This Publix at the intersection of trowbridge road and Roswell road is pretty good. Not a very big Publix store but it has everything. There is a USPS post office in this same complex so that’s convenient too. But the folks working here sometimes have an attitude so you are forewarned!!!

Spoiled lunch meat again … how do you not smell it while you are slicing it ?I received $6 back for the cost of the meat, and $5 for the inconvenience and possible cross contamination exposure… not the mention the lady who sliced it also touched my cheese … and the person at the check out bagged the things I got in 3 bags as it was a small order… guess cross contamination is not a concern here

BEST STORE EXPERIENCE OF ALL TIME! Literally 10/10, got my first chicken tendy pub sub there. Great conversation with all the staff there. Publix store 646 should literally be a tourist attraction. This trip was a lit crazy movie. Got a Publix pin too.

Good grocery store. Clean and well-managed with fresh produce. Raw meats and steaks are not as good, but bakery, produce, and deli are excellent.

Usually pretty well stocked. The staff is very nice. They are somtimes understaffed at the registers which can leave long lines and make checking out really frustrating.

Quaint little store didnt have much issue other than a smaller selection chin did enjoy talking with the gentleman at seafood named Shawn gave me interesting iyeah give me interesting ideas for some of the fish they had on the sale

Spacious supermarket. Very clean and well maintained. Courteous staff. They have a pharmacy. This place has good parking space. The chicken Fry and potato wedges prepared here are very good. They also prepare varieties of cakes. The billing process here is very good. The fruits section is also very good. They have very good varieties of products. Publix branded products are priced at a very reasonable price.

I love Publix and have been a loyal customer for years, but this location unfortunately has the worst service in the Bakery and Deli. Unfriendly and unprofessional staff. Im shocked that Publix has lowered their standards, but I guess good help is hard to find during these Covid times.

I have been shopping at Publix trowbridge for a number of years and it keeps going downhill. Got a flu shot today that I was told would be $30 and I’m the very rude pharmacist insisted it is $52. The shelves were woefully under stocked and the cashier was so mean to her bagger. Will not be going back. Wish I could do zero stars.

They dont always hit the mark but yesterday they did. Customer service sometimes has some less than enthusiastic employees at the front. I personally dont like listening to them talk poorly about other customers In front of other customers, which has not been an isolated incident.....But yesterday the associate up front was extra friendly. There is one associate in particular who is ALWAYS welcoming. I unfortunately dont remember her name, its a bit difficult to spell I think she goes by Sarah but I will update it with the correct info when I go back.

I had a great experience! I only had 3 items. I was in line with 2 customers in front of me. The manager on duty must have noticed the lines getting long and in the blink of an eye, every lane was open and no one was waiting. Awesome customer service!

Yousouf (forgive me if I spelled it incorrectly) made me a salad and he was very sweet and patient. Rosa did not wipe off the knife when cutting chicken between people. I wish publix had more vegan options in the deli section.

Whats the point of ordering subs online ahead of time and getting a specific pick up time if they arent going to be made until a half an hour after the pick up time? I get it that its a busy time but include that in the time calculation so Im not wasting my entire lunch waiting for food. Pickup was told be 40 minutes from order time, actual time when the order was finished was 1 hour and 20 minutes from order time. If the order isnt going to be started until after you arrive and ask about it then what the hell is the point of ordering in advance?

Not the biggest of Publix I have been to but this is one of their best locations. Very friendly staff. Always stacked up. Fruits and vegetables are mostly fresh. Excellent bakery. Good collection of wine and beer. Their produce are mostly fresh as well. Overall, this is a highly recommended place.

I always like coming here, the service is fast and customer service is always on pointe. But I will have to say, my last visit I was not very pleased. The bakery lady, not sure if she was new or not but I had ordered a cupcake with frosting on it and she could not close it. She tried for atleast 10 mins and had the nerve to ask me will I take it with a printed sticky thing on the front to keep it from opening, I told her no. Not only did she get an attitude with me but how can you try to serve a cupcake to a customer to where the case wont close. Im sorry but thats not good presentation by Publix bakery what so ever! The manager Im guessing came over and was able to close it but the presentation of the cupcake was destroyed. Not impressed at all.

I’m giving this review specifically for the Pharmacy & InstaCart @ Trowbridge Crossing. There are several Publix down Roswell Rd, it’s confusing on Google.William is a lifesaver. He’s very professional, patient & thorough. I have a recent diagnosis of an eye condition. I called around to Walgreen’s, CVS & Publix. Everyone had one Rx or the other, not both. I’ve been in so much pain, can barely open my right eye & must wear shades. William tracked down my Rx @ another location in Abernathy Square. Returned my calls. Very accommodating. Plus, they honor the GoodRx coupon to bring it under $50/per item. Thank God!Also, we ordered food via Instacart, Sal brought out our two bags. Very friendly. All items present. Only issue is the dairy free yogurt they couldn’t find in the large size, they gave us a small cup. We could’ve done without that. Lol 😂

I love my Publix, and it is MY STORE. However, the past 3 times I have been there, an employee named “Mike” has not been wearing his mask correctly. It is always below his nose, which is, as you know, the main place of transmission of Covid. I have spoken to him about it once, and asked another employee to speak to him last week, which she did. Today he was there again with his nose uncovered. I went to the customer service desk, but no one was there. I am 71 years old, and in panic about getting the Covid virus. If Mike must work there, please let him work in the back where he won’t be endangering customers. Than you. Ellen Howe

Unfortunately I just had the worst experience at this deli, the hot food is always in point, but this review is for the deli, I ordered a half chicken tender salad and Virginia fixed my salad, she didnt listen to any of my request, she did a horrible job of fixing my salad, she even decided to ring my salad up for $8.99, her attitude was horrible as well, Ive been getting this sale for over 10 years, and this lady tells me what I can have and cant..no maam!! So of course I left the salad there and drove to the next Publix.

I can trust that the facility is clean. All workers always have on mask. When ordering my sub, the employee switched gloves when handling each persons order, so did the employee fulfilling the Internet orders. I was disappointed in the looooong wait but it was due to the care they took with each order.

Worst Publix ever! I have hardly ever had a good experience with this Publix especially with the deli. I’ve seen them use a knife to spread Mayo on a sandwich and then turn around and use that same knife to cut another sandwich and yes there were Mayo remains in the sandwich this is a cross contamination issue!!Also god forbid they don’t have anything to make your sandwich with because they won’t even call you to let you know hey we’re just not going to make your sandwich and so now I’m late for work. Check out line I usually have problems with as well.

Always a nice place to shop. Everyone is friendly and will help when you cant reach something. I feel better they have a security guard or police officer there. I would definitely pay more to have that. Keep up the great work.

This is my favorite Publix location, it truly is a pleasure to shop here. Their rotisserie chicken is amazing, their sandwiches are great, great variety of produce, high quality products, the store is always clean and organized.

I always have a wonderful experience while shopping here as all the employees are always nice and willing to help. Today I had the best customer service from the bread department. I was needing some ciabatta rolls and was unable to locate any on the shelf. The guy tending the bread department immediately noticed I was looking and needed something. After hearing my request of ciabatta he immediately began working on baking some for me and gave me an empty bag with price so I could go pay for my groceries and then head back to get the bread once it was ready. He went above and beyond today and I just wanted to say thanks!

Exceptional customer support; without asking for assistance, a woman who had walked past me, turned around and asked if she could help me find what I was looking for. After showing her pictures (on my phone) of 3-cereals, Aiesha helped find 2 immediately. When I mentioned these were for a gentleman Im cooking for whos been ill, she immediately went to go find her phone to look up the 3rd item. As we were about to part our ways, I asked her how was it she turned around to help me; she said, she felt my angst and couldnt continue walking away. During these times of unrest & social divide, I feel blessed to have encountered Aieshas genuine compassion; she felt a need, responded in kind and went out of her way three times! You see, when she saw me pushing the (full) cart outside, she discreetly came up from behind and asked again as she saw me exhaustively trying to open the trunk and got it open for me; without knowing she was there or being asked. Aiesha is an asset to the Publix Brand and the community! An experience this senior is humbly grateful to have had 🙏Kudos to the human resource manager 👏

The deli department is a nightmare, the associate are disrespectful with the customer, they are always talking to each other (I support the team work) but when the customer is standing for 5 minutes or more just waiting for being attended is very uncomfortable, also they make you gestures with their faces. I think you should reevaluate the customer service in that department, please do something, because this is a reason to stop going to the store, On the other hand, the store is excellent, the cashiers are the best and the other departments are so cordial and helpful. Thank you

There’s three Publix near me but I will always come to this location. The first reason why is because they always have stuff that I need in stock (unlike the other two locations). Another reason is because the workers are so polite and respectful. They will walk me to something I am looking for specific if I can’t find it. The workers in the deli are so friendly. They always be apologetic when there’s a long line. Lastly, when it’s raining and I forgot my umbrella, they will walk me out with one!! Best customer service I have ever experienced at any grocery store.

Not a bad location! This store is a bit smaller than the usual Publix, so the layout is a little different and it doesnt stock as much or even as many options. Most of the aisles are clearly marked. Keep this in mind: you may have to hunt a bit to find small specific items on your list.

I have gotten use to Publix and have come to expect a certain service. Unfortunately today that was not the case at this locations deli. I stood in line for approximately 5-7 minutes before someone named Lina mumbled something I didnt understand. Another 3-5 minutes later the same Lina came to take my order. No Thank you for waiting, I apologize for the long wait just What can I get you? Maybe Im spoiled because the Publix just up the street at Abernathy Road is killing it in Customer Service. That would have went a whole lot different there. My bad for changing it up!

Publix is a step above Kroger for sure.This place has a massive parking lot. The staff is friendly and helpful. They have a bakery, deli, and wine section. I frequent this place when I need to grab something quick for dinner.I think Wednesday is sushi special night. You can get $5 sushi.
