We reached out to American Service Alliance twice. The first time, we had a tear in a pipe in the refrigerator, which connects the water to the ice generator. The second time, we called when it started to develop an ice sheet at the bottom of the refrigerator. Each time, they scheduled us for an appointment very quickly, and at a convenient for us time. The service guy fixed everything in a timely manner, and both repairs are still currently working great. I recommend these services to our friends and family

We were very impressed with Timothy!! He came out late on Saturday afternoon because our refrigerator was making a beeping sound and the inside lights were out. He figured out that the control panel was faulty and had one on his truck and replaced it. He then waited to make sure that fixed the problem. It turns out it did not, there was another issue too and he fixed that. Finally, it was working correctly. We really appreciated that he was very diligent about making sure it was all working correctly before he left. There is a 3-month warranty on the repair. We will definitely call American Service Alliance next time we have an appliance that needs repair.

I called American Service Alliance at the recommendation of a friend. My very old dishwasher conked out and Larry and his crew fixed it quickly, no problem. Their customer service is great and I believe Larry to be a very honest and upstanding guy. I will do business with him again and again if I need to. Big Baby Jesus review is foul and mean-spirited and Im surprised that Yelp hasnt taken it down based on language alone. Also, he attacks Larry personally as well as professionally and that is so unnecessary. Larry has done alright by me!
