Hello,I would definitely like to explain my 2 stars!BUT FIRST let me give you a quick background of my situation.. I am the girlfriend/ helper to my boyfriends business of installing A/C units. Which means we are constantly on the road and we cannot bring pre-made meals with us since there are no microwaves and also limited time for meals. When there’s an available time slot to go grab something really quickly I simply rush to one of the closest restaurants in the area.Well on 10/28/21 I decided to go to Publix for their fresh AMAZING subs, one of my favorite meals is preferably the chicken tender sub! This was my first visit to this specific Publix yet I leave with regrets and full dissatisfaction! I am only giving the extra star because I was in and out within 10 minutes, plus the customer service here is outstanding ! Great personalities from both individuals I encountered. Except when I took a bite literally after I drove to my work destination which was roughly 6 minutes not including traffic stops…. The CHICKEN was COLD & HARD! I had to throw the entire WHOLE SUB away. I thought back to my encounter and I do recall the male that made my sub grabbing the tenders from the prepared meals section right next to the deli section.. so this leads me to believe that that chicken had been out for longer than the time it should have been. This was a very discouraging experience, and from now on I might just need to ask how long the meat has been sitting there, so I don’t waste any more money.

I enjoy going to this Publix and have been for years. The staff is friendly and helpful. Todd always greets me and offers to bring groceries to my car. You can get good deals on sale. Always clean, especially the restroom. Very good at returns & giving you $ back when overcharged. Great bread, subs, & chili. All staff wear masks. Small store so you dont have to walk miles to shop. Highly recommend

I just want to say thank you to the person that prepared my my chicken tender meal for me this morning. They wrapped a roll and green beans in 2 separate pieces of plastic wrap to keep them separated from the other items.I had the very same meal 3 days ago and this was not done which I am not complaining but the role was if a roll was wet and soggy.. Now again thank you To the person who took the extra minute to prepare this meal. It may not have been much of anything to anyone else but it made a difference to me and the enjoyment of my meal.

Guess what this line is for? The famous submarine sandwich. Pick the sub, Succulent, juicy, your choice of toppings, roll it up with love, its worth the wait.

Pretty good. Location is perfect as it is near the king and queen buildings. Like most public stores this publix has a pretty good bakery. The store might not have all the selections but really good for the location. Service is occasionally bad and hence the hour stars...

The service good, the food was good but the restaurant even on the floor was cluttered.

The worst Publix Ive ever been in. The employees here do not seem to know anything about their job. Seems like a very poorly managed store. Dont waste your time coming here. Go to the Costco or Target down the road.

Went to the Deli and a lovely woman named Joan created a sandwich that was delicious. On my way out I grabbed some deli and cheese to make some wraps at home. Joan mentioned how she used eggs to make breakfast wraps and it was a nice way to start my Sunday.I’ve been going to this Publix a lot in the past 8 months and I never have an issue here. Produce and grocery items are always stocked and the staff is extremely friendly and punctual. If the staff says they will be back in one minute they keep their word. They open on time as well.

It would be great if they put a second story on the store and enlarge the parking lot.. I hear theyre going to add more stores and residences across the street from what is now State Farm. So yeah so they should do something absolutely. The store is just too small and does not have a good selection.

Just as the usual, clean and lots of variety. The bakery section was great. Staff seems to converse with each other a little too much, and neglect the customers a bit. I asked for assistance, and I felt like I was a bother, based on their body language.

Good ole publix ready made items for take away.Pub subs ready for your imagination hot or cold.Great bakery selection, beer and wine selection too.

Store was nice and clean, basic selection, not alot of variety, but you can find what you need for sure. Friendly staff, fast annd courteous checkout.

A cashier who can scan more than 3 items per minute would be nice to have here.

What can be wrong at Publix right. The store was clean and crisp everywhere. Stopped in the bakery and pickup up some whoopie pies(Never had or seen before at least in my home state). Next hit the lives deli for some fresh wiches ingredients. All the while observing how appealing everything was. My daughter said stop being a kid in a candy store mom😋. But when everything looks good and fresh who isnt a kid in a candy store, right. 😁

Affordable tapas that are authentic and delicious. A very solid drink menu if you intend to drink tequila, rum, beer, or wine.Live music on Fridays.Definitely get a reservation through open table if you plan on going Thurs-Sunday

Absolutely the sweetest Publix staff Ive ever met. Every single employee I passed today was so sweet and helpful. Thanks for a wonderful shopping experience.

I like this Publix a lot mainly because of its location, convenience, and excellent customer service!

Employees are super friendly. The only thing that is annoying is that items on sale are often not where the app says they are in the store.

Its as good as any other Publix. The aisles are a bit narrow, so avoid going at popular times.

Market is clean. Aisles are marked and items are easy to find. Prices are competitive with nearby stores and markets.

Convenient location with quick lines and great selection of products.

Good Publix with good features. A bit smaller than some larger stores that are in a less urban area, but this one is perfectly suited for its location.

I was not impressed with this Publix. It was very small and everything was packed in so tight. The employees were very friendly and helpful.

Let me start by saying that Publix in general is great but after 8/1/2020 I will never Patronize this particular store EVER again! I came on my lunch break to grab something quick from the deli. As I was standing in line we were almost bulldozed by a grocery cart being pushed by an older White women who yelled “you would think they were giving it away free” as she hurried by. Me being me, I laughed and asked her if she wanted to treat everyone because it was obvious she only said that because 6 out of the 7 ppl In line were Black! I proceeded to the register to check out and paid with a Twenty dollar bill which was held up to the light and marked with a counterfeit pen (front and back) before it was accepted when the gentleman before me paid with a 50 with no inspection at all. The lady im sure is just stuck in 1900 and doesn’t know that we can afford groceries now but I’ve never felt stereotyped or discriminated against by a Publix employee before!

The selection is surprisingly poor. For example, when they carry a pizza brand, they only have a few of the topping choices. I could go with the bad selection if the prices were good, but they were across the board more than at other chains. Not lots more, but always more. Well, at least it was clean.

This is a great Publix, its extremely clean, its extremely organized and the staff are full of smiles and ready to help in any way needed rather it is locating items (which they walk you to) I am slightly handicapped and three times employees offered to help lift heavier items and help to my truck.Overall it is a great place and the General Manager should be proud of his staff n

Great location and speedy check out only complaint is there are so many businesses in this shopping center that parking could be difficult.

In my humble opinion, Publix has the highest grocery prices of any southeast chain. I dont recognize that much of a higher service for the prices. Although, Their stores do tend to appear cleaner.

I work nearby at The Concourse, and popped in on the way home. To score a loaf of egg raisin bread and some Arizona energy drinks. I found the bread right away and a drink section was right across from there, but not the one I was looking for so I decided to check out. I saw this guy( I guess he was a cashier) just standing there so I asked him a question. He told me a aisle to check for the brand, but didnt find the product I was looking for so I came back to check out thinking Im going to stop at my regular store on my way home. For some reason I told him I didnt see it. Luckily there wasnt anyone behind me and he said hey lets go look for the product. We searched several aisles no luck and then he said wait here and disappeared and coming back about 3-4 minutes later saying I found it. I said wow this is great service outstanding job my friend. Saved me both time and having to drive to a second place. Thanks Sage 💓

So I have become obsessed with the chicken tender salad as you can make any sub a salad. Its absolutely delicious make sure you as for it to be divided across the bowl presentation is everything. Ill show the difference in presentation with the pictures provided

Today I encountered an unexpected, heartfelt, and selfless gesture of kindness from a Publix employee at this store that truly brought me courage, hope, and strength today. I have been going through a difficult time mentally and physically and he saw me at checkout and took the time to stop and talk to me, asked how I was doing, provided me with some guidance, wished me well and gave me probably one of the warmest hugs I’ve ever received. This smaller Publix is excellent! It is extremely clean, well organized, full services, fully stocked, and has everything! Located in the heart of Dunwoody with many upscale stores around it.

Worker let someone in right in front of me at 9:58 but told me they were closed literally 5 seconds later. I even told her all I needed was prenatal vitamins for my wife and she said “no we are closed”. Word of advice hire people that fits the Publix culture.

This review is specifically for the pharmacy. My experience has always been great. The staff is always fast and efficient!

Smallest Publix I have ever been in and because of that very little variety. Some brands are just missing.

Best place to get fresh vegetables and quality products. Very well maintained and the staff is helpful all the time.

The facility was clean and products were fresh. I do think the plaza parking should convert to one-way lane traffic with angled parking.

Its a nice Publix. My only objection is its a smaller Publix, so selection and options are limited.

The place is an average public but their deli is terribly slow. At lunch time plan on 20+ minutes to get a sandwich. Its been this way for a long time and this area just keeps growing. Ive would think they would bring in more staff to help during the 11 to 2 hours.....

This store is very clean and pleasant to shop at. The deli is bigger than most and everything is organized well. The bathroom is tucked away in the corner and not as nice as everything as the rest of it.

Love the ppl dont like dogs being allowed to sniff everything in the store unsanitary and unnecessary

Publix super markets typically are good stores to shop at. This location is a very pleasant one to be shopping. The employees are very nice and attentive. I never have to look far to find someone if I need help. The bakery here is awesome. I love the key lime pie! I Seriously recommend this Publix for its bakery.

This Publix’s pharmacy doesn’t give the best customer service to public it takes 2 hours to fill a prescription that takes 2 minutes to fill in they have 4 people working but they care about their own conversations instead of working on sick people’s prescriptions they are not friendly horrible customer service

This Publix is a little disappointing compared to the stores I am accustomed to, but it may be due to space restraints caused by their location.It seems more like a big convenience store than a full service grocery store.

Place is horrible, every time I shop for cold cuts, I wait unacceptable periods of time for service, get the wrong meats or they shave the meat into oblivion! Publix is way over priced but for this level of service, just unacceptable!
