Love, love, love this store. Well stocked and can also find some great bargains in the clearance area.

It just amazes me that there is still great customer service in the World let alone in Sandusky... This store is by far one of the best in that town. I feel it is harder on retailers and their employees in this town because of all the tourists that come in with bad attitudes & trash everywhere they touch.. But here the employees (every time Ive been in there) have gone out of their way to find what I need and I even witnessed one of the girls offer to carry out a big comforter for a gentleman that was on crutches! Not part of her job! So a big kudos to her. Yes it is a big chain store but at least the employees still care about doing their jobs and not just collecting a paycheck. Thanks so much ladies for the kindness ❤

I wanted the Tfal 3 skillets on sale 20 bucks. Solon was out so Will in that store put it on hold for me in Sandusky. Picked it up 2 days later, super nice people working there, too. Very happy with my experience.

Always a pleasure looking at all the kitchen gadgets, bathroom accessories, and cleaning tools. Clean, well kept store with full shelves, friendly helpful staff, and pretty good prices on most items.The only downside is that the stores main aisle is designed in a big circle with no cut through to quickly and easily get from one side of the building to the other. 😀

Everything is easy to find, and I love the styles and variety available. I went to two different stores looking for cupboard and drawer liners, pnly to find those really ugly light brown ones. Came to Bed Bath & Beyond and right away found what I needed in a much nicer design and color. Everything is so perfectly organized, I had no trouble locating other items I was interested. Staff was very efficient and friendy. I was in and out so quick and found everything and more!

Got a nice deal on pillows

I was there to replace my food processor. There was no display model on the floor; but, a young friendly woman looked this up on a computer to make sure it had all the parts that I wanted. I was able to use their coupon and it will be delivered to me.

They dont respond to curbside when you do it online. You have to call they didnt even know I was outside. They did come out with package but was out there for awhile before I called.

Very nice store. The employees were very friendly and helpful. I need to shop here more often.

Very seldom have in stock bridal requested items. That way they can sell you something else or ding you for shipping. VERY slow customer service, never enough associates on the floor.

Not customer friendly at all. The online reservation/pick up in store should be seamless and easy. Instead it is clunky and slow. I wont be back.

I received this ad a few days ago. I went in to purchase this today 7/29/20,in Sandusky, but nobody could find the ad I had just received to confirm the price. Shelf price was $34.99, so that is what I was charged. When I got home to Put in Bay, I found my ad and yes indeed, it is advertised for $20.00!

Horrible customer service the workers are rude and disrespectful, if u dont keep receipts for every single thing you purchase they will take your things and not give you a refund or a credit or your items back so dont try and return anything, I tried to take back a couple things I purchased and had liar my receipt, they took my items and quotient give them back and quotient give me Antung for them, horrible people.
