Very clean and well kept grocery store. Came here literally just for powered sugar as our regular store never has had it in stocks when we are there... maybe its time to change grocery stores. Also, we noticed that the tellers were assisting the customers out with their groceries. Thats very nice!

Good customer service. This super market is very clean and well organized. This is an ideal place for fresh fruits and vegetables. The Bakery here is very good. Sun bank ATM is there inside this super market. The billing is pretty fast. The meat and fish section has also a good variety of products. They also sell good variety of Fruits, Vegetables and Cut fruits.

I love our local Publix! The people who work here at top notch, so service oriented and friendly! It’s a smaller store than most but everything is clean, neat, easy to find and the service is A+!

Dont let the bland outside fool you, good customer service and very clean.

This has become my go-to Publix during Sunday shopping. However, there are a couple of caveats.This is a smaller-format city-type store. Not sure why it’s different from the others in the area - and there are many - but it has the “backwards sideways” placement of the deli (rear), dairy (right) and produce (rear left). Even the bakery is out of place.

Everytime I come in here there is not that many people available to help at the sub station. The wait is always very long and it seems like the employees are not very friendly. A lot of the times I just get my food quickly bc everytime I want it done the way I like it is disappointing. Last time they served me frozen vegetables on my sub and it was just not very appetizing. Hopefully staff gets a lil training bc Id rather drive much further out of the way to get better service. Its unfortunate bc this Publix is much closer yet the service is just not up to par with the rest.

Stood at the deli for 30 mins after my pick up time & after telling multiple people working there I had ordered online for pick up at 11:40am. I finally got my order around 12:20pm. Atrocious service.

Pharmacy ladies went above and beyond the call of duty to assist me today. Thanks for the care and effort in providing needed medications.

So many good reasons to eat here. First of all, some of the biggest salads anywhere! The ingredients they use are clearly fresh and you can taste the difference.

After we looked together and couldnt find it he said he was going to keep looking. About 10 minutes later he found me clear on the other side of the store with tons of the soup! He had gone all the way to the back to find some for me. I would like to thank Cindy for her outstanding customer service. Not only did she greet me with a smile, but went out of her way to see if you had more merchandise in the back. Unlike many others, they wouldve responded with a Sorry ma am but we do not have anymore. Cindy took the extra effort to accommodate me. The Traver Ranch plums that I have bought the past few times at this Publix have had worms in them. I called Publix produce dept to tell them about it, and all they said was bring it back to get a refund. Do you folks hear what I am telling you? You need to look closely at those plums because every plum that I bought has had something in them and a few had worms. I no longer bite into them and am scared that I may have caught something from the few I did eat initially without looking closely at them. I decided to write a review based on the response that I received when I called. It’s not about a refund.. no one wants to eat plums like that.

First-world problem rant, but real talk; how are you going to forget my instacart curbside order for ten minutes, just so I have to call back, get another guy on the end who apparently forgot my name AND make of car, just so an associate (I dont blame you, you poor gal) can come out five minutes later and get my name because guy #2 FORGOT, when Im the only car in a grand total of two [count em; TWO] parking spaces?Ive used this location every other week with no issues, but today?Clean it up.

Caucasian lady at the Deli (9/26/2020 at 8:56am) was lazy to answer one question from customer. She was just slicing cheeses. She made a customer wait 20mins, just to answer one quick question. I thought Publix was all about being royal to customers.

Manager Lakeisha is rude. I am a vendor and she screamed at me and slammed her hands on the bins. Totally unprofessional. I also just moved here from MA and I live not too far. I will now be taking my business elsewhere. I’d rather drive farther for quality service and respect as a human being.

I went into this location today to get a sub and was greeted by a wonderful young woman named Mesha that made me one of the best sandwiches I have ever had. She was friendly not only to me but to her co-workers too. Mesha is an excellent ambassador to your brand!

Never before have I described the restrooms in a Publix as filthy, but there is a first time for everything. Not only that, bhe baked wings are made of grease and disappointment. This one fails, hard. I expect much better from this chain than anything this location provides.

The employees here were so helpful to me in my time of need, even the police officer they had inside! My car caught a flat and I was outside trying to fix it but had no idea what I was doing. Literally about 5 employees came out and tried to help me along with the security police they had inside. It was cold and dark out and Im just go grateful that they took the time to assist me when they didnt have to at all. God bless you guys and I hope you receive a blessing the same way you all blessed me! I will forever be grateful!!

I love this location everytime I go its always a great experience. I had my grandson with me today andhe was a little fussy and Amanda the cashier was so patient with me and helped me take everything out my basket as I was trying to calm him down. Great experience great staff highly recommend.

The deli is the worst deli in the Atlanta area. Me and another customer stood in the chicken area for 15 minutes no one even said hello. The food looked old and the area was overall dirty. I worked at Publix in vinings and I know things shouldnt be ran this way. Management needs to be trained better or let go. Makes the Publix brand look bad

One star because of the quality of Sushi. I ordered a shoreline combo and the tuna looked very dark and old and the salmon was off in color too. Didn’t look fresh at all. YUCK!! The lady who made it said that tuna is like beef, it changes color when you slice it and same with salmon. I looked at her like she was crazy. Been eating sushi for years and never seen it looked like that. Especially when I purchase from other Publix locations. I wasn’t going to take an EVEN HIGHER risk and get food poisoning! and took my business to Kroger down the street, where they have GUARANTEED fresh sushi AND with the proper color.

The cashier that was assisting me with the check out process was rude and unprofessional. Even though she had greeted me upon scanning my items she had proceeded to have a conversation with the customer behind me because they had recognized each other. When my receipt had printed out after I had paid for my merchandise she did not stop conversing with the gentleman behind me nor did give eye contact to me or anything during their conversation. Customer service is about giving the consumer in front of you service while giving them your full attention and thanking them for their patronage. Not catching up in conversation with someone who is not your customer at that exact moment and someone in front of you who deserves the same customer service as the person behind them or in front of them. I have never received such unprofessionalism from this location .

Well kept store, friendly staff. Not the biggest store, but well curated for the neighborhood . Good selection of wines and beers. Butcher dept is good. Fish and seafood a bit small.

I do most of my shopping at this Publix. I enjoy their assortment of seafood. The staff is always friendly and helpful. I think the best thing about this store is their customer service. The men and women in the seafood department do an exceptional job!

Located across the street from my job, this is my Publix location of preference and convenience. Whether its an early in the morning visit for granola and yogurt, desperate dash for lunch in the afternoon or an evening run for ingredients for dinner, I always get great service. The store is kept clean, orderly and well stocked with an amazing staff. They truly aim to please each and every customer. Since 2005, Ive never had less than exemplary service. Who can top that?!

I only found one mistake. One of the Bogos wasnt clear, so I paid full price. I also went to the bakery to get some Cuban 🍞 sliced and the lady was great. She kept saying normal or thin. I said normal. What is normal? But it was perfect. Thank you. I also saved over 77 dollars

Its right next to my school so i come here often, i love the place, everyone there is so nice and polite its unreal. My only complaint is the market/deli department. First time i wanted to try it i waited 35 mins for the attendant to serve 2 people before me. And the second time there was no line but still took 17mins to prepare a chicken finger sandwich which seemed longer than necessary. Feels longer especially if youre just waiting there watching the guy.Other than that this place is a dream.

Beware! Rotten meat!This is the store I go to for my everyday needs.They sold me rotten meat.I bought meat from them. Even checked the date on the package and everything was fine until I took it home and opened it within an hour of purchase.Its rotten, and we could smell disgusting rotten meat.We threw it away.I informed the matter to Jason the manager at the store. He wasn’t even apologetic. He looked elsewhere while talking. His response to the issue was if I had the package so he could refund the money I paid for it. He said “The package might had a hole so there is a chance that it got spoilt.” I just couldn’t believe what I was hearing. The level of ignorance on safety of food is just unacceptable.I didnt even ask for credit, refund or any compensation for this.I just wanted them to take the responsibility, and ensure that the safety measures are taken so I can have some sort of assurance that they will take this matter seriously. I didn’t get any of that.All I got was a careless look, ignorance, and lack of ownership.Don’t risk your health.

Would give the deli 1 star but since this affects the whole store you get 3. Been going here almost every day for the past 3 yrs. First time ever getting a sub from the deli and will not ever again.
