This location gives me mixed feelings. Usually great staff, but it was stinted by the bakery staff for a while. I havent been to the bakery recently as a result. They stay pretty stocked, but can be missing a fair amount of items at any given time. Super accessible and now almost necessary ever since they removed the Kroger a few years back. Ill continue shopping here. I might even check out the bakery again to see if it has improved.

I love this location, wonderful customer service. I had 3 events in the same week I ordered all 3 cakes from here, and I lovveeeed the outcome. I want to say a special thanks to msRobyn in the bakery for creating such amazing cakes & I also want to thank Mr.Steven for staying after hours to make sure I received my birthday cake. You guys put the biggest smile on me & my daughters face. Unfortunately I didn’t get a picture of the 2nd cake But it was absolutely beautiful I loved the pink 💕

Being in AR where theres no Publix is really hard. This is my home grocery store. Always clean and the people are nice even the customer are nice to one another. Prices are good love the Bogo free sales. The Sandwich, the Hot Food, the Deli and Meat and Seafood area are always clean fresh.

Always find everything that I need. The deli have a big variety of things making difficult to decide what to buy, the sandwich section always have good employees who are awesome and the cashiers are amazing in helping elderly people and people who have disabilities. The pharmacy is wonderful, I have my covid shot at there, super. Its a place that you will be helped by everyone.

A really great Publix. It’s clean and the staff has been helpful to my questions. I usually go there for lunch. The sub line is a little slow. (But i understand) Still, it’d be nice if there were more people helping. But other than that, I like going here. It’s up to the other Publix’s standards.

My husband was pushing me in a wheelchair. Everyone was very helpful. No questions asked, people moved out of the way or help open doors. Awesome!

This is the closest Publix to my home. They’re always out of something especially in the bakery area. Every time I come to this Publix it’s the worst experience because you always have to end up going somewhere else to get what you need. So now I go to the publix 15 minutes away because they’re always stocked.

The deli never has my online order ready at it’s due time. This happened to me 3 time already. I recommend customers to do a in person order at the deli. They always have a excuse on why my order is not ready 10-15mins after it’s due time.

This used to be one of our favorite places to shop. Recently the customer care has decreased so much that I no longer shop there. Wed rather drive 5 miles to another grocery store than 1 mile to feel like we are appreciated. Mark, our favorite meat guy, left abruptly and I get it now. From the main customer service manager to the new manager of the meat department... just plain rude.

Trish provided excellent customer service this afternoon while I was checking out :) & Cameron is an amazing greeter! He spoke to myself and multiple others while he was also outside collecting carts. I definitely left feeling appreciated as a customer!

Walk in, the place smells like a fish house. I have some back issues so standing is not real comfortable all the time. We go to the registers to only find one lane open and the self check out is packed. Another lane is running but the light is off. I ask my wife to please jump in that line. She says no and we stay in our lane. I’ve literally been squatting in line for 15 minutes and watched 2 new people go to that line while another line was opened up next to me advising guests behind me, as I’m squatting, to go to the new register. Not only am I in pain, I am offended and offered no help. This is like Starbucks treatment and I’m not black. As me and my wife spend nearly $200 here and at the one down the street weekly, I am reminded no one offers help unless you make any issue about it. Ironically, I had to wait for a slow walking employee in the parking lot to park yet no one offers to take our groceries to the truck. If our options were not so limited I’d take my business elsewhere. It’s one thing to have back pain, it’s another when your back is splitting in two. Do better Publix.

Ive lived in Dunwoody for a number of years. When Ogletrees closed I tried other grocery stores. When Publix came to Dunwoody I was very happy. This is my home store but every Publix around me is really great. They are able to retain good employees and promote from within so I sometimes see someone Ive known for years as a manager in another store.

Today I went to the Roswell Road location to order lunch. Upon approaching the sandwich station we encountered Sharon who was fulfilling online orders by herself at 12:10pm LUNCHTIME. We asked for assistance and we were told she is again filling online orders. We were able to get her to assistance by begging her at this point for only to be severely disappointed. She had a very bad attitude when I made any request like a certain bread and had a “what do you want “ demeanor as she was very sloppy and slow with assisting us.It is now 20 minutes and the line behind us is starting to form. She then tells us she has to cut the Munster cheese which resulted in more time slowly waking to the station to cut the cheese when we noticed a male associate assist the customer behind us . My wife noticed he was preparing a sandwich with Munster cheese in which we asked “is that Munster “ .. he said “yes. She probably didn’t see it” in which the associate never told her when she came back. Sharon then Loosely wrapped the sandwich which resulted in it falling when she handed it to us . The sandwich was so loosely wrapped it opened up . This is by far the worst experience I ever had at a Publix . If you want decent customer service don’t come here. As a matter of fact, if you want any of the customer service that you came to love with Publix as a whole.. stay far away from here .

I am a frequent shopper at this publix and EVERY time I need something from the Deli/Hot Food section you are waiting for a very long time! I have observed, and they are in my opinion extremely short staffed in that dept. The people prepping and serving hot food have to run over to slice deli meat, it is always so busy in the subs/hot food line so you stand there waiting and waiting before someone come to tend to you.In addition, I have twice ordered a sub online and waited longer than the time told for pick up to arrive, and when I get there the sandwich is still not ready and you have to wait... Today, my boyfriend ordered two sandwiches online and I get there to be told one of the sandwiches was forgotten, so again, waiting. Again this seems to be the norm when needing anything from the Deli/Hot Food Section.Id also like to add that the people who work in this dept are VERY rude! Especially the woman who comes out from the back sometimes to cut sandwich meat. Dont know her name, but my goodness, do you even like your job??I hope this review is heard and something is done because you are close to my home, and where I do all my grocery shopping, id like to be able to get the Where Shopping is a Pleasure experience that is typically met at Publix.

I love shopping at Publix. The store is always clean. I have been a customer for more than 15 years. They have great customer service. I like their bakery. Every thing is always fresh. Their cakes are always moist and delicious. They just need to improve on the Mardi Gras wings, sometimes it has way to much seasoning. Also, their salmon patties are no longer up to standard. Sometimes it fresh and other, it going bad.

Horrible Publix compared to the rest in the area. The online orders are never ready,always missing items on the shelf and the staff isn’t as friendly as the other stores.

Great location! Super nice people. I have been shopping here for years. However, i get hooked on different types of food and that is all i eat for awhile (certain type of yogurt or cracker). I will literally buy them out of certain things. But once i buy them out, they never restock. Several items that i bought out have never been restocked, and i am talking months later. The ice cream i eat hasnt been restocked in over a year. You can go to customer service and order something but you have to put a specific amount and they call you. With all the spam calls now days, i never just answer my phone to random numbers. Please just restock it. Somebody is buying mass quantities of it...me! I end up going to other stores..

Very detailed clean and very great customer service

This publics location actually has its own local area Wi-Fi network like Starbucks does. This is terrific for quickly downloading and storing your coupons into the public app right there from the parking lot before going in instead of waiting on your standard 5G. Theres always parking And I never run into an employee having a bad day at this particular location. Publix is not the cheapest of the grocery supermarkets Available to us but it is the closest one To our little nook of Sandy Springs/ Roswell near Northridge.

The price is so reasonable, and everyone kept asking where we got our cakes. Barry was wonderful to work with, and he did a personalized tasting with us. They are so responsive and great with communication as well. Highly recommend!

I like the fresh sandwiches and the helpful service. I took a star away because the fruit and produce is substandard lately. Rotten watermelons and over rip fruit is not a normal thing here. And no I’m not being a Karen!

I have lived in the area a year and this store is always, clean, the associates have been there at least the year that I have been shopping there. No concerns and I applaud how they have handled the Pandemic. They way they kept everything so clean reassured me about going back to my own job after quarintine.

Deli is slow and horrible, this has got to be the worst Publix they are always understaff in the deli, they don’t know what they are doing, they will make online orders before you with 10 people waiting to be served, and the selection of hot food is horrible.

The reason for this one-star review is that this Publix location does not follow Publixs own Covid-19 mask policy. While I was shopping the other day, I came across two young men in the store without masks. I spoke to three employees about this, but was told we cant do anything about it.From the Publix website: As of July 21, 2020, face coverings are required for customers at all Publix locations.I know were in the South, but not wearing a mask isnt a lifestyle choice or a matter of your constitutional rights (please bring back Civics classes in high school). Come on Publix, enforce your own rules.

Stephen at the Deli is THE BEST. Ive never felt more taken care of in a grocery store than when I walk into this location, and Ive never felt so much effort put into a late night snack as when Stephen told my partner and I trust me. It was a delicious meal, and all of it was catered to what my girlfriend and I wanted because Stephen took the time to literally get to know us and make us a fantastic meal. Everyone in this store is great, but Stephen stood out in a crowd of friendly people.

Everyone that works here is amazing and this is my favorite Publix location!

I have been shopping at this publix for 3 years and have always used my joint account with my wife (that has her name on the card) to receive a money order to pay rent. For the first time in 3 years, KIM at the front desk denied my services. Its not about her rejecting me to get the money order, its how she did it. No explanation, just a shaken head. I will never be going to this Publix again.

I had a good shopping experience there. Typical Publix service.

The older Spanish woman ringing me up at the cash register didn’t even stop her conversation to acknowledge my existence in line. Then her and the other older Spanish lady coworker started mocking Chinese people (clearly unknowing that I am Asian—super rude and racist). The bag boy was very nice and did ask me how I was doing but the women were so rude. I typically just do self checkout to avoid these things but the line was so long and there was no wait at the other register—now I know why.

Though you are not going to find everything you could ever want at this location the Publix on Dunwoody Place has a full trips worth of choices. Publix sales on everyday items helps to offset their lack of a membership program.One of the best qualities of this particular Publix is the pleasantness of all the staff. The cashiers and baggers are always ready to start up a conversation, help bring groceries to customers cars, and hand out stickers to children.Their meat department may be small, but you can almost always find a thick NY Strip or Rib-eye. I would like to see more availability of prime cuts or larger untrimmed portions but am happy all the same.The produce dept has all the basics to cook a good meal, but if you are trying to find that specialty item you may not find it here.

Mustly find what I need. Nice place to go. A little expensive, but good things are always expensive.
