My refrigerator and washing machine broke within a week of each other. Having poor credit and no money at the time I didnt know what to do. My friend suggested I check out American Freight. It was the best choice I could have ever made! Not only was I approved for financing, Kyle from the Santa Ana store really went above and beyond to get me the best deal possible. You walk in the door and Its like you walked on to car dealership. Every one is asking you what can I sale you.I purchased a dishwasher in a box. NEW. I got it home and some of the parts are missing.Call over and Kyle the manager. Never returned my calls.I get a called from another employee. So the missing part was taken of another DISHWASHER and now Im was told to come pick it up.Never got a call from Kyle.

Unfortunately over the years Sears slowly declined and what once was a American iconic store has slowly dissipated into overpriced outlet shopping. Its no fault of the employees they arent more than nice and corrigible but when you compare items with damage to them at Sears Outlet versus what Best Buy or somebody like that would charge you can now see why the business practices Sears has been using have put them into bankruptcy so quickly again. I went in with high hopes of buying new appliances for my kitchen and had a pretty healthy budget to do so but went to Best Buy the day before and overall for not that much more money I could have significantly nicer products

They don’t have much selection. We were looking for a washer and it seemed like they had 5 different models but just a bunch of them. Essentially overstock or old models. Couldn’t find anything we wanted, but might be worth a look if you’ve exhausted other options.

Very few selections of appliances & low end furniture. Pricing points are not even as good as Home Depot or Lowes. Not worth the time.

They have a huge warehouse and all kinds of large appliances: washer, dryer, fridge, and so on which, most importantly, are still in stock at Covid time, while other stores like Home Depot and Costco have you wait for back orders till Dec! In addition, the price is very reasonable, I think everyone can find a good deal here.We bought a pair of Kenmore Elite washer and dryer, which are beautiful and working very well. We love them and feel lucky that we found this store and made the purchase.

I ordered a fridge on line and received my confirmation email. It stated someone would contact me within 24 hours with delivery information. 4 days later, no contact. I called them. I was told my fridge would be delivered in 6 days. Fridge was delivered and put right back on the truck because it didnt work. I tried calling the store 8 times. No one answered. Called my local store and they said they would contact the manager at the Santa Ana location and have them get in touch. Never happened. I called them. 10 days to get a broken fridge. 4-6 more days to get my money back. Customer service is helpful, just difficult to actually get a hold of. 16 days and I have to start all over. Very frustrating.

Avoid purchasing from this company. It is the worst shopping experience Ive ever had. Purchased 3 appliances online which were scheduled for delivery on Friday. After calling the next day, they said my items had been sold in the store within an hour of my purchase and my entire order had been cancelled! After repeated calls to their customer service department and being left on hold for 30 minutes, their only solution was that I wait patiently for the next delivery truck which may or may not have my items. I decided it would be better to pay double the cost than to deal with this company. Save yourself the headache and go with a different vendor.

We Bought a brand new GE refrigerator that was delivered and never cooled below 65 degrees. After calling the store multiple times During business hours I could not get an answer. At that point, we decided to call the manufacturer for warranty repair. GE told us they could not have a technician come out to service it for 12 Days!!! Seriously?!? Never again! Had to pay an independent repair company $400 to get it working the same day. Extremely dissatisfied!

Wanted to give a great positive experience with these guys. Yesterday I bought a dryer and had issues with it. Was able to come in today and sort everything out with some VERY good customer service from Matt and Jesse. They took very good care of me and I highly recommend them for any of yourself appliance needs. Very happy customer!!

Great prices on items we wanted. Refrigerators 40% off of retail. They had ding and dent specials for 1/3 original retail pricing. We loved the 27cu.ft. Whirlpool refer with the two drawer freezer. The staff was very busy, weekends are pretty crazy, lots of customers only a few sales associates.

We purchased a Kenmore refrigerator from this store. Ed was our sales rep, and he was great. He helped answer my questions clearly, concisely and no pushiness.Furthermore, he and his team helped walk us through the financing process, and helped me load the refrigerator on to the back of my truck and tie it down as my husband was at work and wasnt there to help.Overall, we had a pleasant experience, and will definitely be going back for our other furniture and appliance needs in the future.

A good place to save on furnitures

I didnt like this place. They dont have new appliances. The sales people here think that its new with scratches, and missing parts. Save your time and go to the store. SEARS is still open in some cities. I went to the one at 2100 N Bellflower Blvd Long Beach CA 90815. I found a new refrigerator. Just what I wanted. The saleswoman at American Freight wasted my time going to the back three times. She knew they didnt have new refrigerators that day. I dont think that I could go back.

Not worth any money you think you might save!!!After spending an hour looking around and finally deciding which dishwasher we wanted, we were quite upset to find out that the Bosch we picked out could not be purchased since it was not in their inventory. The sales rep apologized and said hes been waiting for months on several items that are on display for sale, but he cant sale since they wont ring up on the register. What an absolute waste of time!Then, we asked the sales rep if there was another Sears Outlet that had Bosch for sale, where we could actually buy one. He said the Torrance location. He said they had a bunch. So, were drove through traffic and rain all the way out to Torrance. What a disappointing store as well. First of all, there were NO Bosch dishwashers for sale. Second, there was only one person on the floor to answer questions and ring someone up at the register. We waited 30 minutes to ask a question! What a horrible experience and waste of a day.Save yourself the headache and disappointment. Just go somewhere else and pay full price. At least you can return it if you dont like it.

We had to go and arrange a delivery to replace our new washing machine. The gentleman that took care of us was very nice and professional. We are getting a replacement in a couple of days. Very happy with the results.

Reasonable prices for Washers and Dryers here but:1) They dont have a valid License to install any Gas Dryer for you.2) The extended warranty or Service Plan is about $100 more than either Best Buy/Pacific Sales or Home Depot!

Been slowly upgrading my kitchen, in the past couple of years Ive replaced my old fridge, range (stove and oven) and dishwasher. I got a brand new fridge for a great deal because it had a small dent in it. The range was a display, so it was basically brand new, but marked way down. New dishwasher is brand new in perfect condition but was marked down to a fantastic price. I also bought a brand new washing machine from them when my old one broke. It was a display item, so it was in mint condition but was able to buy it at discount. The employees were friendly, helpful and answered all my questions. I had the dishwasher and washing machine delivered to my house and had Sears install them for me. The movers were really nice, super efficient, and I was so impressed with how fast they got everything up and running. They unloaded everything and installed it within an hour. When they installed the stove, they even levelled it for me. (Didnt even realize my kitchen has a slope until then!) Next time I need a new appliance, I know where Im going.

I came to Sears Outlet because I needed a washer & dryer. I was lucky to have Greg there sales associate help me. He answered all my questions and helped me make an educated choice quickly. A week later when I ran into some challenges with the appliance he happily helped me do a swap. If I ever need buy anything else at Sears Outlet, Ill make sure to ask for Greg because I know when I work with him Ill be taken care of.

While I was in the process of moving I decided to part ways with my old refrigerator and decided to give Sears Outlet in Santa Ana a try. I’m extremely happy with my purchase and the customer service I received. Stephanie and Celeste were amazing. They were friendly, well informed and professional.I purchased an LG French doors with freezer on the bottom. It had minor scratches on one side. Besides that it is perfect and definitely coming back for any future appliances
