One of the biggest supermarket in Atlanta. They have varieties of fresh fruits, vegetables, Meat products and seafood items. Store is spacious and clean. They have good varieties of Stationary and greeting cards. I prefer this store for frozen foods too..This store has many products at discounted rate.for members. Customer service is very good. They have good Pharmacy.

Delighted to share the exceptional customer service received today with Kristina! As I was trying to find fresh basil, I noticed Kristina about to leave the fresh produce section and realized she was on break (purchasing for herself) so I said, never mind about the basil. She wouldnt have that, she proceeded to the back of the store was going to do what she could for this senior; regardless of being on her break. Kudos to the human resource department; much appreciation to Kristina, as her act of kindness went beyond age and racial barriers that keep so many of us disconnected. I want to like this Kroger so badly just for my own convenience. But everything is terrible. The cashiers are very rude, I usually avoid the lanes and do self check-out. But miraculously even when no one needs to help me, the CSR standing there manages to be yelling about something, or at someone, or at me for how I put food in a bag/paper towel on the shelf thing. However, what prompted me to even do a review was my 3 day adventure of trying to get my cats anti-convulsion medication refilled. I call in the order per usual, get a robot that tells me the vet needs to approve it. I totally understand, I work at the clinic that sees my pet. They NEVER sent through the request, and then when I asked them on Tuesday to send it again and I will make sure it’s received; it was yet again not sent. So then I listened to the CSR at the clinic call in the prescription to be filled for Tuesday in a couple hours. Guess what? It wasn’t filled and I was told it was on the schedule to be filled tomorrow. On to today when I finally get to pick up my medication (I take blame for not checking it before I left) I get home to find 10 out of 60 of the pills there and 3.83 refills on the container. I had to call to find out they didn’t have it in stock, literally no one bothered to tell me. Even when I spoke to the manager. I am beyond impressed. It is not the worst experience I have ever had, but probably top 3.

This is the worst service from any Kroger I have been to. From the florist, to the self check out attendant, to the pharmacy techs, to the manager, everyone is very curt, dismissive, and sometimes just outright rude. You will not be able to speak to a pharmacy person as they do not answer the phone. I spent an hour, speaking 6x to the main service operator trying to speak with someone in the pharmacy each time the phone just rang and rang, once I let it ring 32 times, with no answer. I went into the store once and tried to get a price check on a porch decoration and three people couldnt help me. They repeatedly call me sir even though I feel like I look distinctly female. Its just weird.

This Kroger is understocked and out of stock many items. Was there last night. THEY HAD NO BEER AT ALL. I asked an associate and found out it was wrapped in pallets because of their remodel. This remodel is only for their benefit, not the customer. I continued to try to find items I needed. One after another was out of stock. I gave up and went to Publix.

We want to share how much do we appreciate to the person who makes sushi. We havent see him or her because we do shopping late nights but just want to let you know that its the best sushi. We tried other Krogers sushi but always were dumping them. Your sushi Master deserves a raise!

Kroger within complex.Pros:Large food bar. Open layout. Great signage- everything was easy to find. Full service deli with fresh sandwiches and various foods available to purchase.Cons:The bakery needs to be larger. You can tell they cut the bakery in half. There was not a lot of fresh bread to pick from - limited options. Sandwich rolls were missing, specific loafs of bread missing, and the Kaiser rolls were hard.Restocking. There were various items missing that Kroger usually has. I went on Wednesday, when the new sales start, and there were a number of things missing. However, I talked to the sales associates and they apologized. They said that restocking usually isnt an issue and it does not happened often.Would I Go Again?Yes. Great atmosphere and the people are nice and friendly. Hopefully the next time I visit it will be fully stocked.

I came to the pharmacy here and my meds were ALOT more than I thought they would be. The pharmacist (who’s name was Whitney I believe) did everything in her power to get the price lower and somehow she did! I’m so thankful to have good people working at pharmacies especially at these times!

I am not sure of his name, but he took my call early Sunday morning today(1/10/2021) in the Deli. He had my order ready for me as soon as I walked up to the counter. The experience was one of the best experience I have had in my entire lifetime. This location has amazing service!

Not terrible Kroger. They stopped with Covid precautions so well. Things are hit or miss stock wise but generally can find everything. Sometimes its a mess to get around. Best time to shop are early mornings including weekend mornings. Its not too crazy. This one has a fuel center which is great.

Good clean store. Location is very good too. Most associates are helpful. Hours are good too. All in all pretty good. There is a Whole Foods store and a trader joes nearby but I believe this Kroger is better than all of them

These city people sure have a lot of stuff we dont have down on the farm. Seriously, there are a great many things on offer here that is not on offer in our small town. It was nice to avail ourselves with some selections. Nice store.

Never again. I usually like this Kroger as its pretty clean and has a good selection. But today was the last time. Horrible customer service - the woman at the register was so eager to go on break she couldnt be bothered to help me bag my groceries. Employees smoking weed in the parking lot while retrieving carts. What the hell kind of place is this?! Im reminded why I do a majority of my shopping at Publix.

I used to love this kroger but their selection of products changes a lot. I wish they had more consistency in their products. It is still my go to out of all the krogers.

The store itself is nice. Great prices, great selections. However, I have never had a good experience with any staff member. They’re always rude and seem to be inconvenienced if you ask them anything, like to scan a coupon or process a return. Luckily, it’s easy to shop there without much interaction with the staff.

DO NOT EVER DO PICKUP SERVICE AT THIS KROGER. If I could give 0 stars, I would. Absolutely no respect for their customers’ time. After waiting outside the Kroger for an hour at our scheduled pickup time, we were then informed it would be another 3 hours before our order was ready. The fact we weren’t informed of this initially is baffling. They offered no discount or reprieve for this horrible mistake and their awful customer service - as they already had my money. Disgusting.

Store is not well stock at 7.24.2018 @11:00 AM. It is hard to do your grocery shopping when everything is out of stock.

Ive waited OVER AN HOUR for a grocery pickup. I look forward to hearing from store management, Mr. Lee, tomorrow to see how Kroger will earn my business back. Several people who showed up after me had groceries delivered before me. Ive been waiting with a very patient toddler in the car. Completely unacceptable.

DO NOT ever do grocery pick up here the service is trash. I actually done it twice thinking maybe it was a busy day NOPE! I ordered at 9:00am and was told to pick up my groceries between 7pm-8pm mind you I didn’t have many items so I figured 7pm should be okay it pick up. It’s 8:30pm and I’m still waiting!

I wanted to use the new delivery service that I am constantly mailed flyers about. I spent close to 30 minutes loading my cart online, only to find out they charge a $10 service fee, plus tip for the driver (which I understand the tip). Why would anyone use this? Amazon doesn’t charge a service fee and will be anything to my house in under an hour. Yet another reason Whole Foods is running everyone in the area out of business as well. You also can’t use coupons.

First, I have shopped here regularly for at least 20 years. The past few have been difficult due to renovation. I was being patient. Today, however, I used the new system Scan and Go. It is horrible and multiplied the time a simple shopping trip should take by at least 4. I would give negative stars if I could do so. First, the woman explaining it told me I had to still go through the self check out so that they could keep us honest. Then when I did so, the system froze and the nice young man could not figure out why. I had to go and wait in another line at customer service. The person there could not figure it it out either. To make a long story short, it took 5 people to get it done. They did not apologize for the inconvenience. There also was a terrible time because I was buying a propane tank (without a trade in)....that took two people to get it to work. I then paid, loaded my items and left, and realized I didnt get my tank as no one came out to give it to me. I came back, parked, came in and had to wait again for someone to come out and give me the tank. She said Wheres your cart, this is heavy and walked away. She didnt say anything to me, so I went over and picked up the tank and placed it in my car. She came back then with a cart...too late. They seriously need to do some simple training on how to treat customers and they need to fix their awful system. As far as being honest, I had to tell them three times they were undercharging me on the propane because I did not have a trade in. Maybe it is time I found a new store.

This is a really nice Kroger, its huge and has so many options. The bakery always has fresh sweets and breads. The deli has yummy meats. The sushi guys are so helpful and can make ANYTHING you want! Its always clean and the pharmacy is nice and convenient. They also have a Starbucks here if thats your thing.Only thing, and this is a Kroger-wide policy I guess, if your ID is vertical, a manager must check your ID before you purchase alcohol. All I wanted today was some daiquiri mix and ended up having to wait an extra 10 minutes for a manager to come up and look at my ID to ensure I was over 21. Ive worked in restaurants with bars and Ive never had to follow that policy for someone with a horizontal ID.

Terrance, Gary, Mike, the girls at customer service and all the cashiers are always polite and they always say hello and goodbye. Service with a smile, thats always welcomed and its a plus..Awesome no complains whatsoever. Keep up the great job it is appreciated..

While i was paying the cashier when passing the products through the scanner she basically throw the products while I was bagging my groceries. This was a very rude and not a great a experience at all this is the 1st time i come to this kroger and have this bad experience. I am a paying customer and the products i buy shouldn’t be thrown at me while im bagging my own groceries. Not acceptable at all, i pay for groceries and there being thrown ?

I love Kroger from my time spent in Texas. However, this one has serious problems. Not as clean as it should be. Floors were filthy. The store only had self-checkout open with one worker monitoring. The system itself was the worst. Kroger should contact Wal-Mart to see how it should work. The lone worker was very slow getting to the 6 stations and not very positive. Store selection was great. Location was great. Parking was great. Note to management: service is important.

No issues with this Kroger location. I very much enjoy this Kroger over other locations I frequent. Employees (all of them that Ive encountered) have always been inviting and helpful. Its a definitely clean and organized store. That already gets 4 stars. I plan to go to this location more often.

This Kroger is usually my go to for groceries.I didn’t give 5 stars because the produce honestly could be in better condition. Sometimes the cucumbers are garbage and they occasionally are out of some things I consider staple items.As far as customer service is concerned, usually it’s pretty good, but tonight a cashier named Nicholas was EXCELLENT. super friendly and attentive and even asked if I found everything ok. Definitely a great employee to keep around!

I have no idea what is going on with this store!! I have been shopping here for 19 years. The last three times I have been in, EVERYTHING has been a mess. I went tonight because I have been sick and purposely waited until later so that I could avoid the crowd, the lines and the lack of parking. Cant find a few things that I buy on a regular basis, no full service lines open and then some of my items were marked down using digital coupons only, so I had to figure that out to boot. Not ever going back! !

Dont use the bathrooms!!! This was my second time using this Kroger bathroom and it was terrible the first time. I thought they would be better this time. Bathrooms were very dirty. For that Kroger to have that location, it should be better. Lines were long and only U scan was open with 1 regular cashier.

The natural foods section is being integrated with the rest of the store. This is the worst idea I have heard in a long time. Further, they did not have any Earth Balance crackers in stock. On the bright side, they do have other flavors of the Fig Bar by Natures Bakery.

After seeing you advertisement on the Two Day Sale for the Simply Tide Pods I went to your store, at 11:30 on day 1, and the store was completely sold out. Now there are 0 displays where stock may have been held and the only spot in the whole store is its small single row spot on the shelf. When asking customer service about the stock I was advised that they were sold out and didn’t receive any extra shipments and would not be offering rain checks for that item because of the sale. So what this tells me is that Kroger as a company never had any intention of stocking extra for the sale and only planned to have 5-10 items available for customers to purchase and was just trying to get customers into the store under false pretenses and hope they purchase something else. This is completely dishonest and I no longer have any trust in your company. I have previously missed out on these sales and was able to get a rain check but apparently this is no longer your policy. If your end goal was to alienate and lose lifetime customers then I applaud your success.

I recently moved to the area and began shopping there regularly. I was being followed around the store every single time I stopped there while in my security uniform even after I spoke to their loss prevention and corporate office. Overheard a corporate official claim I was stealing as well because of a bulge in my jacket which was actually my chest because I work out! I no longer shop at this location. I wont give my money to someone who is harassing me.

I love Kroger! It is my favorite store. I always go to Kroger! There are so many variety of things there. Everything is organized. They wouldnt have chips in the frozen food selection. They also have a variety of items. They have a lot of frozen food meals and all types of ice cream. They also have their Kroger Band things. There are sometimes sales on the candy! There is also a pharmacy where you can get your medicine. They have self checkouts. The employees always help you if you need some help. There is a Starbucks inside there and there is also seating. Lastly, the customer service is amazing. They never have a bad attitude. They are always willing to help! I recommend for all of you guys to come to Kroger!

Very nice modern open feel that also has a peaceful tone to it. Express Lane cashier was textbook Kroger in that she was a pleasure to be around and made me know without having to actually say that she really was glad I stopped by. Other retailers need to take notice that Kroger understands EXACTLY what Customer Service is.

My favorite Kroger to shop in and I love the Kroger gas station in the parking lot. I come in once a week and always recieve great customer service. I love the great deals they offer too.

Aesthetic wise on the outside this Kroger looks like it was previously a Home Depot or Lowes but the variety of foods and options available was very up to par which was all that matters to me. I found multiple options of pretty much everything I needed and I was very much satisfied with the produce section

For many years Ive enjoyed the wide variety of selection at this Kroger. Customer Service has improved even though it was decent in the past.Organic, natural and fresh is my preference. Most mainstream natural & organic items can be found at this location as well as some difficult to find items. Andrew, who works in the Natural Health Foods department in knowledgeable and helpful.Admittedly, I will occasionally cruise through the other aisles and am mind boggled by the vast variety - especially spices and vino. Okay... ice cream, too.

Super clean and they hired a chef to create a menu for their prepared food cases. You can go there and get super food salads, Mongolian beef, Jerk chicken breasts. Its always something new to take home and try..

They have remodeled and no longer have a vegan/organic section, very disappointing. They did have my favorite bottled water in stock but were out of Simple Truth Meatless products.

Nice big 24 hot store. Staff friendly ok Im biased my son works there. Even if not the case i still enjoy this Kroger. Hot foods shelves well stocked.

Ample parking in the lot. Inside is renovated with a hot bar, cheese, and sushi station.

I have gone to this Kroger for over 4 years. Parking can be a bit tricky during peak times. The plaza has really flourished over the last year with more businesses coming to area.They have a gas station located towards the back of the parking lot. Again it gets very busy during peak times.You normal Kroger with most anything that you may need. They have a good amount of organic produce. Not has many options as whole foods but enough to save some money.Staff is usually helpful and friendly. Sometimes Starbucks there will be a few bad attitudes

Store seems to run continuously on a skeleton crew. Sale items are almost always depleted if not sold out entirely. Only two registers open during prime hours. Kroger has killer sales!!... But if ya got to go, you may want to pick another Kroger store.. A couple are close by.

Large, fairly new, and well stocked. They have a surprisingly large wine selection, a Starbucks, and a cafe in the deli. I prefer Kroger to other grocery stores and this one has to be one of my favorite Krogers in Atlanta.

I swear tried to give this store the benefit of the doubt but after the 3rd visit and nothing had changed, I had to express my opinion and give a bad rating. This store is dirty and it stinks. Paper was all over the floor, shelves were not stocked, items were out of place, its in much need of upgrading, and you can smell the bathrooms and/or seafood department the minute you walk through the door. This particular store is definitely off my pit stop list.

This Kroger store is excellent! The mens bathroom here is amazingly clean! It smelled great, everything was clean and wiped down, and everything was fully stocked. It was so nice to the point where I felt like I was almost in a womans bathroom. I was very impressed. So, if the stores bathrooms are so clean then what would that say about the cleanliness of the entire whole store altogether? Hmmm? Well I dont need to state the obvious. LOL! So, if you want to shop at a very clean store, then this is the one to come to.
