Deli did a fabulous job of preparing a large order of sub sandwiches for a high school football team including some special order sandwiches for those with allergies. The sandwiches were ready when I arrived, were individually labeled, and kept cold. Put them in a cooler for the end of the game and the boys said the sandwiches were really fresh and tasty. Great work!

Nice publix store nestled in this corner. If you are need of a quick grocery shopping, this is the place for you. You can also get your prescriptions or your flu-shot here. The vegetables are always fresh and they have a wide variety of dairy products. The Bakery has fresh bread everyday which is fantastic.

The White and Yellow corn 🌽 on the cob is Sweet! Im going to make a Corn and Tomato salad with it, and the Dark Modelo Negra beer is good and Im using it in a Grilled Chicken Marinade. The other 11 bottles will not go to waste. 👨🏽‍🍳

This is my favorite grocery store. Always clean and normally has a sale. Produce is always fresh as well as meat seafood. Product is always in stock.

Good grocery store but higher COVID riskEncountered customers and floor associates either without masks or wearing them under their noses in nearly every aisle. Well stocked and employees are working hard as usual, but definitely assess your risk before coming here. Weve loved shopping here in the past but unfortunately cant come back now.

Literally the BEST customer service!!! A publix worker walked me to my car in the pouring rain, and that put a smile on my face and set the tone for the rest of my day. I wish I had gotten his name!! As a regular customer at this location, I always come in and am greeted and taken care of. I LOVE Publix!!

This is the worst publix Ive ever shopped. The staff isnt helpful. No one greets you and the register has a woman that doesnt want to be working. Ill be shopping at target from now on, they actually want to be at work and it shows.

The store is very well stocked with a wide variety of foods. The staff is super friendly and helpful. Every employee there smiled and said hello to me. The prices are very reasonable for the area. I was only there to pick up a few items, and everything I was looking for was easy to find.

I come to this location every Sunday. Everyone is very kind and friendly. Eric, in the meat department is the best! Always has a smile and goes above and beyond for me anytime it’s needed! Eric is awesome!

Always love Publix. This one in particular had some neat extra mile fancy displays that I really enjoyed. Got a amazing chocolate ganache cake on sale. Everyone at the bakery was very attentive and nice. Also had some amazing chicken tenders from this deli. Very clean store and unlike some other groceries the Publix brand food items are great. Definitely will be going to Publix rest of my life.

It was Publix: clean, nice staff.... rich person neighborhood though so park careful and check the prices, lol.

Ordered 3 subs online for lunch. One of them was made on the wrong bread and was missing the mustard that was requested. Another was warned up when it was requested for it not to be. I love Publix subs but the online ordering experience seems like it has some kinks to be worked out.

I use this Publix Deli, on average, probably twice per week as my lunch stop. I use the online ordering app so that when I come to pick up my sub, I dont have to wait in the line that chugs along at a slow rate. The line doesnt bother me because there is the alternative of the app. That being said, the sandwiches I order online seem to always be at least 20 minutes late from the scheduled time. I usually just arrive at least 20 minutes late and my sub is ready for me. Today however, I needed my sub when I ordered it at 11:45am and didnt receive it until 12:15pm. I watched as subs for 11am, 11:15am, 11:30am, and other 11:45am pickup times all came out (all late). I walked in with a man who waited in line and he was in and out faster than I was.I really like this Publix and just want the process to be improved. As I was watching these subs come out, a pile of them started to form. This means most people are picking up their subs late and I can understand why the deli wouldnt want to put them out on time if nobody is picking them up promptly. I just think that the subs should be ready on time, and if people wont get there on time, they can have their aged sub. On the other hand, the delay of the deli may be what is causing people to come and pick up subs late. Just some food for thought.Please just have subs ready when they are supposed to be ready, not 30 minutes after. I almost missed a meeting because of it.---I am also revising my review and will be making this a living document. Each time I order a sub, I will be creating a log establishing the date and wait time of each experience. I will also have an average wait time of all my experiences that will be updated after each instance. My rating will shift accordingly. It is a great location next to a small hill which is full of trees! The ingoing road is very steep though, so be careful. The store isnt the biggest Publix we have seen but it is nicely stocked. We love looking at the Buy 1 Get 1 items in the Publix app every week!

I really love how they help you out to the car with the groceries. Of course I can do it on my own but I hate taking the cart back. So I love this service. The deli meat counter could move a little faster. Sometimes I skip if there is a long line.

There was a gentleman by the name of Patrick working in one of the lines today. Although I did not interact directly with him, this guy embodies everything that Publix stands for. Amazing customer service and heavily interacting with customers! I encourage people to visit his line if available! Will brighten your day!

Ordered lunch for myself and coworkers and scheduled it to be picked up 1 hr after the order wad placed. The deli hadnt started preparing the order until after I arrived to pick it up. 45 minutes later my order was ready. Everything was cold and under-prepared except the mac & cheese, which tasted like it had been sitting out for a week. I havent gone back.

I never write reviews unless I have something good to say. I couldn’t believe how long I waited before giving up on any customer service. There were 4 associates in the deli department. One manager even didn’t acknowledge my existence or ask if I had been helped before helping all the customers that were in the deli department behind me. Worst service for a Publix!!!! In fact I shouldn’t even given a star because there was zero service after 20 minutes!!!!! Very disappointing.

That Eli is super nice and very helpful at the deli. He definitely made my day better after running myself ragged, running around town all day and taking care of sick kids, while my wife is in the hospital.

Great in and out location

Consistently sells products that should not be on shelves. From water that is open or leaking. To expired chips and pretzels amd more. This is by far the worst publix I have ever experienced. Every single time I go its disappointment. This may be the worst Publix in the entire Atlanta area.

I prefer this Publix! The Publix up on the hill. The store is well stocked. The bogos are easy to spot.The parking lot is normally packed.They always have a cookie ready for my daughter!

Great store and staff..but very disappointing today I came at 4:30 pm and was told by the young lady that the Rotisserie chickens would be ready at 6 pm.. and after going home and traveling back to the store was then told by the young man 7 pm.. which I now have spent more gas traveling to a third Publix for dinner.😢

Terrible customer service. Every single time. Unusual for publix - With the except of this store. HORRENDOUS service every single time. Enough to turn this very loyal Publix shopper into one that would rather drive to the local Kroger than shop here. Very disappointing

The people at this Publix are so helpful! Went there yesterday (Valentines Day) to get flowers for my bosss wife and daughters. My boss wanted a specific order of roses and colors and it was very complicated but the staff at this publix was unbelievably helpful (for the 2nd year in a row might I add). The manager even walked me out to my car to help me carry the flowers.

I love this publix except for the deli department. Ive worked at many Publix locations before and there is something so unique about the Publix customer service we take pride in giving our customers. While it has been awhile since I have retired my green polo from Publix staff, I still am thrilled to see many young bright faces in my local Publixs, following the very promising future Publix gave me. However, there is one young woman that is often at the deli department who wont speak to you, wont greet you or even offer her assistance to you. She genuinely doesnt seem to want to communicate at all. It has led me astray from purchasing fresh items if I see her behind the counter. Every one else is very delightful. This is a reoccurring issue that led me to leave a unpleasant review. I look forward to visiting again weekly like I do.

I called in over $500 work of food for a company meeting. I was happy to see that I could get my order as early as 7:15am since my company meeting started at 8:30am and I was the primary presented so I had to be on-time. I ordered from the deli, fresh fruit and bakery departments. The only department that was ready by 7:30am was the bakery. The Fresh fruit department informed me that they never reviewed my order because somehow I submitted it incorrectly however I did receive a confirmation from their department via e-mail. And while the staff was very nice the deli department didnt even start my order until 7:30am. I ended up being late for my company meeting and spent over 30 minutes waiting for my pre-order. The location works for me but the service I received from 2 of the 3 departments was disappointing.

Never had a problem but today there was noone in line at the hott counter in the deli department but me, no associate helped me within five minutes of standing there in plain visible sight so I went elsewhere for lunch.

The deli was very busy today, but Chad and Rashida made my visit very enjoyable and even made recommendations for my meal! Who knew that I could get soup instead of chips for the combo?! I ordered the Boars Head Jerk Turkey sub and took home some of the White Cheddar and Aged Broccoli soup!

The staff is always helpful and courteous and will help you find anything you need, take you right to the product. In my opinion Publix is perhaps the best in the southeast.

Great store with one exception. The produce department always has empty shelves. I head over during my lunch to buy broccoli and the shelves are empty. If I can find a produce guy I ask them to check in back for more. They always have it. Finding a produce guy isnt always easy and I dont have a lot of time to burn. If the store manager reads this he should ask the produce guy why he has so much trouble keeping his shelves filled. I can think of 3 visits in the last two months where I had to go elsewhere because the produce aisle is bare. I can think of 3 more times in the past few months where I would have visited but figured why bother Ill have to go someplace else anyway.

The Deli Online ordering option shouldnt even be an option, its never done on time..Then theyre always out of ingredients! Its a shame this location cant get it right.

I frequent this location and love it. I have never shopped here and not been greeted by multiple employees, been asked if I need any assistance or seen a mess or disorderly products on display.

Subs made with love; always. Line is a tad bit slow but not a deal breaker given the end result.

Stopped in to buy lottery tickets. I am amazed at how aloof people in service positions can be. Lets all have fun.

Consistently the slowest, most unorganized deli/bakery department of any Publix I visit. Very disappointing. Deli manager, Shemika, has no clue how to manage people and service the department. Always a line waiting for hit food/subs and always one person helping and everyone else standing around.
