to get the manufacturer warranty to get someone to come fix it. Id rather just buy a new one and save the trouble. Most frustrating experience Ive had and I wont buy anything from here ever again.

Terrible delivery. Tried asking questions about the hookup of the dryer and it apparently confused them so they didnt hook up my dryer cord to the dryer or leave me a dryer vent. then they left all the boxes in front of my neighbors house. terrible customer service.

Yikes, I know that I may have had my days as a delinquent but seriously I felt less restricted last time I was in jail. Oh, and only reason they got two stars was because they had a pair of Klipsch speakers and it was nostalgic.

They have a good salesman Bryant. The delivery on the other hand was pathetic...I was told that my washer and dryer would be hooked up upon arrival. They did no such thing, very disappointed.

They had exactly what I needed at a good price and IN STOCK! The other stores told me 10 days to 2 weeks. I SHOULD HAVE COME HERE FIRST

Im completely torn on writing this review, normally I can lay it out there like it is. The staff here wont wear mask, except for the man working with us. Bryant, Im a very conservative buyer and when it comes to furniture or electronics I take my time. I made 5 visits before I made my purchase, Bryant was patient the entire time.

They have a great selection and prices arent that bad.

Rich has always been great. He has awesome attitude everytime we come here. I would recommend anyone looking for appliances or furniture to come up to ABC warehouse and ask for Rich.

Wife and I stopped at ABC Nov 2nd..Its hard to believe that some people still dont wear masks this day and age, let alone someone who deals with customers, closely. The salesman who waited on us wasnt wearing one. And he definitely wasnt keeping his distance either.I didnt notice till my wife pointed to her mask. We left abruptly after that.

We ordered a refrigerator on July 4, 2020. Mike the salesman told us we should expect delivery within 3-4 weeks...Fast forward to today.. after multiple phone calls and information (misinformation) given over these months (it is now almost November 2020) and other employees thrown under the bus by the store manager(Rich) for what they told me- I still have no refrigerator - yet I have been making monthly payments since August 2020!! They blame it on the “pandemic”- that excuse worked for about a month. Never again will I special order from these jokers!! I feel that they should refund me my payments made!! Not sure if their corporate managers see this - but if they do - we have no good words to say about how the Sandusky store handles their customer service .

Good prices and products. Bought 3 products from them. Unfortunately, when they delivered a refrigerator, they didn’t assist with moving it into the kitchen. However, the manager gave me a number to call to do the moving and setup.

Lots of friendly help in store. Didnt have the model I wanted originally, but were able to lower the price on a better model.

Normally, I have had very good experiences at the ABC Warehouse location in Sandusky, Ohio. However, after my experience last night with them, I will never buy anything from that store ever again! The salesman that I dealt with was just plain weird and bizarre. That was the first bad experience. We bought a mattress set, but during the checkout process, we signed up on the lease program and thats when everything went awry. I dont know what the salesman did during the process on the computer, but the leasing company took money out of my checking account and ABC Warehouse had no record of a transaction on there end in their computers, and therefore could not deliver the products. I understand computer glitches happen, but what bothered me the most about it, is just before I left the store, they offered no apologies and no regrets over what had happened. The only thing I got was the salesman trying to defend himself. They said they would take care of it the next day, indeed they did call the leasing company but they acted like they were bothered buy me wanting to have the situation resolved and still no apologies or regrets. However, on the other hand, the leasing company apologized more than two times over what had happened and it wasnt their fault. The management did not seem to care when the problem was going on at the store and I felt virtually ignored and taken for granted. What an utter lack of care and customer service on their part! I instead went a couple doors down and bought a mattress set from Cranes Mattress and got a better deal and lower payments, and the salesman was awesome!

My experience with Billy was very good. Bought a washer. When it was delivered the first time I used it nothing but hot water came out. Had it set on cold. Even the rinse cycle was hot. Called customer service and he said he could not come out for a week and a half. Called Billy asked if we could swap it out? She said yes. Then asked if we could upgrade to another model? Again she said yes. Went back in to do the paperwork and decided to buy the matching dryer. Very happy with the price and Billy. Would recommend them to anyone.

Purchased a new stove and refrigerator for our new home a few months ago. Josh was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. He helped us get the items delivered the very next morning with no problems. We returned just this past week to purchase a new dryer and had the pleasure of dealing with Josh again. He helped us find a great deal on a new dryer. We will definitely come back again and request Josh. He is truly a pleasure to work with.

The whole entire staff is amazing! Rich and billy were fantastic to work with. The whole entire process was super smooth. Got my new bed delivered a day early due to cancellations. All around great! To top it off the whole store staff is super great, had a few bumps in the road from tempo financings end but they were able to sort it all out and get me out the door. 10/10 would recommend.. also you should try those massage chairs while your waiting.. they are amazing!

We always have a great experience at ABC Warehouse. We have bought our washer, dryer, TV, refrigerator, and even our couch from there. The store is always clean and organized, and the prices are great. We are always greeted as soon as we walk in the door. Sal is the salesman that always helps us with our purchases. Sal is very knowledgeable about the merchandise we have bought, and is always friendly and professional.

I must say this place is by far one of the most reasonable places Ive been to regarding their price, knowledge, and overall customer service. The employee Jonah helped us pick out a appliance trio for the kitchen and I couldnt believe how knowledgeable he was when it came to the brands. I am so happy I told my husband about this place as we will definitely be back for any future purchases.

This was my first experience here. I do not normally enjoy sales associates but this experience was pretty good. At least they knew what they was talking about. I got a new washer and it was available for pickup only 2 days later. The reason why I got it from ABC was because of the confidence in their availability. Other box stores did not know if the item would be available in a week.

With it easy access to 2 major crossroads, its always convenient. The prices are always the lowest. And the staff treats you like family. Even when you need a service repair call..i recommend them to everyone..customer for life

We had a great experience with Josh this week purchasing a refrigerator at the Sandusky store! We came to the store knowing what we wanted, and he helped us get a great sale price. Unfortunately, we did not take into account the that the depth of this particular fridge was too large to fit through our door. We had to return the next day to select a new style. Although we were disappointed, Josh really listened to our preferences and what features we were looking for, and gave us some nice options to select from. He went above and beyond checking pricing, providing information, and being patient while we made a decision. In the end, we settled on a higher end fridge at an amazing price, and it will be delivered in two business days. We cant wait for it to arrive! We promised Josh we would be back to see him when we needed to upgrade our washer and dryer -- after spending so much time together he treated us like family! The sales people were great. Delivery of the washer and dryer was much less the I would have guessed. I purchased both with 20.00 each charge for set up and delivery for my daughter in another city. They told her they could not connect the dryer vent hose when it was right there. I had to drive 1 hour to see why. I had to remove the door once again m move the dryer out to connect the hose all I needed was a score driver. And replace the door. Oh I forgot they told her the washer was ready to use. Much to my surprise they never turned the water on to see if it had a leak. Why the charge for delivery and SET Up if you only do it half way?

3 stars is more of a comment on the store and the prices. The people there are 5 stars. They are always helpful.

Bought a Rockford R1 12 in subwoofer spend extra money got a warranty had it for 3 Days voice coil blue and theyre telling me theres nothing they can do for me even with my warranty I have to go through Rockford so just a heads up to any future customers dont waste your money there are con artists and I will never go back there again after spending $1,300 on speakers there theyre going to f****** over for a $70 speaker good job lost more money from me

I have shopped here several times. Very friendly atmosphere. Billie and Rich always are a huge help not to mention they always make sure you are taken care of! Any questions you have they will answer. I never get that service anywhere else, other places no one helps you, and cant answer questions if you can find them.

ONE STAR IS TOO HIGH!!!ABC warehouse is well known for selling appliances that will breakdown within the first few months. you try to get your money back or a replacement product after you have been sold a lemon they are particularly unhelpful, saying things like “it is what it is.” I will never purchase anything from this terrible store ever again.AVOID THIS STORE UNLESS YOU WANT A HEADACHE.

We recently made a purchase of over $4,000.00 worth of kitchen goods at ABC Warehouse Sandusky, OH. We were super impressed with everything from start to finish. We were helped by Billie Jo who was extremely up to speed with her product knowledge, options and was very, very helpful in general. We got a great deal on our goods and will undoubtedly be returning to ABC in the future. Their rivals are miles behind them in terms of value and customer service - no contest!

Out of the six employees we spoke to while in the store 2 were friendly and helpful. The rest were very rude. Sidewalks were not salted I almost fell twice. Horrid experience. Store was clean but thats all I can say was positive about the visit. I wont be returning.

Went in to get a remote starter for the daughters car, every one was very nice and helpful and all at a good price.

Absolutely the worst experience ever. After being cursed and called foul name by delivery driver manager Rich acted like it was a bother to talk to me. The only reason for the 2 stars is Billy Jo she was very apologetic and understanding. After their delivery driver stole from my tenant Rich personally drove to my business to bring a cord!

Rich Boggs is the number one guy. He was knowledgeable and professional whenever I was in the store. His staff is first class along with most of their products. Highly recommend this store.

I haven’t been in ABC Warehouse in over 5 years and I recently stopped in there to look at new tv’s and a speaker for the living room. I was extremely satisfied with the help and recommendations I received from Sal. He was very helpful when it came to information regarding my interest in tv sizes and dimensions. All managers were friendly and checked up on me throughout my visit. I’m The store was clean and easy to find what I was looking for because of the organization. I will definitely be returning to the store and would recommend their products to friends.

The crew at our Sandusky store is awesome! I needed a new cooktop and wall oven, but had a budget I had to stick to and an older home with different dimensions to have to fit. They hooked me up quite nicely with new GE appliances, and I only had a few minor issues with dimensions. I love both very much. Thank you Billie Jo and Rich! You are terrific!

I wouldnt recommend ABC Warehouse if you need something installed. They will charge you for delivery, but very likely not install your equipment correctly. I paid for my new washer and dryer to be installed on Monday. the person who installed it left out knowing that the cord wouldnt reach the outlet. we really needed the dryer on Monday, but had to wait til Tuesday for them to install it. Im not very happy that it wasnt installed correctly the first time and I definitely wouldnt go back there! We still dont have the cord that will reach the wall Outlet yet! Frankie my salesman was great, though..

My girlfriend bought a sectional from this place but they didnt have the color she wanted in stock. They told us it would be a couple weeks till they get it in. Well a month past and we called to see what was going on and they said they would find out and call back tomorrow. They didnt call back. So we called back again and they told us that the sectional was discontinued. So you waited a month and made us make a payment on their card to tell us we couldnt have the sectional. Really unprofessional.

As someone who never really leaves reviews for businesses I have never felt so inclined to leave a review. I had all but lost faith in standard customer service. I went into ABC warehouse (at this location the Sandusky Ohio) and delt with a young man named Tyler. He was beyond helpful in and out of store. He gave me and my wife his personal number and fixed our summer home problems without question! As a business owner I feel its my responsibility to appreciate amazing customer service!
